         WCW Monday Nitro #69 BDb2f3o

The show goes live and we instantly see WCW General Manager, Eric Bischoff already in the ring......

WCW Monday Nitro #69 OwoltjM

Eric Bischoff: "For the past few weeks, that slimeball Paul Heyman has picked his shots and brought in his so called angry friends to try and ruin the WCW party train! I warned him to take his circus act elsewhere.  But he wouldn't listen. So guess what Heyman? Your not the only one with friends in low places. I told everyone three weeks ago that I signed six of the biggest free agents going. And your going to meet two of them right now. So let me introduce you to MY friends....."

There's a brief pause and then the cameras pan to the entrance ramp and we see......

WCW Monday Nitro #69 V33SMYU

The Outsiders..... Scott Hall & Kevin Nash!

Eric Bischoff: "See Heyman.... word gets out real quick in the wrestling business.  And we all know you have recruited Rhea Ripley and CM Punk to come in here. And the word is you have more to follow. Well get a good look at my roadblocks Heyman! If I was you I would think twice about trying anything clever. Because these guys.....are ready for anything you have up your......"

Bischoff is interrupted by some familiar music, and out comes......

WCW Monday Nitro #69 QyE2DDe

The Steiner Brothers!!!

Eric Bischoff: "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TWO DOING? You aren't supposed to be here yet!"

Scott Steiner: "Listen Bischoff.....and w don't care about your little rivalry with Paul Heyman! The truth of the matter is that you signed us a few weeks ago and we are tired of watching from the sidelines! Me and my Brither are here to take our place as the greatest tag team ever!"

Before Bischoff can say anything......

Voice: "Did you just say you was the greatest tag team ever??"

Then we see......

WCW Monday Nitro #69 R3xtMMO

Seth Rollins & Brian Pillman!

Seth Rollins: "It looks like the cat is out of the bag boys! While the NWA decided to have a fire sale and get rid of the hottest thing to ever hot tag team wrestling..... well.... their loss is WCW's gain! And when I look around all I see is two guys who all about themselves in Hall and Nash. Then I see two half brained brothers who might be the most overrated thing since Baker Mayfield! And then you can look at us and see ...... What Wrestling Should Be!"

Eric Bischoff: "Alright! This has went far enough! While I do have plans for all of you here in WCW..... This isn't the time!"

Scott Steiner: "I couldn't disagree more Bischoff! As a matter of fact, since we are all out here, let's make the best of it! How about one man from each team face off tonight..... in a triple threat match!"

Inside the ring Hall & Nash joke around, mocking the proposal as Rollins and Pillman talk it over and Bischoff reluctantly agrees to have the match in tonight's Main Event!

***COMMERCIAL BREAK ***

Jim Ross: "Welcome back fans! And what a wild night this is already turning out to be as some familiar but yet new faces have arrived here in WCW and it looks like we have a triple threat main event set for later tonight. We just don't know which three men it will be yet. But right now, your about to see the protégé of Jushin Luger..... Kenosuke Takeshita in action against "The Iceman!"

Match One: Kenosuka Takeshita vs Dean Malenko

Takeshita takes Malenko to the floor early on with a headscissors over the shoulders and a satellite armdrag. Takeshita fake dives on Malenko to a HUGE pop. Back in, Malenko buries a knee and tries a suplex, but Takeshita flips out and tries a quebrada. He gets caught, but shoves Malenko off into the corner for a sunset flip off the shoulders. That fails, but he avoids the punch and levels Malenko with a springboard dropkick. He catches Malenko with one more for good measure. Cover, 1.... 2.....NO! Takeshita escapes a powerbomb with an armdrag, but Malenko finally stops this guy with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Tiger Driver gets two. Takeshita lasts through a camel clutch, but gets hung out to dry. Down on the floor, Malenko goes the extra mile and delivers a Brainbuster on the floor! And Jim Ross says on commentary that he believes Malenko could win this at any time and is just torturing the youngster to send a message to Jushin Liger.

Back in, that gets two. Takeshita ranas Malenko to the floor and hits an Asai Moonsault. Back in, Takeshita is STILL in control with a flying headscissors from the top. Cover, 1.....2.....NO! Split-legged moonsault gets two. Takeshita heads up, but gets crotched and taken down with the SUPER GUTBUSTER! Cover, 1.... 2.... WHAT. Malenko lifts him up off the mat. Belly to belly throw. Cover, 1.....2..... but Malenko lifts Takeshita off the mat again. Mow it's clear that Malenko is toying with Takeshita and this brings out Jushin Liger to ringside.

