The Progress theme song ‘BLOW’ by Chris Stapleton, Bruno Mars & Ed Sheeran plays as the pyro erupts .... We go to Mauro Renallo & Renee Young at ringside, who recap last weeks episode and set up what we are going to see tonight ....




*** Show opens with highlights of a UWF press conference where Progress is announced as the host promotion of UWF GLORY, which will take place Thanksgiving Night in London .... ***

We come on the air with Mauro Renallo and Renee Young discussing the announcement, but JBL’s music hits and he comes out to address the crowd .... he says a lot has happened in a week ....

He addresses the ‘elephant in the room’, and that is that AJ Styles is no longer with Progress due to no fault of his own OR Progress .... apparently MVP orchestrated that trade while he was still in power in order to get rid of Styles .... JBL says Progress’ lawyers are involved now, trying to void the agreement ....

Edge comes out and says he doesn’t care who AJ works for, he still wants a match with him .... but that can’t even happen because on top of everything AJ was injured and forced out of the main event at GLORY .... Edge says he wants to fight someone tonight and he’s laying out a challenge ....


*** IN THE BACK ***

Street Profits confront War Machine and ask for a match .... War Machine is always down to kill fools, so they accept .... Rowe tells them to get ready for WAR!


**** 1. Bobby Lashley w/ Bill Alphonso vs. Randy Orton is a no contest .... ****
This is just a fight .... Alphonso gets involved, blowing his whistle to distract Orton but he eats an RKO for his trouble .... The brawl makes its way outside, and the ref throws the match out due to brawling and neither man listening to the refs warnings ....

POST MATCH: Security comes out and has to pull both men apart .... Lashley is screaming that this isn’t over ....


**** 2. War Machine (Hanson & Rowe) def. Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) to retain the Progress tag team titles .... ****
Ford takes out War Machine with a dive as they are taking their ring gear off .... Dawkins immediately tosses Rowe in and Ford hits the 7 star frog splash for a 2.999999!  Street Profits push their advantage, but Rowe keeps surviving .... Hanson rejoins the match and runs wild, and we get a lot of brawling .... War Machine swing the momentum back in their favor, but the Profits fight back .... Dawkins goes for a spear, but runs into a knee strike from Rowe, then they take him out with Thor’s Hammer!  Viking Funeral to Ford, then the Fallout finishes it as War Machine retains ....  

War Machine stop on the ramp and show respect to Street Profits, but they are blind-sided as Redragon comes out and attacks them!  Fish takes out Hanson with a belt shot, then they hit Chasing the Dragon on the ramp on Rowe!!!!  The Street Profits come in to chase away Fish & O’Reilley, but the damage has been done to the tag champions ....



United States Champion Johnny Gargano comes out and says he’s been the US champ for 6 months and he’s defied the odds every time .... he defied the odds when he won the Round Robin Challenge last week, and you can always call him the underdog but you have to call him champion .... the fans always had his back and he will always fight for them ....

Eli Drake comes out and makes his return to Progress and interrupts!  Drake fake ‘claps’ for Johnny .... He says Johnny sits there with that belt on his shoulder not realizing that is why Progress went out and dropped a big 6 figure contract to sign E ... LI ... DRAKE because management is ashamed to be represented by someone like Johnny .... more banter leads to a brawl, then an impromptu match ....


**** 3. Eli Drake def. US Champion Johnny Gargano in a non-title match .... ****
Gargano is still beat up from the Round Robin Challenge, but he takes the fight to Drake .... Drake takes advantage of him not being 100% and manages to hit the ‘Gravy Train’ for the pin in an upset ....

POST MATCH: Drake puts the boots to Johnny, but Brian Cage comes out to make the save .... Cage and Drake have history .... Drake escapes to the ramp but has the mic and says he did something in one night that Cage hasn’t been able to do in 6 months: beat Johnny Gargano .... Drake says he ha carried Cage to world championships, and he’s left him laying in a casket .... He knows Cage better than anyone, and he knows that Johnny Gargano is more of a man than the machine is, and that’s not an insult, THAT is just a fact of life!  

This causes something inside Cage to snap, but he doesn’t go after Drake .... instead he turns his attention to Johnny Gargano and powerbombs him over and over again .... Eventually it gets so bad that Candice LeRae comes out of the back and lays on top of Gargano and begs for Cage to stop!  This finally manages to snap Cage out of it and he leaves, while Johnny has to do the stretcher job out of the arena ....


*** VIGNETTE ***

We get a vignette if Charlotte Flair training for her Glory match against Tessa Blanchard .... Flair is training with Amanda Nunes and some other notable people .... In between sparring sessions Charlotte talks about how no one in this business works harder than her .... She is training harder than ever in preparation for Tessa .... but before that, she has a little message for Indi Hartwell .... there’s only one Queen sweetie, and it isn’t you .... she’s got a message for Indi that she will deliver in person on Progress TV next week ....


**** 4. Bianca BelAir def. Vanessa Borne w/ Aaliyah .... ****
BelAir dominates, despite the attempted interference of Aaliyah .... She wins when the KOD ....

Bianca gets on the mic and cuts a promo and talks about the upcoming debut of the all-women show entitled Evolution the night before UWF Glory .... since Shayna Baszler is always in her business it’s obvious she’s scared, so she wants to challenge her for the women’s title at the show .... Out comes Baszler along with Shafir & Duke .... Baszler says I am the Evolution of women’s wrestling!’  She says BelAir doesn’t deserve it .... BelAir says she is UN ... DA ... FEET ... TED!  Mia Yim’s music hits!  Yim comes out and stares down Baszler, but then heads to the ring .... Baszler and the Horsewomen follow her and they all surround the ring .... Then we see someone jump the rail and slide in the ring, and it’s NAOMI!  We get a little EST reunion as Naomi has a chair and hands it to BelAir, then takes off her earrings and dares them to get in the ring and fight .... everyone backs off ....


*** VIGNETTE ***

We get a vignette for EVOLUTION, which will debut 2 days before GLORY from London .... The show will feature the tournament to crown the first Evolution tag team champions ....


Up next, Edge makes his way out .... Edge says he issued a challenge earlier, and says this is his damn show now .... Progress just got ‘Rated R’ .... he wonders if anyone in the back has the balls to accept his challenge .... someone comes out to accept ....



JAY LETHAL!


**** 4. Edge def. Jay Lethal .... ****
Awesome match, with Lethal looking like a million bucks .... Edge goes for the spear late, but Lethal cuts him off with a superkick .... Lethal Injection is avoided by Edge and he hits the spear for the 3 count ....

POST MATCH: Edge shows Lethal respect and the fans give them a standing ovation .... BUT RANDY ORTON IS BACK!  RKO TO EDGE!  Lethal fights off Orton, but the Lethal Injection is cut off in mid-air with an RKO!!!!  Orton is going to give Edge the concussion kick, BUT LASHLEY’S MUSIC HITS!  Lashley comes out, but security tries to get between him and the ring .... Lashley starts tossing security about, and Orton is daring him to come to the ring .... SPEAR BY EDGE TAKES OUT ORTON!!!!  Edge stands tall to end the show, as security continues to hold back Lashley ....
