SHOOTING . . . STARS . . . WRESTLING !!!!*Show begins with highlights of Elijah Burke’s arrival in SSW, including his announcement as the new GM of SSW. From there is goes straight to highlights of the epic main event between Chris Jericho and CM Punk, ending with a still shot of both men’s shoulders being pinned to the mat at the same time. Chaos ensues afterwards, with two referees arguing over who they saw won, and Elijah Burke taking the title and leaving the ring. The screen goes black and we hear the fans chanting ‘S-S-W! S-S-W!’ ‘TILL I COLLAPSE’ by Eminem plays and the opening montage airs. The camera comes up on the crowd pumping their fists and chanting, and the strobe lights go off on the ramp. The camera scans the crowd, focusing in on several signs in the audience.
‘JESUS WALKS’ by Kanya West hits and out comes the new GM, ‘Black Pope’ Elijah Burke, to a huge reaction. ‘POPE IS PIMPIN’ chants start up in the crowd as Burke walks out with the SSW title over his shoulder. Pope says that he has come out to address the controversy from last week, but before he can even get started he is interrupted as ‘BREAK THE WALLS DOOOOOOWN!’ hits and out comes Chris Jericho. Jericho says that Pope better be out here to award the title to the rightful champion, Chris Jericho! Pope says that Commandment No. 4 is ‘Never interrupt your Pope while he is speaking to the congregation’. Pope asks Jericho if he has ever seen the Color Purple, and when Jericho says no Pope tells him if he interrupts him again he is gonna find out what a Danny Glover pimp slap looks like. Jericho shows the replay of the pin on the big screen in slow motion, but the camera angle changes when the ref’s hand hits for the 3 so you can’t see Jericho’s shoulders. Jericho says that proves that he pinned CM Punk and should be the champion. ‘THIS FIRE BURNS’ by Killswitch Engage hits and out comes CM Punk to interrupt. He offers up his own footage, which shows that Jericho’s shoulders were also pinned to the mat for the 3. Punk says a tie goes o the champ, and tells Jericho better luck next time because he didn’t get the job done.
Pope interrupts and says that is not the case. You see, he has heard the cries of the congregation and they cry out for a winner between them. And next week that is what they are going to get. Because right here next week we are going to have a 30 minute ‘iron man’ match and the winner will be the new champion. If the match is tied after 30 minutes, it will go to the judges scorecard. He is going to give each of them the opportunity to pick a judge, and Pope is going to pick the final judge and that is going to be . . . . AJ STYLES! He is going to give them some time to think about it, but in the meantime Pope has something planned for tonight. Tonight we are going to have ourselves a little dream partner tag team match. Punk and Jericho will both get to pick partners. They can be the men that they have for judges, or they could be someone else. Jericho tells Punk that he is going to have a full 30 minutes to beat him to a pulp next week, and he is going to hurt him. Punk and Jericho get face to face but Pope gets in the middle of them and keeps them separate as we go to break.
Commercial BreakIN THE BACK: Kelly Kelly tries to get a word with Bryan Danielson in the locker room. She asks him about costing Aries and Strong the match last week, but Danielson is not here to talk about that. A couple of months back the Wolves put his partner Nigel McGuiness on the shelf, and now his partner is healthy and ready to go. The Wolves wanted their attention, and now they have it. He says Nigel will be here next week and they want a shot at the Wolves!!!! Austin Aries and Roderick Strong come into the picture, and Aries is his usual cocky self. Aries says Danielson stuck his nose in the wrong match last week, and he didn’t cost the Wolves, he cost them! No one has seen or heard from them for months and now he walks back in and thinks he deserves a shot. Danielson slaps Aries, setting up a match between the two for tonightBack to ringside, Mike Goldberg and Joe Rogan join us on the commentary. They put over what just happened, and the Iron Man match that has been booked for next week between Chris Jericho and CM Punk. A winner will be decided, even if it has to go to the judges decision. AJ Styles has already been selected by the Pope, but who will CM Punk and Chris Jericho pick as their judges? They put over tonight’s Dream Partner main event, as well as Trish vs. Awesome Kong and the Trilogy battling RVD, John Morrison and a partner of their choosing.
