Sam Menekar: Hello fans and welcome to our new viewing home . Big Time Wrestling Thursdays are on AMC and as you can see behind me we have a new studio built . We are live each week from the AMC Grand Hotel and Studio in Detroit . We have a great show lined up . But here to tell you more about Big Time Wrestling is Wally Karbo . Mr . Karbo .
Wally : Thanks Sam . When myself and John Rose who runs JAR promotions started Big Time Wrestling we wanted it to become more than just a small sister promotion of AWA .
The first step was getting established . The second step was winning a a bid on a major pay per view in IWA . So we went out and put a headlock , pun intended on Survivor Series . And we got it .
After that we left we expanded into Canada and then left WGN . AMC picked us up and built this hotel and studio for the Ultimate fan experience. The studio itself filled to capacity like tonight holds 1375 fans .
There are 29 rooms in the hotel , holds and sleeps up to 8 people privately. They are not cheap , but it’s the ultimate wrestling party . There is a grill on every patio . It’s stocked with a full bar . Room service is available every Thursday Night during the show and every HBOMax special and every IWA Pay Per View . There is a large 102 inch television for the shows . Also closed circuit screening in these rooms for every house show .
When we are not on the air , there is the local Tigers , Lions , Redwings or Pistons game on and of course cable to all rooms . Then there is the poolside bar . Holds 875 fans again the same enmities as the hotel rooms except above the pool is a huge movie theater screen . Let’s look in on that now . Hello fans .
Fans are waving from the bar area and the pool . There is a beach ball flying around in the pool .
Karbo : There is also a theater in the hotel that holds another 759 fans . And you can see them there . So please join us here some night .
Now on the top floor is the interview studio area . This os where Elizabeth Savage will be . You can see her there with President of IWA Gorilla Monsoon . This os called the Control Center and she will be up there every week with guest and News even after Survivor Series .
Finally Territory Expansion . All our champions as of tonight have been stripped of their titles . On May 7th from the Montreal Olympia Stadium we will have have Chase For The Gold . Tonight the winner of the battle Royal will square off against Bob Backlund at that show on May 7th to become the first North American Champion.
Also tonight a tag team battle Royal the last two teams left will face each other other on May 7th to become the first North American Tag Team Champions .
Finally we have two Woman’s Tag Team Matches . There will be two teams left . Those two teams will face off on May 7th to become the Big Time Women’s tag team champion .
At Survivor Series next week , we were going to open with a contract match , but now we are changing that to a Survivor Series Cruiser Weight battle . If there are 5 men left on one team they will face off in a ladder match . Less than that will either be a fatal four way or 3 way dance . If there is two left . Well they will square off on May 7th I f there is a sole survivor, he will be crowned that night and have to defend against the last man eliminated on the opposing team to be the first North American Cruiser Weight Champion . Now you folks didn’t come here to listen to me talk . Sam , let’s get this party started .
Sam : Thanks Mr . Karbo . 5 big matches tonight . Right now let’s kick it off with Eli Drake and Adrain Adonis !
The hatred these two men have for one another continues to build . Fist start flying . Drake knocks Adonis out of the ring with a clothesline . Adonis gets back up on the ring apron and Drake Suplexes him back in . He goes for the Gravy Train , but Adonis grabs the top rope shifts his weight and gets the 3 . Adonis bales out celebrating.
Sam : Seems like Adrain Adonis has Eli Drake’s number . Bill Apter has joined me here . Bill what are you doing here tonight my friend .
Bill : Sam , I’m scouting for the GFW Women’s tag team title tourney . I heard there were four teams competing here tonight and I want to get a closer look .
Sam : Well let’s look at two of those teams now .
Tall and Sexy ( Raquel Gonzales & Kamille) vs Dakota Kia & Ember Moon : Kia and Moon are giving T&S fits . Kia is hitting some great kicks and nails a palm strike on Kamille. Kia hits a Pounce on Kamille and tags off to Moon . Moon goes for the Eclipse, but Kamille cuts her off with a Spear and tags off to Raquel. Raquel with a big boot to Moon and then a One Armed Powerbomb !!! She dropkicks an incoming Kia out of the ring and tags Kamille back in . They hit a version of the Doomsday Device for the 3 .
Sam : Well Bill , hope you saw something you liked there . Fans when we come back we will have another women’s tag team match .
Break
The Hex ( Marti Belle & Allysin Kaye ) vs Nikkita Lyons & Xia Li : Li and Lyons don’t quite get on the same page . However they work together well enough to neutralize Kaye in their corner and work over her back . But when Li has Kaye by the arms Lyons fires off a Side kick that blast Li . Kaye makes the tag to Marti . Marti hits a Shinning Wizard on Li . She covers for 3 .
Post match Lyons tries to apologize , but Li shoves her away and then nails her with a Hook kick to the back of the head .
Sam : That could be trouble there between Lyons and Li fans . On May 7th fans it will be The Hex vs Tall & Sexy for the Big Time Wrestling Women’s tag titles . Right now let’s send it up to our Elizabeth Savage in the Survivor Series Control Center .
Liz : Thanks Sam . I am thrilled to have with me today President of the IWA Gorilla Monsoon . Gorilla we are one week away from Survivor Series . Any thoughts ?
Gorilla : I think this inaugural event is going to be great . You folks here in Big Time Wrestling have prepared very well . Having it in a venue as big as Ford Field should be amazing . I’ve already seen the numbers . It could break an indoor attendance record .
Liz : How about the match ups ?
Gorilla : Team Danielson vs Team Sting is going to be an exciting technical affair .
Team MJF vs Team Okada look for speed and daredevil moves . I still think Bret Hart is the man to watch out for in this .
Team BWS vs Team Freebirds : Should be pure pandemonium. Lots of history there on both sides .
Team Baker vs Team Storm : That’s going to be a Katie bar the door match up . All these ladies are coming in with something to prove .
Now about Team Flair vs Team Dusty : It took some doing and two referees . There is a lot of bad blood in that one . So , after meeting with all parties here is what we are going to do .
We are putting it in a roofed steel cage . It will look like a Hell In A Cell cage . It’s a reverse Wargames actually . All ten men will start . They have agreed to tag in and out . One ref will enforce those tags , while the other is there to just count only . We keep going until one team is totally eliminated . Hopefully this settles things .
Liz : WOW ! You heard it here first . Gorilla . Thank you , Sam back to you .

Sam : Oh we have a stare down here between the Samoan Wrecking Crew and the Pain Makers fans . They will square off on May 7th at Chase For The Gold . Who will be the North American Tag Team Champions ? Our final match right now .

Studd and Hennig meet in the middle of the ring and mix it up . Duncum comes in and attacks Hennig from behind . He and Studd toss out Hennig .
Blassie reacquaints himself with Booker and tosses him out .
Verne gets rid of Blackwell via dropkick .
Rose gets Suplexed out by Breaker .
Regal and Dynamite spill out over the top and eliminated each other and brawl to the back .
Studd with a big boot sends Verne over the top rope .
Breaker gets Studd up on his shoulders and kind of FU’s him out of the ring .
Blassie kicks Breaker in the junk and tosses him out .
Blassie takes the mic !!!
Blassie : I told you Bobby !! I’m coming for you , you pencil neck geek !!!
