Midsouth Championship Wrestling # 8 Hour 1 Bark At The Moon
JR : Hello folks we got some great action here tonight on Midsouth Championship Wresting . Hour 1 always is our tag team hour . Some make shift tag teams and some very familiar . We will kick things off with the Hardys taking on the Heavenly Bodies .
The Hardys vs The Heavenly Bodies : It seems that for the moment Dr . Tom and Sweet Stan worked out there issues , but it’s short lived . Stan accidentally kicks Tom . Matt hits the Twist of Fate . Jeff goes up for the Swanton and gets the 3 .
Post match . Stan tries to apologize . Prichard shakes his hand and whispers on his ear . Stan turns around ….. Superkick !!!!
JR : What the hell ??? That’s Gigolo Jimmy Del Ray !! He doesn’t work here !!!

JR : I’m with Gigolo Jimmy Del Ray and Dr . Tom Prichard , Jimmy why are you here .
Prichard : Allow me . I’ll tell ya why he’s here . He’s here to fix a mistake . That’s why he’s here .
Jimmy : That’s right . The Heavenly Bodies should be Midsouth Tag Team Champions or Texas Television Tag Team Champions , instead though this man is taking a backseat to overrated teams like the Hardys . Well I have news for you , the Heavenly Bodies have always been the good Doctor and I . It don’t matter who it is . The Hardys , The Samoans , The Rock N Roll Express or those damn Andersons . We will own this place .

Kerry and Mike Von Erich vs The Medics : Medic 1 falls victim to Kerry’s discuss Punch and then Mike puts him away with a Dragon Sleeper .
They join JR at ringside
JR : Gentlemen. It’s good to see the Von Erichs in the state of Texas again . Kerry how does it feel to have your little brother .
Kerry : Well JR , younger brother . He’s 6ft 1 . So there ain’t nothing little about him . Awww hell , it’s great to have family anytime . But Mikey . He never left Texas .
Mike : JR , wrestling isn’t my first choice , but when your name is Von Erich it kinda gets stuck in your soul . Do you hear the opening theme song to the show every week , called “ Slam That Sucker Down ? “
JR : Yes, it’s a top ten local hit in Texas and Oklahoma.
Mike : Well , I wrote that . I’ve also been doing the production video stuff for the Big Cowboy himself . Then on weekends , I’ve been training just to stay in shape with Ultimo Dragon and Superfoot Bill Wallace and Dad of course . Dad says you never know when family is gonna need you to have their back . Well , Kerry needed me and here I am . So let me make this perfectly clear . Gary Hart , Dark Order or anyone else . You mess with big brother , well the little brother , is showing up to fight and the Von Erich’s don’t back down .

Ole and Arn Anderson vs The Killer Bees : Blair gets caught in the Anderson’s corner . A very bad place to be . They attack the left arm . Ole comes off the second rope with a knee to the back shoulder . He tags off to Arn who clamps down on a step over Standing Arm Bar . Blair submits .

JR : Gentlemen , I understand that congratulations are in order , you two are headed to Russia to take in the NWA World Tag Team Champions .
Ole : Let me tell you something about the British Bulldogs . They are a different tag team . You see Gordon Solie , there are 3 types of tag teams . Powerhouse tag teams The Road Warriors , Demolition and even here Brodie Lee and Iron Sheik . Then you have high flying teams like The Rock N Roll Express , Midnight Express and yes The Hardys . Then you have us . The Andersons the specialist , we have the Midsouth Tag Team Titles for a reason . The Bulldogs though are unorthodox. You have the power of Daveyboy Smith and then the high flying technician Dynamite Kid . They are scary and there is a damn good reason they are the NWA World Tag Team Champions , but every team has a weakness .
Arn : And it’s our job to exploit that weakness. I can promise you this , we will find it . Maybe it’s Davey’s left leg . Maybe it’s Dynamite’s back . Maybe it’s an arm or hell even a neck or head . You see boys you are wrestling the Andersons . We make yah team wrestling great . We cut the ring off , we wear you down and then we take your damn belts . April 13th Moscow get ready because The Minnesota Wrecking Crew is coming . The British Bulldogs will walk in as NWA World Tag Team Champions , but is will be The Andersons walking out with their belts .

The Wild Samoans ( w/ Gary Hart ) vs The Moondogs : Gary Hart leads out his Samoans . The crowd boos . Then Ozzy Osbourne’s Bark at the Moon plays and out come the Moondogs on leashes . Holding the leashes JR tells us is the vampire seductress herself Ariel ! She takes off the collars and points and the Moondogs attack !!! Both teams mix it up . The ref can’t get control and tosses the match out . Even though Afa doesn’t feel it , Spot hits him with a raw hide and bust him open . Sika misses with a chair swing and Rex grabs it and slams it into the back of Sika . Hart makes his men retreat against their will . The crowd is chanting Moondogs !!!!!
JR : Folks we’ll be back for our second hour !!!! Right after this .