WCW Monday Nitro #69 F4bOlFj

Malenko sees Liger and pulls Takeshita up..... powerbomb! Malenko won't pin Takeshita! He pulls him up again...... another powerbomb! Liger pleads with the ref to stop the match. Malenko grabs Takeshita  and puts him in the Texas Cloverleaf right in the middle of the ring. After a few seconds Liger throws in a white towel and the ref stops the match. Liger rushes in to check on his protégé as Malenko watches on.

WCW Monday Nitro #69 2CftATK

Jim Ross: "Fans we know that Malenko has challenged Jushin Liger to a match at Halloween Hell for the WCW TV Title..... but he may have went too far here tonight! He could have ended that young man's career before it even got started."

***COMMERCIAL BREAK ***

Match Two: Sammy Guevara vs Damian Priest

Guevara was in control early, but Priest stopped him from doing a move off the ropes. Priest hit a running splash to Guevara back against the turnbuckle. Priest hit a backbreaker followed by a chinlock. Guevara got back up with one a bulldog counter to send Priest’s head into the mat. Guevara went to check on Priest in a show of sportsmanship and its clear Priest is in pain. Guevara backs up, giving Priest some time but the ref says the match has to continue.  Guevara checks in Priest again but Priest caught him and Priest hit a Razor’s Edge for the pinfall win after six minutes. The fans are shocked by Priests actions as he leaves the ring.

WCW Monday Nitro #69 LMNHp3d

Jim Ross: "I'm not sure what to think with that outcome. Damian Priest remains undefeated here in WCW..... but it's the way he won it that gets me!"

Jesse Ventura: "Ohhhh Jim Ross..... why? The man did nothing wrong other than use Guevaras weakness against him! Pretty smart thinking if you ask me!"

***COMMERCIAL BREAK ***

As we return from break we see Eric Bischoff in his office and in walks William Regal!

Eric Bischoff: "Ohhhh great!! You again!  This better be good Regal!"

WCW Monday Nitro #69 QjgiMSg

William Regal: "I believe it is Eric! I think I may be on to something here. As I've told you before.....Heyman has a game plan for you and the WCW! But hear me out here..... I believe there's a mole inside WCW feeding information to Heyman."

Eric Bischoff: "Did you say mole? What the hell are you talking about Regal?"

Eric Bischoff: "Think about it Eric.....Heyman only appears when it's convenient to show up. When he knows nobody is around. How would he know when to do that?"

Eric Bischoff: "And whom may I ask do you believe this so called mole to be?"

William Regal: "Well.....my theory is this..... lets take a look at who Heyman has aligned himself with so far. He has Rhea Ripley and CM Punk. Now where did they come from my dear boy? They came from Terminus!"

Eric Bischoff: "Regal.... Terminus has been shut down for months! Get to the point! Who is the damn mole?"

William Regal: "I was getting there lad. As I said..... these people associated with Heyman this far are from Terminus.  And who came here from Terminus before anybody? It has to be..... Damian Priest! There's just something about him that doesn't sit well with me!"

Eric Bischoff: "And you don't sit well with me! What the hell would Priest benefit from any if that? GET THE HELL OUT OF MY OFFICE REGAL!"

The cameras pan across the venue to "Mean" Gene Okerlund!

WCW Monday Nitro #69 ADMfYv9

Gene Okerlund: "OHHHHH MY! Some interesting developments going on all around the WCW! And one I would like to get to the bottom to right now as my guests at this time join me. Maryse... my question is for you! Why associate yourself with the likes if The Dynamic Duo?"

Maryse holds her hand up to Okerlunds face and says something in French!

WCW Monday Nitro #69 CfzRa8Y

Maryse: " Ne me parle pas !"

WCW Monday Nitro #69 NYEh1mZ

Gino Hernandez: "Are you an idiot Okerlund? Why wouldn't she associate with us? Just look at her? This is one of the finest women on the planet! She lives the ravish lifestyle. Only the very best for her! So it only makes sense that she's now with the greats tag team if all time..... The Dynamic Duo! And once we get rid of those teenyboppers, The Rockers, we are onto better and bigger things like winning the tag team qualifiers on Thanksgiving and going on to Wrestle Kingdom to take our place as the IWA World tag team champions!"

***COMMERCIAL BREAK ***

Match Three: Wardlow vs Al Madril

Wardlow stayed true to his dominance and destroyed this dude with multiple powerbombs in record time. Wardlow stomps around the ring yelling out..... "Who wants some?" And after a few seconds out comes......

