- During their match at the Atlas tournament, Shane Strickland broke the arm of Aleister Black .... Strickland then donned the Killshot mask given to him by Darby Allin and became Killshot ....

The show starts with William Regal already in the ring .... Regal says he has been ordered by Progress Management to issue an apology to Marty Scurll for what happened on the last show .... Regal reads a prepared statement off a piece of paper, calling his behavior ‘unprofessional’ ....
After reading the statement, Regal gets down to business and makes his announcement .... Tonight we will hold the ‘SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST’ tournament .... 8 free agents will battle for not only a Progress contract but the winner will also receive a UK title shot against Killian Dain at the Bash in London!
Regal is interrupted as ‘The Villain’ Marty Scurll comes out .... Scurll says that Regal showed him the real William Regal last week, the William Regal he’s been looking for .... now Regal has had his balls cut off again by Dana White and Progress management .... Regal is seething and he clenches his fists but can’t do anything .... Scurll gets in Regals face because he knows Regal can’t touch him .... He demands that Regal apologize to his face and then give him back his title ....
This brings out ‘Bruiserweight’ Pete Dunne to a big pop ....
The fans are starting to get behind Dunne lately .... Dunne wastes no time in attacking Scurll, who has made a lot of enemies lately .... Scurll escapes and Dunne tells Regal he wants a UK title shot .... Regal stops them both and says they will both have their chance .... As it stands right now the SOTF winner will get the UK shot at the Bash, but at the Bash we will have a Triple Threat match to determine a new No. 1 contender .... It will be Dunne vs Scurll vs an opponent that will be announced later tonight .... Regal says Scurll and Dunne can settle their issues when they go one on one tonight ....

Graves says one mans life is about to change, and he goes through the list of former winners of the tournament that have gone on to have success like Ray Rowe & Hanson, WCW Television Champion Eli Drake, and former UK champion ‘The Villain’ Marty Scurll ....

During the match we see Peyton Royce watching Banks intently from the stage ....**** SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST ROUND 1: (USA) ‘All-American American’ Jack Swagger def. (USA) Lars Sullivan via ref stoppage **** Big hoss battle here but Swagger tries to take it to the mat and work the ankle of Sullivan .... Sullivan powers out of it and hits some power moves on Swagger to take advantage .... Swagger comes back and catches Sullivan in the Patriot Act (Ankle Lock) but Sullivan refuses to tap .... Swagger grapevines the leg and traps Sullivan in the middle of the ring, but Sullivan still won’t tap as Swagger cranks away .... He bends Sullivan’s ankle at an unnatural position, and the ref steps in and stops the match, giving the win to Swagger ....POST MATCH - Sullivan snaps and hits the Freak Accident on the ref! He limps away from the ring with what is likely a broken ankle, but he never tapped out ....

TOMASSO CIAMPA! Ciampa comes out on the stage and gives Dunne and Nigel a sarcastic wave ....

(USA) ‘Thrillseeker’ Matt Cappotelli**** Cappotelli’s shoulder is heavily taped from the earlier attack from Jack Swagger, but he refuses to listen to the trainers .... The fans are behind Cappotelli 100% .... WALTER gives zero fucks and attacks the shoulder and punishes Cappotelli for a while before Cap scores out of nowhere with a Superkick! This stuns WALTER and allows Cappotelli to turn the tide .... WALTER stops his offense with Ground Zero (fireman carry into jackhammer) * stolen from Keith Lee * .... Cappotelli kicks out at 2.9999!!!! WALTER with the fujiwara arm bar but Cap refuses to tap and makes it to the ropes .... Cap comes back with a jumping neckbreaker and then a top rope elbow, but WALTER no sells and kicks out at 1!!!! WALTER catches another Superkick attempt and drills Cap with a nasty lariat, then tosses him with a release German Suplex! POST MATCH - WALTER stands stoic like a General in the ring as he is announced as the winner .... he glares at Cappotelli as he is helped from the ring while the fans give Cappotelli a standing ovation .... Killian Dain’s music hits!!!! Dain comes out and gets nose to nose with WALTER .... WALTER is just as big as Dain and for the first time he’s not the bigger man .... Dain holds up the UK title in WALTERS face and we have a staredown ahead of their meeting at the Great American Bash ....
**** (SCOTLAND) Drew McIntyre def. (IRELAND) Finn Balor **** This is a Hell of a match as these two tear it down .... McIntyre works on the leg of Balor, limiting his speed and mobility .... Balor manages to battle back with the sling blade and then the shotgun dropkick .... Balor up top but McIntyre meets him there and hits a BIG super-plex and both men are down! McIntyre launches a series of moves, but Balor keeps kicking out .... Balor counters the Claymore with another slingblade, then hits a double stomp to the back of McIntyre .... shotgun dropkick and Balor to the top, but McIntyre avoids the Coup De Grace and kicks Balor in the gut .... Future Shock DDT! 1 ... 2 ... 2.99999! Balor doesn’t have much left in the tank, and McIntyre waits for him to get up and drills him with the Claymore kick to get the clean 1 ... 2 ... 3 on the former Junior Heavyweight Champion! ....POST MATCH - McIntyre celebrates the huge win and the momentum he has heading into the Four way Iron Man match at the Bash ....
