1ST BATTLE: YOUNG LION CHAMPIONSHIP
Flip Gordon (5-5) vs Toa Henare (2-3)
As his name would suggest Gordon is adept at aerial maneuvers but he can wrestle as well and we he needs to he can fight. Against a powerhouse like Henare he needs all 3. Toa gives Flip a big Bodyslam then nails a jumping Elbow Drop. He goes for a Release German but Gordon "Flips" over onto his feet and executes a Huracanrana. He does a Quebrada into a Sunset Flip for a near fall. He later goes for a Stunner but Toa blocks it and instead now executes the Release German Suplex. He grabs a groggy Gordon and delivers a vicious Headbutt. Then he pulls him up and gives him the Toa Bottom. 1.. 2.. 3!
Kagets's group usually dominated these multi women matches but their opponents are fired up to be on the show. AS usual with these types of matches the referee has trouble Maintaining control and soo its a free for all. During the Melee Kris Wolf gets caught with the Peach Sunrise from Momo. She gets the 3 count.
Winner: Momo Watanabe (4-4)
3RD BATTLE: TAG TEAM MATCH
Mike Kannellis & Yujiro Takahashi w/Maria & Pieter (3-1) vs Yoshi-Hashi & Yoshi Tatsu (0-1)
Mike & Maria are still kind of unofficial Bullet Club members but this team with Takahashi has had some limited success. They pretty much dominate The Yoshi's before they rally for a bit but then Takahashi counters a Belly to Back Piledriver with Pimp Juice for the victory.
Winners: Mike Kannellis & Yujiro Takahashi (4-1)
4TH BATTLE: RSW JUNIOR HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP
Dragon Lee (9-1) vs Hajime Ohara (6-7)
Ohara went on a 5 match win streak to get this major opportunity. He gives a good showing. Catches Lee with a Rope Hung TKO for a 2 count. But inexperience costs him when he misses a Headbutt from the top. Lee then ends it with a Bicycle Knee Strike followed by the Desnucadora.
Winner & Still Champion: Dragon Lee (10-1)
5TH BATTLE: TAG TEAM MATCH
TenKoji (2-4) vs CHAOS (Bernard & Tomko) w/Jado (1-1)
Tenzan & Kojima have been waiting for this chance gain revenge on the Japan version of CHAOS. This is a wild brawl that goes all around the arena. Tomko sends Hiroyoshi Tenzan into the ring post which busts him open. Kojima nailed Bernard with his Flying Elbow for a near fall. Bernard hits a Powerslam from the 2nd Rope that almost got a 3 count on Kojima. The contest ends when Tenzan gets Tomko in the Anaconda Vice for the submission.
Winners: TenKoji (3-4)
6TH BATTLE: WOMENS SINGLE MATCH
Candy Cartwright (4-4) vs Meiko Satomura (2-2)
Candy seems to be reinvigorated since returning to Japan. She catches Meiko with Sweet Tooth (Superkick) and covers for two. Satomura later hits Cartwright with the Double Knees in the corner. Cartwright goes for the Candyland Kick but Meiko ducks it and hits a Dragon Suplex. She sets up for the Scorpio Rising but then as she charges she is attacked by two women. They are beating her down. Then we see one is Mandy Leon. She scoops up Meiko and gives her a Death Valley Driver. The other woman gives her The Tower of London.
Winner By DQ: Meiko Satomura
(Candy has a mic.)
Cartwright: I told you people I was coming with a new group and here they are. Mandy Rose & Sandy Chardonnay. And we are all that you... DESIRE!
7TH BATTLE: RSW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
Roppongi 3K (9-3) vs The Eliminators w/Larry Sweeney (6-2)
This Roppongi 3K's 2nd defense. Strangely although they have joined CHAOS in XWA here in Japan they fight on their own. And the crowd cheers them here against the tough team of Saturn & Kronus. The Challengers use a lot of Martial Art strikes and some nice throws. The Champs counter that with speed and some innovative double teaming. SHO hits Saturn with a Blockbuster. He covers but Kronus breaks it up. Later Kronus hits a Double Underhook Piledriver on SHO that he covers for two. The Eliminators get YOH dazed and look for Total Elimination but somehow he jumps over the leg sweep while ducking the head kick. SHO hits a twirling kick that knocks Kronus from the ring. Then they hit Saturn with 3K for the win.
Winners & Still Champions: Roppongi 3K (10-3)
(Roppongi celebrate a hard earned victory when the lights go out. They turn on and in the ring are Gallows & Anderson. They attack the already tired Champions. Anderson gives SHO the Gallows Pole as Karl delivers a Gun Stun to YOH. Then they give both of them Magic Killer. They leave then lying as the crowd is very unhappy.)
8TH BATTLE: ALL-ASIA CHAMPIONSHIP
Hirooki Goto (10-2) vs Yuji Nagata (4-4)
Goto and Nagata put on a true Strong Style match. Both men just hitting the other as hard as they can. Blistering kicks to the chest and arm of Goto by Yuji. Vicious chops and Lariats by the champion. YUji gits a Back DRop Suplex for two. Goto then comes back and executes the Shouten Kai! 1.. 2..
NOOO!!! Yuji kicks out. Goto sets up for the GTR but Yuji reverses out of it and hits an Exploder. He then gives him Drive Screw (Twisting Brainbuster). Goto is in trouble as Yuji locks in the Nagata Lock III. Goto is reaching for the ropes as Nagata pulls on the head and neck with all his might. Goto is frantically waving his arms and legs. He taps!!!!
Winner & NEW Champion: Yuji Nagata (5-4)
MAIN EVENT: RSW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP
KENTA (13-1) vs YAMATO (10-4)
YAMATO comes out in his nonchalant way, as if this isn't the biggest match of his career. KENTA as usual is all business in the ring. He stands silently in his corner for the introductions. The match is mostly a mat-based one with both men trying to work the other down on the ground. Then KENTA gets an advantage and hits YAMATO in the face with short rapid fire kicks. He then sends him to the ropes for the Baisaku Knee but YAMATO evades it. Then clotheslines KENTA in the back of the head sending him to the outside.
Out there YAMATO suplexes the Champ on the hard floor. He then slams his head into the timekeeper's table. YAMATO rolls back in as the referee counts. Because in RSW a title CAN change hands on a countout. When the count gets to 17 KENTA gets back in but is hit immediately with a basement Dropkick to the side of the head. He locks in the CBV. KENTA scrambles and barely reaches the ropes. YAMATO pulls him up and sends him to the ropes for a Clothesline but KENTA ducks... Busaiku Knee! KENTA signals then hoists YAMATO up on his shoulders for the GTS. But YAMATO elbows free and drops behind him... Ragnarok (Inverted Facelock lifted and dropped into a Leg-Hook Sitout Side Powerslam)! 1.. 2.. NOOOOOOO!!!!
YAMATO is asking the referee but he holds up 2 fingers. YAMATO grabs him by those two fingers threatening to break them. He then lets him go and brings up KENTA then hits the ropes for his Spear but is met with a perfectly timed Boot to the face. YAMATO is dazed on his knees. KENTA knocks him silly with a Roundhouse Kick. He hoists him up... GTS! 1.. 2.. 3!
Winner & Still Champion: KENTA (14-1)
[i](KENTA has a microphone as he thanks the fans for their support despite losing their TV deal. Then out walks. Daisuke Sekimoto. He respectfully challenges KENTA to a title match, KENTA agrees.)