WCW Monday Nitro #69 Hd5j6oh

The crowd pops as Savage just taunts Wardlow, who is just as intense as Savage and stares right back into the Macho Man's eyes!

Jim Ross: "Bygawd!!! Savage said he wanted to make a debut at Halloween Hell and do it in a big way! It damned sure doesn't get any bigger than Wardlow! Eric Bischoff..... I know your listening...... make this match happen! What a Slobberknocker it would be!"

***COMMERCIAL BREAK ***

Match Four: Koko B. Ware vs Stan Hansen

Hansen comes out charging to the ri g like a damned maniac. Swinging his bullrope at anything that moves. He enters the ring and goes right after Koko who jokes and jibes then hits Hansen with a dropkick but it barely budges the big, nasty, Texan. Instead, Hansen nearly takes Kokos head off with a lariat. Hansen takes his bullrooe and wraps it around Kokos neck and throws him over the top rope...... hanging Koko! The ref tries pulling Hansen off but he can't. After several attempts he calls for the bell and disqualified Hansen!

WCW Monday Nitro #69 M6XWFTq

Jim Ross: "What the hell is Hansen's problem?? Doesn't he get it? This is the third straight week he's lost via a disqualification.  You can't get to the pay window that way!"

The cameras pan backstage where we see Gene Okerlund with the WCW Womens champion...... Toni Storm!

Gene Okerlund: "Alright wrestling fans..... come in in here Toni Storm! My aren't you looking lively tonight! The last time we seen you was two weeks ago in a number one contenders match against Rosemary and Kris Statlander...... and You took the mist to the eyes..... courtesy of Rosemary! And just moments from now, you will be teaming with Paige and Cora Jade to face The IInspiration and the IWA Womens World champion..... Britt Baker. But I have to ask..... how's the eyesight after taking the mist?

WCW Monday Nitro #69 WmZlNvK

Toni Storm: "Luckily for me, it didn't make direct contact and after the match it washed out pretty easily. Burned like hell until then though. But my main problem is..... I feel I let my fans down! I've been number one contender for that for months now. And the one match I needed to win..... I came up short. But I can promise all the great fans..... that mistake won't happen again! It opened up my eyes.... NO pun intended! And now, I'm coming for Britt Baker harder than ever before!"

***COMMERCIAL BREAK ***

Match Five: Toni Storm, Paige, & Cora Jade vs Britt Baker, Peyton Royce & Billie Kay

Baker takes Cora Jade into the corner to start but gets shouldered in the ribs and caught in a sunset flip for two. Back up and Cora slaps the champion in the face so Baker drags her back into the corner for a tag off to Peyton Royce. Quick tag and Britt is back in less than fifteen seconds later but Royce trips up Cora  to slam her face first into the apron. Cora is in trouble as Bille Kay tags in.

Billie holding Cora in a chinlock. Baker comes in again with a figure four neck lock to keep Cora in trouble. Another tag brings in Royce who gets rolled up for two but Cora still can’t make the tag. The IInspiration make some switches in the corner. All three keep taking their shots on Cora as this has been totally one sided so far.

Royce hooks a chinlock but Cora is quickly up and avoiding a charge into the corner. The hot tag finally brings in Paige to clean house, including a belly to belly for two on Britt. Everything breaks down and Britt gets two off a bridging rollup on Paige. Paige hits a headscissors takedown on Britt that sends the word champ slumped in the corner. Storm sees her opening..... Storm charges in with the Hip Attack but Brit grabs Paige and pulls her in to take the impact instead and Storm nails Paige. The distraction allows Cora Jade to question Storm, allowing Britt to grab a rollup on Jade for the pin at 8:50.

Britt and The IInspiration take their leave as Paige slowly recovers and looks at Storm confused over the mishap. Cora talks in Paiges ear then Cora and Jade leave the ring, leaving Storm by herself.

*** COMMERCIAL BREAK ***

We come back from break and see The Outsiders, Hall & Nash in the ring. They do Rock, paper, scissors to see who will be in the match....... it's Scott Hall!