Match 1: Singles Match
Christian Cage
Vs.
Colt CabanaFun little opener as both faces are over with the crowd. Cabana nearly has the match won on a few occasions, including getting Cage trapped in the Billy Goat’s Curse. Cage makes it to the ropes and breaks the hold, then strikes with the falling reverse DDT. Cage turns up the heat, nailing a missile dropkick, but misses the diving European uppercut! Cabana goes for the Flying Asshole in the corner, but Cage dodges and manages to hit the Killswitch for the pinfall.
Cage and Cabana shake after the match, and Cage takes the mic and talks about being in front of all his peeps. He talks about hearing the voice of the peeps, and whoever wins next week between Punk and Jericho needs to watch out, because Captain Charisma is coming for the SSW title. Because that’s . . . how he rolls!
Commercial BreakBack from break, out comes ‘THE’ Brian Kendrick. It seems like everyone is afraid of him because his opponents lately have just come out and jumped him from behind and then left town. Shelton Benjamin is the latest coward. He bets that is not even in the building tonight. ‘AIN’t NO STOPPIN ME NOOOOOOOOOW’ and out comes Shelton! Kendrick wants to fight, and Shelton is more than happy to oblige him and they brawl. However, in the chaos a large man jumps the railing and takes Shelton out with a stiff crescent kick!!!! The man removes his sunglasses, and it is SEAN O’HAIRE!!!! O’Haire tosses Shelton back in the ring, then scoops him on his shoulders and lays him out with the Widow Maker! Kendrick is there to pick up the scraps, hitting the Sliced Bread on Shelton as well. Kendrick and O’Haire leave the ring together.
Jericho goes into AJ Styles locker room and chooses AJ as his partner for the tag match tonight. Jericho says that AJ wants to be noticed and he wants to make an impact, well, his best chance to do that is by riding the coattails of the greatest star in SSW, Chris Jericho! We get video of last week leading up to this 6 man tag match as the Trilogy make their way out. RVD and John Morrison come out by themselves, then introduce their partner for tonight . . . Tyler Black!
Match 2: 6 man tag match
The Trilogy (Ted Dibiase Jr., Cody Rhodes, David Hart Smith) w/ Lacey Von Erich
vs.
John Morrison, Rob Van Dam, Tyler BlackThe faces hit the ring and the fight is on as all 6 men are going at it. Black and RVD send Smith and Cody to the outside, then hit stereo flip dives on both of them to the outside!!!! Dibiase comes over and stomps on RVD and Black a little bit, but Morrison comes off the top with a shooting star press onto all 5 of the other combatants!!!! Morrison tosses Cody back in and they start it out, and Morrison hits the powerdrive elbow and breakdance leg drop for a 2 count. Quick tags in and out to Tyler and RVD and they work Cody over, but a cheap shot by Dibiase allows Cody to nail Black with a Northern Lariat and tak in Smith. The Trilogy take over and begin working on the back of Black as the crowd tries to get behind him. Black is worn down by the Million Dollar Dream, but he manages to break it and hit the Pele kick out of nowhere. Black crawls to the corner and RVD gets the hot tag and cleans house. Spin kick takes out Cody, then he catches the big boot by Smith and hits the step-over windmill kick! He hits a cartwheel moonsault on Smith, but Dibiase breaks up the count. Dibiase goes for a back suplex but RVD flips out and then hits a super kick to the face, then the Rolling Thunder!!!! Cody breaks up the pin and now Black and Morrison are back in. Black hits the Buckle Bomb on Dibiase, followed by the super kick! He makes the cover, but Smith breaks it up. RVD takes Smith to the outside, and Black goes for the Phoenix Splash on the prone Dibiase. However, Cody crotches him on the top and this allows Dibiase to pull him off and hit the Dream Street out of nowhere!!!! He hooks the leg for the 1 . . . 2 . . . 3!!!!
