EARLIER TODAY ----

Originally this news broke on the Wrestle Kingdom website earlier in the day, and the footage is shown to kick off the show .... The Usos confront American Alpha before the arena even opens as Jordan and Gable are in the ring warming up .... Tempers flare and a brawl breaks out between the 2 teams, and before anyone can break it up the Usos introduce a ladder into the fray and use it as a weapon against American Alpha .... the Revival end up running in and getting involved too and attack both teams before the locker room empties to break the melee up ....






As we come to live action, Mauro and Coach make the blockbuster announcement that the earlier brawl had led to Dana White booking a rematch from the Bash show with American Alpha defending the Wrestle Kingdom tag team titles against the Revival and the Usos in LADDER WAR 2!!!!


North American Women's champion Charlotte and Nia Jax come out to start the live action .... Charlotte cuts a promo and wants everyone to know that, the record books show she beat Kong at the Great American Bash .... for those 'uneducated' fans that think Kong beat her, she never agreed to the match being restarted so whatever 'victory' they saw is meaningless .... in reality, what happened after her win was nothing more than an unprovoked assault and the fact that the UWF is just going to let that stand is an insult to women's wrestling .... Kong has proven how scared she is because she's already gone back to fighting Molly Holly again .... KONG KNOWS SHE CANT BEAT CHARLOTTE!  

The fans start chanting 'CHARLOTTE!  CHARLOTTE!  CHARLOTTE!' .... Charlotte shuts that down and tells them to save their cheers .... she doesn't care about any of them because she has done everything on her own and she doesn't need help from anyone much less them .... when she says that Nia Jax shoots her a sideways look .... Charlotte says since there is no one on her level she is going to take a much deserved vacation until someone steps up .... Nia Jax takes the mic and tells Charlotte not to forget about their agreement .... Charlotte kind of puts Jax off, saying she will live up to her end once she gets the world title from Kong ....

To everyone's surprise, this brings out Bayley!!!!  Bayley says that she and Charlotte still have unfinished business after the way things ended at Shimmer Vol. 2 .... Bayley says the fans want to see them in the ring again, and she wants to see who the better champion is .... Charlotte and Nia Jax attack Bayley and lay her out, and Charlotte takes the mic and tells Bayley she isn't on her level either .... she picks up the North American title and the Shimmer title and looks at both of them, then tosses the Shimmer title down on the mat and walks off ....


Moose vs. Baron Corbin --- singles match

This is a rematch from the Great American Bash, where Baron Corbin got the win .... this one starts out the same, with a lot of brawling between the two .... Moose controls but Corbin stops all that with the Deep Six for a close 2 ....  Corbin tries for the End of Days but Moose elbows out of it and hits and spear and both guys are down!  Moose goozles Corbin for the 'Go to Hell' chokeslam but Corbin responds with a kick between the legs to break it .... ref doesn't see the below blow and the match continues as Corbin covers for the 1 ... 2 ... Noooo!  Corbin is pissed and sits Moose on the top rope and goes for the super-plex but Moose fights him off with stiff head butts!  GAME CHANGER FROM THE TOP ROPE!!!!  This is enough to get Moose the 1 ... 2 ... 3 ....


IN THE BACK ----

Mike Bennett & Maria walk into Dana Whites office .... Maria goes off on White, saying Bennett is a prodigy and says he deserves to be in the title picture .... but week after week they are not in the lineup .... Maria tells them to look at her and then tell her that 'creative has nothing for her right now' .... White says he has something for them .... Bennett says 'finally', assuming White is talking about him but White says he's actually talking about Maria .... he says let's face it Maria is the box office attraction of this duo and he knows she has wrestled in the past .... technically she's a part of the women's roster so he's putting her in a match right now ....


Maria Kanellis w/ Mike Bennett vs. Ember Moon --- women's match

A short match here with Moon pretty much dominating but Maria also shows flashes .... the announcers talk about how Maria was once the WOW Television champion but has been more of a manager since .... Moon tries to finish Maria off with the Eclipse but Mike Bennett gets involved and distracts Moon .... Maria knocks her off the top and hits a superkick for a very close nearfall .... Bennett celebrates, but Moon comes back and takes him out with a basement dropkick!  Moon then hits the Eclipse on Maria to finish her off for the win ....


Seth Rollins vs. Eric Young w/ Killian Dane & Nikki Cross --- singles match

We go back and forth in this one .... crowd is hot here .... Killian Dane interferes and allows Young to get the advantage, but Rollins comes back and takes out Dane with a flip dive .... As they battle back and forth, Christopher Daniels appears and steals back his tag title briefcase from Nikki Cross!  Cross and Daniels argue, which distracts Young and Rollins is able to roll him up for the 3 count!

