(Show opens with the Young Lion Match of the Week where we feature some of the young guys coming up in the company.)
YOUNG LION MATCH
Cody Hall (1-0) vs David Finlay
 .....VS.....
Cody starts off strong pounding down on the smaller Finlay. But the Irishman has a lot of his father in him and absorbs the blows and begins to fight back. He catches Cody with a Hard elbow. Then rocks him with an European Uppercut. He headbutts him. Then hits the ropes. But gets wiped out by a Big Boot. He follows up with a Tornado Lariat and covers 1.. 2..
No! Hall locks in an Abdominal Stretch but David fights free and hip tosses him over and drops an elbow. He covers but Cody kicks out with authority. Another European Uppercut. He sends Hall into the ropes and connects on a Dropkick. He lifts him up... Air Raid Crash! 1.. 2.. NOOO!! Kick out by Hall but just barely. Now they are trading forearms. David is stunned and Hall goes for a Chokeslam but Finlay escapes and hits the Prima Nocta (Stunner). He covers and gets the 3 count.
Winner: David Finlay (1-0)
Kelly: Hello everyone, I'm Kevin Kelly and this is Rising Sun Wrestling. I am here with my broadcast partner, The Professor, Toru Tanaka. Toru in this weeks Young Lions match we saw a previous winner in Cody Hall fall to the Celtic Prince, David Finlay.
Toru: Hai. I have known his Father for many years he is a tough man. I think his son has followed in his footsteps well.
Kelly: We saw both of these men compete in the Grand Prix Tag League but neither were able to last until the end. However we did have a winner and they are our Tag Team Champions. EVIL & Sanada of The Sadist Colony.
Toru: They were impressive throughout the Tournament. And although some feel Mio Shirai played a hand in their final victory. The title is still theirs and now they become the hunted.
Kelly: That they are and first up at our next big show SUNRISE, They will defend those titles against The Blonde Bashers. Let's see how their finals match ended then hear what they have to say. Well actually its going to be Mio who does the talking.
(Highlights are shown of the Grand Prix Tag Finals where The Sadist Colony got the victory.
Mio: Behind me stand the 1st RSW Tag Team Champions.... And the Last! The Sadist Colony told you from day 1 what we were going to do. We were going to dominate this place and we would be hurting people while we do it. Apparently those two Blonde buffoons did not learn. So this time we wont just beat you. We are going to put you two out of your misery.
Kelly: She is not a very kind woman, Professor.
Toru: She was a member of the team Trinity who ran roughshod in the XWA for a long time. So no.. She is not a very kind woman.
Kelly: You mention Trinity. And another member of that Trio was her sister Io Shirai. And Io was in the Triple Threat Match to crown our first Women's Champion.
Toru: She was more than just in the match. She was victorious in glorious fashion.
Kelly:That is exact;y right. Io Shirai is the RSW Womens Champion. It was a hellacious match but she outlasted Candy Cartwright & Kagetsu to capture the crown. Let's see the end of that match then hear from our new Champion.
(Highlights from Io Shirai's title victory are shown)
Io Shirai: RSW I am so proud to stand here holding this Championship belt. It was hard for me missing my homeland but my experience in America made me a stronger fighter. And now I return and hold this honor. But I am not content.Winning this title was fantastic but keeping it is the true test of a warrior's mettle. So that is what I must do. At SUNRISE I have already signed on to face Candy Cartwright in a title defense. And on Road to SUNRISE I will be in a Tag team match against her and one of her friends. But my partner will be this girl.
(Out walks HZK.)
Io: So now I have someone watching my back as well. So Cutie Pie Club get ready. I am not going to be a defending Champion. I will be an attacking one.
Kelly: Right before the tournament we had seen the issues between Mike Bennett of The Kingdom and KENTA. This exploded in a first round match. KENTA who says his injured knee is now fine wants a piece of Bennett. And that is going to happen at SUNRISE.
Toru: Bennett defeated KENTA in their first meeting. I know KENTA is wanting revenge he gets his chance now.
Kelly: That he does but on the Road to SUNRISE he will also see him when he teams with Kaz Hayashi & Daisuke Sekimoto in a 6-Man Match.
Toru: The Kingdom have had some success here. We will see if that can continue.
Kelly: Well the action continues as we are about to see Yujiro Takahashi in our Spotlight Match of the Night.
SPOTLIGHT MATCH
Ho Ho Lun (0-1) VS Yujiro Takahashi (0-1) w/Pieter
 ....VS....
The Tokyo Pimp is here as usual with his "Best Girl". He smiles as she gyrates. Then he goes to ring announcer Fuka. And whispers in her ear and hands her a business card. Fuka looks shocked and tosses the card down like it was on fire. very slyly the referee picks the card up and puts it in his pocket.
Ho Ho is very green but full of energy and promise. He brings the fight to Takahashi but then is caught with a Powerbomb. Takahashi takes control for a bit. Hitting an Ero Neckbreaker. He covers for a two count. Ho Ho does manage another rally with some chops and a dropkick that sends Yujiro into the corner. He charges but gets dropped by a Lariat. Release German Suplex follows the Takahashi puts him away with Pimp Juice (Snap DDT to a kneeling opponent).
Winner: Yujiro Takahashi (1-1)
(After the match Mao interviews Yujiro and Pieter in the ring.)
