Matthews: Welcome wrestling fans, to another episode of NextGen on XWA.TV. I am your host, Josh Matthews. He is The Cat, Ernest Miller. And tonight we have the Finals of the NextGen Womens Championship Tournament. Giulia faces Ariel Monroe to be the first ever NextGen Women's Champion.
Cat: I'm taking Big Swole in that one.
Matthews: That will be our Main Event. Also tonight we see the debut Ilja Dragunov. Now let's get the show started.MATCH ONE: SINGLES MATCH | HIKULEO

(Rivera comes out with a lot of fire. Firing forearms and elbows but Hikuleo is much larger and is able to absorb the punishment. Then he starts to dish out some of his own. He catches Rage with a big Lariat. He then starts to rough house him a bit before ending it with the T-Bomb.)

(After the match Hikuleo is cutting a promo on NextGen Champion when he is blindsided by a returning Robbie Eagles. Robbie is raining down punches on him. Finally Hikuleo gets away as Eagles invites him back in for more.)MATCH TWO: NEXTGEN DEBUT | TREY MIGUEL

(Dragunov comes to ring with Natalia Markova another newcomer to NextGen from Russia. Trey wants to make this a high flying fast paced affair but Ilja grounds him and uses a mat based style. He gets off a series of Wrist Clutch Rapid Fire Chops. Then hits a Release German. He goes up looking for something from the top but Trey is up and gives him a Belly to Belly Superplex. He covers for two. Trey sends him to the ropes and goes for a Spinning Roundhouse Head Kick but Dragunov ducks it and hits a Lariat. Running knee strike connects. Trey is dazed... 61-Lariat! Ilja goes up for the Senton.... Misses! Trey hits hits a Standing Moonsault. 1.. 2.. No! Trey sends Ilja into the buckle then backs off and charges... right into the Torpedo Mascau! 1.. 2.. 3! )
Winner: Ilja Dragunov
Matthews: What a debut for The Russian Dragon, Ilja Dragunov.
Cat: That boy took out a really tough guy in Trey Miguel. He definitely got the goods. And speaking of the "goods" did you see Natalia Markova? Don't nobody call my Momma.
Matthews: We will be keeping our eye on these two in the weeks to come. But tonight we crown our first ever Women's Champion, and that happens next.| (Spotlight is on Mansoor, 6'0", 175 Lbs, from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The first Saudi wrestler to fight in a major US promotion. Very athletic and using a High Flying Style, Mansoor can still mix it up with the best of them. (The two women come face to face. Ariel offers a handshake but Giulia just turns her back and leaves her hanging. The bell rings and Giulia tries to attack from behind but Monroe was ready and Scoop Slams her three times then hit a Clothesline. Giulia staggers up and now offers Ariel a handshake. but Monroe gives her the finger and whips her to the ropes for a Back Body Drop but Giulia read it and kicks her in face. Then she hits Saito Suplex right on Big Swole's head. Giulia goes to work now working a Chinlock and then a cravat.
Match continues with Ariel getting back in gear. She executes a Vertical Suplex. Then goes to the 2nd rope and connects on a Flying Shoulder Tackle. She covers for two. She scoops Giulia on her shoulder but Giulia switches into the Stealth Viper! Swole is in trouble but uses her strength to get herself to the ropes. Giulia doesn't want to release and the ref puts on a 5 count. Giulia releases at 4. Giulia now looks for the Glorious Driver but Monroe gets free but maintains wrist control.... Dirty Dancing! 1.. 2.. FOOT ON THE ROPES! Ariel goes for it again but Giulia ducks and hits a Reverse Neckbreaker. She again locks in Stealth Viper. Ariel tries to get to the ropes but she can't this time and taps!)
Winner & NextGen Womens Champion: Giulia
Matthews: Giulia has done it! She is the NextGen Women's Champion, Cat.
Cat: Mannnnn I lost $5 on that one but what a damn good match! Monroe is tough as nails but Giulia was able to take everything she gave her.
Matthews: And although Giulia has no problem bending the rules when it suits her, she got a clean win tonight. And that is our show for tonight. We invite you back next time for more of the Future of our sport. For Ernie The Cat I am Josh Matthews and this is NextGen. Later. | |