Main Event: Scott Steiner vs Seth Rollins vs Scott Hall

Scott Steiner goes after Hall right away! Seth Rollins bails. Steiner with huge back suplexes on Hall. Steiner with a german suplex on Hall and another on Rollins. Steiner is in full control tossing Hall and Rollins around the ring as we see a shot of Paul Heyman simewhere in the arena smiling. Steiner with more suplexes on Hall and Rollins. Steiner with a kimura lock on Hall. Rollins breaks it up coming off the top rope connecting with a knee to the head of Steiner. Rollins with kicks to Steiner. Hall and Rollins with a double suplex on Steiner. Hall with a fallaway slam on Steiner. Rollins tosses Hall out and Steiner quickly kicks out. Steiner is fighting off Hall and Rollins again. Steiner with a big suplex that sends Hall sliding to the outside. Rollins with another shot to Steiner on the outside. Back in the ring, Hall with shoulder tackles to Rollins, twisting powerbomb and gets setup for the Razors Edge. Rollins blocks it, eats another powerbomb plant and then Steiner with a german suplex on Hall. Rollins with a shot to the head of Scotty. Rollins knees hom out of the ring. Hall with a sitdown powerbomb on Rollins. Rollins with a blockbuster on a standing Hall.  1.....2..... Steiner breaks up the pinfall. Steiner tosses Rollins out. Hall is attempt clotheslines. Steiner is staying up. Hall finally gets Steiner down, Rollins pulls Hall out, springboards off the top rope...... Steiner catches Rollins and connects with a huge overhead suplex! Steinerline to Rollins. 1.....2...... Hall breaks it up. Hall with a fallaway slam. 1.....2...... Steiner somehow kicks out. Rollins with a Curb Stomp in the ring on Steiner. 1......2...... Hall breaks it up. On the outside, Hall tackles Steiner breaking through the wall around the timekeepers area. Hall sends Steiner shoulder first into the steel ring steps at ringside. Hall tosses the steel steps at the head of Steiner. Rollins jumps off the top turnbuckle with a HUGE flying elbow smashing through the table over Steiner!!!!

The fans chant "HOLY SHIT!"  Rollins with a series of close pinfalls on Hall back in the ring. Rollins counters an a Razors Edge and Hall instead connects with a sitdown powerbomb. Hall and Rollins are up top. Rollins with a corner powerbomb on Hall!  Hall with a big powerbomb. Rollins hooks the leg and Hall still kicks out. Hall tosses Rollins over the top rope. Hall with a piledriver on Rollins with a very close two count. Rollins catches Hall with a kick to the back of the head and follows with a Curb Stomp. 1......2...... Hall again kicks out. Rollins is up top, connects with a huge moonsault into a 450 over Hall! Then something distracts Rollins. Its..........

WCW Monday Nitro #69 5qtppay

   Bryan Danielson!

Danielson has Rillins distracted while on the other side of the ring behind Rollins is Paul Heyman, who is signaling for someone.

WCW Monday Nitro #69 VSkKlDt

And before long we see...... FTR Storm the ring. And as Rollins turns around, FTR hit the Big Rig on him! Rick Steiner rushes out to his brothers aid but Danielson cuts him off and begins beating on Rick. FTR hit a bit Rig on Scott Hall. Kevin Nash storms thr ring and begins fighting with FTR but the numbers are too much and FTR take Nash out too. Danielson has RIck Steiner in the Cattle Mutilation.  As the carnage lays around the ring, Dax Hardwood takes the housemic.......

WCW Monday Nitro #69 N5eMAcp

Dax Hardwood: "Earlier this Summer there wasn't a tag team any hotter than FTR! We had the Terminus tag titles...... we had the GFW Tag titles...... and within any day, we would have had the IWA World tag team titles! But some arrogant prick named Dan Lambert got too big for his own britches and screwed it all up! The little bastard even relinquished the GFW Tag titles..... titles we never lost! Then Terminus closes shop! We had nothing left! Then came this guy...... Paul Heyman! And the saying goes..... when opportunity knocks..... you answer the damned door! Guys like me and Cash Wheeler..... CM Punk..... Rhea Ripley...... and Bryan Danielson sat at home and watched while guys like Randy Savage and The Outsiders got the high dollar contracts, while we couldn't even get a return phone call! So we all sat down with Paul Heyman. And he asked the question..... are you angry? And if so..... what are you gonna do about it? Well..... take a good look around! There's your answer! Eric Bischoff.... you made a huge mistake looking all this talent over! Your second mistake..... was saying you was ready for us to do something about it! I believe that's Check Mate! Top Guys...... out!"

Jim Ross: "So this is what its all about? Some guys not getting signed to contract? Fans.... like him or not..... Paul Heyman has associated himself with some mighty damn fine talent. And their angry! WCW is under fire! Now how will we retalliate?"
