RING ANNOUNCER: Mike RomeWe begin tonight's show with a HUGE pyro display as the 10,000 seat Wrestle Kingdom arena is rocking!
Tonights show is being brought to you with limited commercial interruption .... It is also streaming live on the ESPN and WatchESPN app ....
Show begins with Wrestle Kingdom GM Dana White coming out to the ring .... White has a big announcement to make, but he never gets to make it because he is interrupted by Roman Reigns and the Usos .... Reigns is pissed about what happened last week when AJ Styles cost him the Wrestle Kingdom title against Sami Zayn ....
Reigns says AJ made a BIG mistake by getting in his business last week .... if Reigns destroyed the Shield, what chance does AJ have? He calls AJ out, saying he's a coward for jumping him from behind .... Out comes AJ Styles!!!! AJ starts walking to the ring and he doesn't care if he is outnumbered 3-1! However, security comes running out of the back and gets between him and the ring, creating a barrier .... the fans start booing as White orders all parties to return to the locker room ....
AT THE ANNOUNCE DESK - MAURO RENALLO & THE COACH
Mauro and Coach go over tonight's show .... Brian Cage will defend the Evolve title against Ethan Carter III in a rematch from last week, plus Dana White has a special announcement that he didn't get to make a minute ago!
IN THE BACK - Dana White is talking with Britt McHenry .... White books AJ Styles vs Jey Uso for tonight .... Britt asks about his announcement but he is cut off again by Bobby Roode!
Roode says he wants to be next in line to face Sami Zayn .... Dana White is pissed because people keep interrupting him so he is going to make his announcement now .... he says Roode will get his chance, but so will every other member of the WK roster .... Tonight there will be a 'Kingdom Rumble' (basically a Royal Rumble) with every member of the WK roster .... the winner gets a title match next week at a show he likes to call 'NEXT IN LINE', where basically every Wrestle Kingdom title will be on the line .... and since Roode is supposedly the new 'face' of Wrestle Kingdom, he can have the honor of entering at No. 1 .... good luck ....
Roode isn't happy about it ....
(c) 'The Machine' Brian Cage ~ vs ~ Ethan Carter III ----- Wrestle Kingdom 'Evolve' title
There was controversy 2 weeks ago in their match, and the announcers really play it up in this one .... it goes back and forth and they use the same spot that ended the match last time (EC3 with the rear naked choke) but this time Cage powers out of it .... EC3 gets out of the Lucha Destroyer (Steiner Screwdriver) and resorts to a low blow and then the 1%-er but Cage kicks out at 2! Cage comes back with a spear, but takes out the ref instead! Cage drills EC3 with the Weapon X but EC3 kicks out when another ref comes to the ring .... from there the match breaks down into a brawl, and ends up with both men getting counted out. For failing to make it back to the ring .... nothing is settled between these two ....
We get an announcement for 'Champs vs All Stars IV .... It will take place on March 19th from Birmingham, Alabama .... we get a few highlights from past Champs vs All Stars winners, like Austin Aries, Antonio Cesaro and Finn Balor ....
NEXT WEEK ---- UWF junior heavyweight champion Finn Balor will be here next week to discuss his match at Wrestlemania against No. 1 contender Chris Candido ....
Back in the arena, the music of the Bella Brand hits and out come Nikki and Brie .... The Bellas are upset that they haven't been featured very often since Battle Queens was absorbed by Wrestle Kingdom .... they have one of the most recognizable brands in women's wrestling and the fans want to see them .... They are still the Battle Queens tag team champions but no one knows it unless they watch their reality show on the E! network .... When is Dana White going to give them some competition????
The Bellas are answered by the arrival of Nia Jax! Nikki and Brie look like they just pissed their pants as Jax comes out and says she's here to answer their challenge .... Brie starts to talk but Jax pie-faces her to the mat .... Nikki attacks Jax with forearms and we have ourselves a match!
Nia Jax ~ vs ~ Nikki Bella
Nikki is on the attack as the match starts but Jax stops her cold with a body avalanche .... from here out it is all Jax .... She uses power moves on Nikki, who rolls outside to get away .... Jax follows her out and scoops her up on her shoulder but Nikki slips off the back and shoves Jax into the ring post! Nikki slides back in while Jax is dazed, and when Jax tries to get back in the ring Brie grabs her foot from the outside! Nia kicks her off, but the momentary distraction prevents her from beating the 10 count and she is counted out!
The Bellas escape, and Jax is so angry that she lays out the MALE ref with a Samoan drop!!!! Nia gets on the mic and says she wants BOTH Bellas in a match at the same time!
VIDEO - we get a video for the Charlotte/ Paige match for the interim women's title next week ....
AJ Styles ~ vs ~ Jey Uso w/ Jimmy Uso
AJ battles the odds this whole match .... He looks like he's got the match won with the phenomenal forearm but Jimmy Uso reaches in and pulls the ref out .... while he is arguing with the ref AJ takes Jimmy out with a diving forearm to the outside! He slides back in but eats a superkick from Jey for a 2 count! Jey up top but misses a splash, allowing AJ to hit the Styles clash for the pin ....
AJ has no time to celebrate as Roman Reigns hits the ring and drills him with a spear! Reigns measures AJ for the superman punch, but AJ dodges! PELE KICK TO REIGNS!!!! AJ slides out and escapes as the Usos come after him, leaving Reigns furious in the ring!
IN THE BACK - Dana White is watching what is happening on a monitor .... he tells Britt McHenry that next week he is booking AJ Styles vs Roman Reigns with the Usos banned from ringside .... in addition, he just made a match for the Wrestle Kingdom tag team titles with The Revival defending against the Kingdom ....

Roode and Brian Cage are the first 2 in .... one by one the guys are tossed out until the Final 4 are Chad Gable, EC3, Brian Cage and Bobby Roode .... amazingly Cage and Roode have made it all the way to the end .... EC3 and Cage have continued their feud through the match as well, and EC3 ends up eliminating Cage .... Chad Gable has a surprise showing in the match as well .... he surprisingly eliminates EC3 and the final 2 are Roode and Gable! Of course the fans are SOLID behind Gable, and he comes close to eliminating Roode on several occasions but Roode survives .... Roode goes for the glorious ddt but Gable reverses into a half nelson suplex! Gable clotheslines Roode over the top rope!!!! Roode holds on, and only one foot touches the floor! Meanwhile Gable celebrates like he's won, but Roode sneaks back in and hits the Glorious DDT and eliminates Gable to win!!!!
Roode is the new No. 1 contender and he celebrates with his 'Glorious' theme song playing as the show ends ....