Daniels escapes into the crowd having reclaimed the briefcase that Young stole from him at the Great American Bash .... meanwhile, Rollins stops on the top of the ramp and raises his arms .... BUT BOBBY ROODE COMES OUT AND BLINDSIDES HIM WITH THE WRESTLE KINGDOM TITLE BELT!!!!  Roode takes a chair and smashes Rollins' briefcase to pieces!  Moose comes back out and Roode backs off ....


IN THE BACK ----

We get a backstage segment where a tag team match is booked for Shimmer Vol. 3 with Charlotte and Nia Jax facing Bayley and UWF world champion Awesome Kong ....


The Miz vs. Kassius Ohno --- singles match

Ohno ties Miz up in several holds at the start and Miz gets frustrated .... crowd is really on Miz right here .... another tie up and Ohno lays in with the chops and Miz bails out of the ring .... Ohno hits a big boot but Miz kicks the knee and then hits the kneeling DDT .... Miz controls, but Ohno fires up briefly before Miz cuts him off and hits the swinging corner clothesline .... Miz up top but Ohno chops him out of the air on his way down .... Ohno runs wild here and takes Miz out with the cyclone kill (discuss big boot)!  Back senton by Ohno but Miz gets the knees up .... Miz tries to bring the briefcase into the ring but the ref stops him .... instead he goes for the skullcrushing finale, but Ohno blocks it and snapmares him to the mat and hits the ripcord elbow strike .... Ohno winds up for the discus elbow strike but Miz grabs the Evolve title briefcase and puts it in the way and Ohno hits it instead!  The ref disqualifies the Miz ....

Miz grabs his briefcase and runs away, while Ohno clutches at his elbow after smashing the case with it .... the announcers talk about how dented the case is, and how lethal Ohnos strikes are ....


IN THE BACK ----

TJ Perkins cuts a promo .... Perkins has tried to get his one on one match with Finn Balor but Marty Scurll seems to always be involved .... he says if Balor wants to call himself a true champion then he needs to face TJP one on one .... he wants the match next week!


American Alpha (Chad Gable & Jason Jordan) vs. The Usos (Jimmy & Jey) vs. The Revival (Scott Dawson & Dash Wilder) --- Ladder War II for the Wrestle Kingdom tag team titles

The action begins with all 6 men going at it and the Revival are tossed early .... Usos and American Alpha go at it but the Revival return with chairs and attack the Usos only to run into some suplexes from Gable and Jordan!  AA are the first ones to go after the ladders, but the Usos stop them and use them as weapons against AA .... Usos prop the ladder up against the ropes, but the Revival powerbomb Jimmy Uso onto it!  Gable is back up but the Revival tie up his leg in the ladder and attack it .... meanwhile, the Usos have been setting up tables on the floor .... The Revival try to climb, but the Usos cut them off and Jey hits a bubba Bomb off the ladder on Dawson .... double superkick takes out Wilder and now the Usos try to climb .... Jason Jordan is back in and runs wild on everyone with suplexes .... he tries to climb but the Revival and Usos take turns keeping him from climbing to the titles .... Jordan and Jimmy Uso fight at the top of the ladder, but Jey grabs Jordan and powerbombs him to the mat!  Jimmy is at the top all by himself, but instead of grabbing the belts he flies off with the big splash to Jordan!!!!  

Dawson comes in and immediately tosses Jimmy Uso to the floor, then the Revival hit the Shatter Machine on Jey!!!!  Dawson climbs, and Gable is up and tries to stop him but gets taken out by Wilder .... Dawson nearly has the belts, but out of nowhere Gable runs up the ladder like Shelton Benjamin and hits an angle slam on Dawson off the ladder!!!!  Holy Shit!!!!  Wilder is even in shock, but he sets up another ladder and then bridges them with another ladder .... Wilder finally starts to climb, but Jordan is up and starts to climb up behind him .... somehow Gable is up and starts climbing the other ladder!  Wilder teases pulling down the belts, but Jordan grabs him and tosses him backward off the ladder .... RIGHT INTO GABLE FOR THE GRAND AMPLITUDE FROM THE TOP OF THE LADDER THROUGH THE BRIDGED LADDER!!!!  Oh ... my ... GOD!!!!  Gable and Wilder are DEAD!!!!  Jordan is alone at the top and has his hands on the titles, but the Usos have a ladder and they javelin it into his face and knock him off the ladder and through a table at ringside!!!!  The Usos start climbing the ladder, but Gable tries to drag himself up the ladder to stop them .... Jey lands several stiff kicks to the head and knocks Gable off to the mat, and the Usos reach up and grab the belts to win the match!





We are running short on time as Dean Ambrose's music hits and he comes out to the ring .... Ambrose wastes no time in calling out Roman Reigns .... Reigns cost him the Wrestle Kingdom title at the Great American Bash and that's on him because he should have seen it coming .... He says for someone that claims they are the 'big dog', Reigns sure acts like a little bitch .... Ambrose wants to fight Reigns, and he doesn't care if it's in the back, in the ring, in the front row or anywhere else .... he wants a falls count anywhere match!  