Mao: Yujiro a solid victory tonight..
Takahashi: You can call me Tokyo Pimp... or Daddy if you like...
Mao: Eww, no... You at times seem to be having more focus on your... other business exploits than winning here in RSW. Is this real for you?
Takahashi: Everything is real. Or everything isn't. Whose to say. I deal in fantasy. I provide that for people who need to find a happier place in their lives. Even if its just for a few moments. And for some women. Maybe yourself one day... I provide them with a direction in their life. A place to belong. These women have power now. They use their gifts to explore their sexuality and I am their to guide them.
Mao: You mean exploit them and take their money.
Takahashi: Take their money? Look at her. Who buys these outfits? I do. Who pays her rent? I do. Who gives her a reason to get up in the morning. Me! I think you live in a fantasy world, Mao. When you get tired of dealing with unfaithful men who use you and provide nothing give me a call.
Mao: Pieter... Is this the life you want?
(Pieter just looks down at the mat silently. She raises her head about to speak when Yujiro pulls her away and they leave the ring.)
Toru: This man Yujiro has no honor. He defiles these women. I am a father of 2 young daughters. This is the type of parasite I always fear will one day come into contact with them.
Kelly: Truly that was an uncomfortable exchange we just saw. Another person that makes me uncomfortable is the leader of Suzuki-gun, Minoru Suzuki.
Toru: Hai. He is one of the most feared men in the sport. Almost as feared as myself.
Kelly: Well at SUNRISE he returns to the ring. His opponent is this man.
CIMA: Minoru. Everyone is in such fear of you. But not me. I have been in this business a long time and I faced many dangerous men. Yet here I am standing. SUNRISE marks the beginning of the 2018 campaign and I will begin it by standing victorious in that ring. So get ready Minoru and to make sure you keep your Suzuki-gun partners away I will have Speed Muscle in my corner. See you then.
Kelly: Up next is our Main Event but first I want to point out one more match for SUNRISE and it's in the Womens division.
Toru: A match I am very interested to see. Yumi Ohka from Onna-Musha faces HZK.
Kelly: Yumi Ohka joined Kagetsu in forming that group and it came at the expense of one HZK. Let's relive that moment.
(We see a clip from the closing of the 3 way battle at Road to SUNSET where Ohka joins and helps Kagetsu gain the victory over HZK)
Kelly: After seeing that again you can tell why HZK is looking for some retribution, Toru.
Toru: So far here in RSW we have seen many alliances formed. Onna-Musha is just the latest.I guarantee you, they won't be the last.
Kelly: Well it's time for our Main Event
MAIN EVENT:
Noam Dar (0-1) w/ Alicia Fox VS Yoshi Tatsu (0-1)
 .....VS.....
Noam is strutting to the ring with his valet, Alicia. He has a cocky smile that you just want slap. He gets in the ring and poses but the crowd boos him. Then comes the very popular Tatsu. Fans give him a nice round of applause as he looks out at them. As he is doing this Dar attacks from behind. The referee rings the bell and it's on.
Noam sends HULK to the buckle then nails a corner dropkick. He lands a few forearms then sends him to the far corner. He goes for another Corner Dropkick but Tatsu moves out the way and Dar takes a bad spill. Vertical Suplex from Tatsu. He then has Noam in the corner and hits a striking combination. Dar slumps down in the orner and Yoshi nails a running Double Knee strike in the corner. He slams Dar to the mat. Then goes to the apron. He is looking for something aerial but Alicia grabs his leg. Tatsu is trying to shake her off when he is hit with the Nova Roller that takes him off the apron by Dar. Tatsu lands knee first and is clutching at it.
Dar is on him out on the floor. Stomping at the leg. Then he puts it in between the rails of the steel guard railing and kicks the railing as hard as he can. Referee is counting and Dar returns to the ring. Yoshi barely beats the count himself as he is limping now. Noam goes right after the bad wheel. He gives him an Atomic knee breaker. Then places his leg across the bottom rope and goes up top. But when he jumps Yoshi stick his boot right up to the jaw of Dar. Belly to Back Suplex from Tatsu. He covers for 2. He then pulls him up.... Land of Rising Knee (Hip toss dropped into a knee lift)! Dar is out but the impact further injures the knee of Tatsu. He is clutching at it. He finally crawls over and covers. 1.. 2..
Foot on the ropes! Crowd is applauding the action. Yoshi signals for the Pedigree. But Dar gives him a double legdive. Then gives him a horozontal Dragon Screw Legwhip. He hits the ropes and delivers a legdrop to the bad leg. Then applies Champagne Superkneebar. Yoshi tries but he's taken to much damage and must tap out.
Winner: Noam Dar (1-1)
(Alicia Fox runs into the ring to celebrate her man's win. Dar gives a bow to a less than enthusiastic crowd.)
Kelly: Noam Dar gets a very hard fought victory. But it was Alicia Fox once again getting involved early that turned the tide.
Toru: I am not happy with needing a woman to help you win a match. But I also don't believe in excuses. Tatsu had his chances in this match but he was not worthy of the victory tonight.
Kelly: A bit harsh Tanaka-san, but that is our show for tonight. So now look for Road to SUNRISE coming from the Itigaya Ice Box in Tokyo, Japan on February 7th and the SUNRISE coming to you February 21st from Ryōgoku Sumo Hall, in Tokyo.