Midsouth Hour 2 : Kerry vs Cactus 2 .
JR : Welcome back and we are in hour number two . And as you can hear this Sportitorium crowd is still chanting for the Moondogs !!! Joining me now though at ringside is Magnum TA . Magnum you get another shot at Roddy Piper in Moscow next week .
Magnum : That’s right . Piper last time you made me bleed . You out smarted me . You got in my head and owned me . This time you won’t be so lucky .
Gary Hart comes out to a round of boos .
Hart : You really believe that , don’t you ? Roddy Piper is a master of manipulation . Last week I made you an offer . You turned me down . Im willing to make it again . Terry Allen , you have so much potential, but it’s hidden away brotha . Piper is gonna get back in that head of yours one way or another and this time , he may put you in the hospital or take your career altogether. I can help . Let me ask you this …. Are you tired being number 10 in the NWA world rankings ? I’ve seen a lot of times you’re not even listed . I can change all that Terry .
Magnum : Listen Hart , you are nothing but a snake in the grass . I don’t need people like you around me . I can beat Piper on my own . I can climb up the ladder on my own . I’m a lone wolf . I’ve ridden all over this country on my bike from the glass dessert to the badlands to the Great Lakes . Everywhere I gone , I handled things on my own and have done pretty damn good .
Hart : I like your confidence brotha , but you say you’re doing pretty damn good . If you haven’t noticed , you’re playing second chair to a Von Erich . What a shame . Here is it card , ya got 24 hours , brotha !!!
Magnum : I don’t need 24 hours stay the hell away from me !
Magnum slaps the card out of Harr’s hand . Kabuki attacks him from behind with a kick to the head !!!
JR : Hey !!! No reason for that !!! Get the hell out of here . Can we get some help for Magnum ? We’ll be back folks .
Magnum staggers to his feet before the break . He yells out Kabuki’s name and stalks toward the back .

JR : Folks recently in Puerto Rico they had a one night tournament called he Super 8 . We are going to take you to the finals of that tournament right now .
JR does play by play . The finals take place between Carlos Colon and Jimmy Garvin . JR tells us that these two have feuded in World Wrestling Council for over a year . The WWC Title has changed hands 7 times between them . Garvin recently lost it one week before the Super 8 in a steel cage . On this night though , Garvin gets redemption, beating Colon with a Figure Four . Post match , Garvin doesn’t break the hold . He ends up snapping Colon’s leg in 3 places . Last thing we see is Garvin grabbing the WWC Title and running out of the stadium with security chasing him .
JR : So that was the end of the match a folks that was also the end of Jimmy Garvin in WWC . They Council has fired him . Well , he contacted the big Cowboy and he will be here in two weeks . Right now let’s go to the ring , where we have Jerry Blackwell in action .
Jerry Blackwell vs Eli The Eliminator: Eli is as big and bad as they come , this is a ten minute brawl . Blackwell hits a running Powerslam and then goes up top for the Greaser Splash for the 3 !
Blackwell joins JR by ringside.
JR : Jerry last week you and your partner Blackjack Mulligan didn’t fare too well .
Blackwell: Jim , I still can’t believe what the back stabbing no good son of a you know what did . Well tomorrow night in your home state of Oklahoma I’m gonna get even . Mulligan , get ready because at Neil Armstrong High School in Lawton , you’re gonna be a grease stain on the mat .
JR : Thank you Jerry . Folks when we come back Harley Race is in action .

Harley Race vs Ted Oates : Before the match Nick Bockwinkle comes to ringside . He makes sure Race sees him . Oates as a result gets in some offense on Race . Harley puts him away with a Piledriver . Harley gets out of the ring and Bockwinkle takes his leave .
JR : Harley an interesting exchange there between you and Nick Bockwinkle .
Race : So Mr . Bockwinkle wants to play mind games . He wants to try and get into my head . Well let’s see how he fares tomorrow night in Lawton .
JR : Folks our main event when we come back . Kerry Von Erich vs Cactus Jack the Texas Television Title is on the line .

Texas TV Title Kerry Von Erich vs Cactus Jack : The Exalted One and the entire Dark Order come out with Cactus . Kerry hops out of the ring and he comes back with The Moondogs , Mike Von Erich and Jerry Blackwell . All hell breaks loose . The match never gets started . Other wrestlers spill in the ring . Kabuki attacks Magnum again . BJM and Blackwell are mixing it up . Race and Bockwinkle are fighting . Finally Bill Watts comes out .
Watts : Alright boys . You wanna fight . We’ll end this with a Battle Royal . Now no matter who the World Heavyweight Champion is , they are here in 3 weeks . Whoever wins gets a shot at him on tv . Let’s Hook Em Up !!!
The place goes insane . In the end it comes down to Cactus Jack , The Exalted One , Kerry and Magnum . It looks like a makeshift tag match at first and Cactus gets caught by Magnum who hits an over the Head Belly to Belly to dump Cactus out . Kerry ducks under the Exalted One’s kick and hits him with a dropkick , knocking him out . Magnum and Kerry put on a clinic at the end . They both end up going out together .
Bill Watts : Folks don’t worry . I got a plan . Tomorrow in Lawton . 2 out of 3 falls . The winner gets the World Heavyweight Title shot . Before we go JR here is the run down to tomorrow in Lawton .