Commercial BreakIN THE BACK: Punk is taping his wrists when ROB VAN DAM walks in. RVD tries to convince Punk that it would be a good thing for him to be picked as Punk’s judge and tag partner tonight. Punk is not so thrilled by the idea, and he asks why he would pick someone off of a team that lost tonight. It is no secret that he and RVD don’t see eye to eye on things, and he knows that RVD is the No. 1 contender. Don’t forget, Punk is straight edge and that means he is better than Rob Van Dam. RVD says he doesn’t know anything about being straight edge, but that is a cool nickname. He has one too, Punk might have heard of it. Who am I kidding, of course you have. Just listen during his match and he will hear all the people chanting it because RVD is the whole F’N show! RVD gives him the thumbs as he says it, then he turns and walks out. Match 3: Singles Match

Austin AriesBoth men lock up and Danielson gets an immediate armbar. Aries counters to a leglock and Danielson shoves him away, and they go at it again with some good chain wrestling. Danielson gets a headscissors but Aries kips up out of it and lands the dropkick right to the face of Danielson. Aries goes for a headlock but Danielson shoots him off and takes a shoulder but then hits Aries with a dropkick on his way off the ropes. Aries bails out and Danielson fakes a dive but catches himself on the apron and hits a sick running knee strike to Aries on the floor! Danielson tosses him in and heads up top, but Aries grabs him and drops him throat-first across the top rope. Aries rakes the back of Danielson, then tosses him into the corner but he gets elevated to the apron. Danielson’s right hand is blocked, and Aries leapfrogs back in and hits a back elbow. Danielson tosses into the corner again, but he walks up the ropes and backflips over Aries as he charges, then hits the ropes but Aries stops him with a running forearm. Danielson rolls outside and Aries goes for the Heat Seeking Missile but Danielson nails him in the head with a huge kick! Danielson up top and nails a missile dropkick, then kips up. He goes for the super-back suplex, but Aries fights him off and dumps him to the floor. HEAT SEEKING MISSILE!!!! Aries tosses him back in and goes for the Brainbuster, but Danielson gets out with a knee strike to the head. Aries drops Danielson . . . ROARING ELBOW BY DANIELSON!!!! Danielson goes for a German, but Aries kicks out at 2 and rolls through. KICK TO THE HEAD BY ARIES!!!! LAST CHANCERY!!!! Danielson struggles, but gets a foot out and gets on the ropes. Danielson pulls himself up in the corner and Aries goes for the IED dropkick but Danielson catches his leg and slaps on an ankle lock!!!! He lets go and grabs both of Aries arms in the center of the ring . . . CATTLE MUTILATION!!!! ARIES CAN’T GET TO THE ROPES!!!! THE AMERICAN WOLVES ARE HERE!!!!
Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards hit the ring and attack both men! Aries gets taken out with the Superkick + German Suplex combo, while Danielson eats the Alarm Clock and then the power bomb + backstabber combo. Richards grabs the mic and tells Danielson to bring his crippled partner next week and they will finish the job. THE HUNT IS ON!!!! Roderick Strong runs down to the ring with a chair and the Wolves bail out, but the damage has been done.
Commercial BreakBefore the next match, we get a video package chronicling the feud between Trish and Kong, with Trish winning the Women’s title from her back in April. It shows Kong’s rampage through SSW in recent weeks, including her brutal attack of Trish before Saturday Night’s Main Event, which cost Trish the Women’s title and put her on the shelf. Then last week where she returned to challenge Kong to a match tonight.