Reigns' music hits and he comes out on the stage .... He seems confused as to why Ambrose just keeps coming and Ambrose says the two of them are destined to play this game forever .... Reigns says this isn't a game, it's going to be Ambrose's funeral .... Next week he will end Ambrose .... Ambrose says 'why wait' and he leaves the ring and charges Reigns .... Reigns meets him in the isle and the fight is on!  Security and referees pour out of the back to pull the 2 men apart as the show goes off the air ....

UWF JUNIORWEIGHT TITLE: FINN BALOR vs FENIX

We get a lot of fantastic back and forth action to begin that is almost too fast to call .... Fenix proves to be the quicker of the 2 and Balor is sent to the floor, but Balor cuts Fenix off as he goes for a dive .... Balor hits a vicious PK from the apron, then follows it up with a flip dive over the top to the floor! Balor is in control, hitting the shotgun dropkick on the floor and sending Fenix into the railing .... Balor goes up top but misses a double stomp to the back and Fenix scores with a roundhouse kick .... Balor back to the outside and this time Fenix takes him out with a corkscrew suicide dive! Fenix is feeling it and he hits a handspring into a cutter on Balor for a near fall .... fire thunder driver attempt but Balor slips out and hits the 1619 (lifting reverse ddt) for a 2 count of his own .... Balor charges for the shotgun dropkick but Fenix with a superkicks followed by the Fenix driver! 2 count!!!! Fenix up top but Balor rolls out of the way of the corkscrew senton! Balor hits the Slingblade! Shotgun dropkick sends Fenix into the corner!!!! Balor up top for the Coup De Grace, but Fenix kicks his legs out from under him and he gets crotched on the top rope! Fenix goes to the opposite corner and tightrope walks toward Balor for his patented huricanrana but Balor cuts him off with a kick right to the face! Fenix gets knocked to the mat, and Balor comes off with the Coup De Grace for the 3 count!

Winner: FINN BALOR


UWF TELEVISION TITLE: AJ STYLES VS DANIEL BRYAN (W/AAE)

This is the 2nd member of the Triad that AJ has faced during the Bash, he defeated Samoa Joe at the APW Bash show .... AJ is wary of AAE at ringside, but Bryan insists he doesn't need him because he's the better wrestler .... the opening exchanges are clean mat wrestling, with Bryan immediately taking it to the mat and he does his douchey surfboard move where he stomps on the knees .... AJ comes right back and hangs with Bryan on some mat wrestling and goes for the phenomenal dropkick but Bryan bails out .... AJ fakes a springboard and lands on the apron, but Bryan kicks his legs out from under him and he crashes on the apron .... Bryan follows it with a running knee off the apron to the floor! Bryan tried to send AJ into the guardrail but AJ hurdles it and then catches Bryan coming in with a superkick from the front row! Back in the ring AJ takes over, but Bryan battles back with a kitchen sink knee to the gut .... Bryan takes over now, going to work on the arm .... AJ blocks the Cattle Mutilation but Bryan gets the Yes Lock instead! AJ barely makes it to the ropes to avoid tapping out! Bryan lays in the 'YES!' kicks but AJ ducks the big roundhouse and connects with the pele and both guys are down!!!! Both men to their feet and they trade strikes .... Bryan nearly KO's AJ with an elbow, but AJ rebounds with the phenomenal blitz! AJ goes for the springboard 450, BUT BRYAN CATCHES HIM ON THE WAY DOWN IN A TRIANGLE CHOKE!!!! AJ muscles Bryan up .... TURNS IT INTO THE STYLES CLASH!!!! Both men down!!!! AJ goes up top, but this time AAE distracts AJ and this allows Bryan to crotch him on the top rope .... he climbs up .... SUPER BACKDROP SUPLEX!!!! 1 ... 2 ... AJ gets a foot on the ropes!!!! Bryan with kicks but AJ no sells it .... double clothesline spot and both guys are down again!!!! They start to stir, and both guys are fighting from their knees now trading strikes! AJ dodges the Busaiku flying knee and hits the phenomenon (quebrada DDT)! AJ goes for the Styles Clash but the arm is too injured to lift him! DRAGON SUPLEX BY BRYAN! 1 ... 2 ... NOOOO!!!! Bryan holds on and goes into the Cattle Mutilation! He feels it slipping and rolls back over into a pin but AJ kicks out! Bryan sits AJ on the top and goes for another super-plex but AJ fights him off .... SUNSET FLIP POWERBOMB BY AJ!!!! He goes to the apron .... phenomenal forearm but Bryan catches his arm in mid-air and goes for the Yes Lock again .... AJ fights it and rolls through .... grabs Bryan's legs and lifts him into position .... STYLES CLASH AGAIN! AJ slowly rolls him over for the 1 ... 2 ... 3 ...