Trish Stratus Trish wastes no time in this one, throwing her jacket in the face of Kong and then unloading on her with right hands. Kong is staggered and Trish hits the ropes and comes off with a hard clothesline, causing her to stumble back. Trish nails another but Kong does not go down and then when Trish tries another Kong nails her with a body splash. Trish is down and Kong drags her around the ring by her hair and slams her into the turnbuckle. Kong goes for the avalanche in the corner but Trish dodges, then Trish goes up top and nails Kong with a missile dropkick. Trish goes for the bulldog, but Kong blocks it and tosses Trish over the top rope to the floor! Kong follows her out and slams her head into the announce table. KONG IS GOING TO AWESOME BOMB TRISH THROUGH THE TABLE!!!! Kong gets her up but Trish fights out of it with a flurry of right hands!!!! Kong drops Trish . . . DROP TOEHOLD INTO THE RING STEPS ON KONG!!!! Both women roll back in the ring and Trish gets a close 2. She sets to go for the Chick Kick, but Kong blocks it out of nowhere . . . SPINNING BACKFIST . . . IMPLANT BUSTER!!!! 1 . . . 2 . . . NOOOOO! Trish kicks out!!!! Kong is pissed and she stalks the ref. She grabs the ref and sets him up for the Awesome Bomb . . . CHICK KICK BY TRISH!!!! Both women are down and so is the ref. Out of the back comes Lita, and she tries to hit Kong with the Women’s title but misses and hits Trish instead!!!! IMPLANT BUSTER TO LITA!!!! Kong pulls the ref up, then she grabs Trish and plants her with the Awesome Bomb!!!! Cover for the 1 . . . 2 . . . 3!!!!

IN THE BACK: A graphic shows AJ Styles, CM Punk, and Chris Jericho headed to the ring for the main event. But who will be CM Punk’s partner???? Commercial BreakIt is time for the main event, and out first is AJ Styles. Chris Jericho makes a separate entrance, followed by the SSW Genesis Champion CM Punk. Jericho mocks Punk asking where his partner is when ‘LIVE FOR THE MOMENT’ by Monster Magnet hits and out comes . . . .

Vs.
Chris Jericho & AJ StylesHuge Hardy and CM Punk chants as this one gets started. Punk is set to start, but Jericho tags in Styles because he does not want to face Punk. Styles and Punk lock up and exchange holds, and AJ ducks down and then nearly takes Punk’s head off with the Phenomenal dropkick. AJ chops Punk, but this time Punk reverses a whip and nails Styles with the back heel kick and then a hip toss. Styles gets fired in and ducks a back elbow, then fires back with a clothesline on Punk. He picks Punk up in a vertical suplex, then drops him down and turns it into a hangman neckbreaker. He goes out to the apron, but Jericho reaches over and tags himself in, going to stomp on Punk. Punk reverses a whip into the corner but eats a back elbow, but then catches Jericho on the way out with the snap powerslam! Jericho kicks out, and quickly tags in an unsuspecting AJ. Punk tags in Matt Hardy, and now he and AJ lock up. Hardy hits a back elbow off the ropes, then goes to the 2nd rope and hits a double axe handle. He goes for the Side Effect but AJ elbows out . . . PELE!!!! AJ tags Jericho, who nails Hardy with a back elbow off the 2nd rope and then a back senton! Jericho with the half nelson sleeper but Matt fights to his feet with elbows to the gut . . . SIDE EFFECT ON JERICHO!!!!! Matt slowly crawls to the corner and tags Punk and when Jericho sees this he leaps to tag in Styles! Punk stomps on Jericho as he tries to roll out, but AJ is in and nails Punk with rights. Punk blocks a discus clothesline and nails the Pepsi Twist on AJ, then tosses him into the corner. AJ dodges the running knee and slides outside, then goes for the Superman forearm but Punk ducks. AJ rolls to his feet and Punk scoops him up for the GTS, but AJ elbows out again! PHENOMENON BY AJ!!!! 1 . . . 2 . . . JERICHO GRABS AJ AND TOSSES HIM OUTSIDE!!!! Jericho grabs the legs and locks Punk in the Walls of Jericho!!!! Punk is in trouble, but Hardy breaks it up!!!! Hardy measures Jericho and klcks him in the gut. He sets for the Twist of Fate by AJ takes him out with the Superman forearm!!!! Jericho is relieved and pats AJ on the back and high-fives him, but AJ kicks him in the gut! STYLES CLASH ON JERICHO BY STYLES!!!! AJ slides out and leaves the ring, leaving both Punk and Jericho down in the ring. Jericho stirs first and goes for the Lionsault . . . KNEES BY PUNK!!!! He scoops him up . . . GO TO SLEEEEP! Punk covers and gets the 1 . . . 2 . . . 3!!!!
The show ends with Punk satnding tall, and the announcers wonder if Punk will be standing tall after the Iron Man match next week!
