ROAD TO THE BASH

FROM THE OTA WARD GYMNASIUM, TOKYO

1. Kanagawa Krush (2-0) vs Cherry & Starlight Kid

KK are tuning up for their World Title Match. They pretty much dominate this one. Shida ends it after hitting Cherry with Three Count (Running knee strike to the face of a kneeling or seated opponent).

Winners: Kanagawa Krush (3-0)

2. Tetsuya Bushi (3-1) w/Mio Shirai vs Dragon Lee (3-0) - Junior Championship Tournament

We get our first Semi-Final Match here. With Mio Having a chance to have an all-Sadist Colony Final. But Lee is looking to derail those plans as he dominates this one early. He takes Bushi over the ropes with a Flying Headscissors. Then nails a Corkscrew Plancha. But when he rises he gets his knee clipped by Mio. In RSW They dont DQ for interference outside the ring so its all legal. Now Bushi takes over by working the knee. He puts him in a half Boston Crab but Lee makes the ropes.Lee comes back with some chops and elbows. He goes for a suplex but Bushi counters and hits a Double knee Gutbuster. He goes up for MX But Lee runs up the ropes and him a  Super Fallaway Slam! He covers for a near fall.

He delivers La Lanza (Double Foot Stomp). Then pulls him up as he looks for his finisher. But Bushi spits Black Mist into the face of Lee! But Lee just smiles then wipes the mist away. The camera picks up that Lee has eye shields built into the mask! Bushi charges but is drop toe holded into the bottom rope. Lee hits a Modified version of the 619 in which he uses a double knee strike which he calls Dragonfire. He pulls Bushi up... Mother of Dragons! 1.. 2.. 3!

Winner: Dragon Lee (4-0)

3. Saki Akai (0-1) vs Tam Nakano

The Onna-Miusha member, Nakano is really playing up the sultry School girl gimmick. The male audience eats it up despite her being a heel. Akai is an exciting young girl and does win over some fans with some innovative offense, including a Blockbuster into a Cutter that almost got her a win. But Nakanao nails Tam Tam (Spinkick to the head). She covers and gets the 3.

Winner: Tam Nakano (1-0)

4. Kamaitachi (2-1) vs CIMA (3-1) - Junior Championship Tournament

This is to see who moves to the GAB Show to face Dragon Lee in the Finals. These guys go all-out. CIMA is careful to keep the action in the ring where he feels he has the advantage. He hits Kamaitachi with Neji to Hashi (Cross-legged cradle suplex). Then goes into Blood Silk Road (Arm trap inverted Gannosuke clutch). 2 count only. Kama comes back and nails Dynamite Plunger (Fireman's carry lifted into a Sitout Side Powerslam). Then he gives CIMA a Running Death Valley Driver onto the turnbuckles! 1.. 2..

NO! Superkick by CIMA and he locks in Turkey (Arm triangle choke). Kamaitachi fights and gets his foot to the ropes. Fans applaud the effort being given.  Kamaitachi lands a knee to the solar Plexus then gives him a Double Overhook Piledriver. He looks for the D (Triangle Choke). He gets it but its not locked in. CIMA is able to lift him up and Powerbomb him to the mat. He goes up for the Mad Splash. Kamaitachi gets his knees up! Time Bomb (Fireman's carry swung into a high-angle over the shoulder back-to-belly Piledriver)! Now he locks in D again. CIMA fights as long as he can but finally passes out.

Winner: Kamaitachi (3-1)

5. Yuji Nagata, Naomichi Marufuji, Speed Muscle & KENTA vs Yujiro Takahashi, Go Shiozaki, Shingo Takagi, El Desperado & David Finlay

Takahashi is led to the ring by Pieter. She once again is told to gyrate for the crowd. Yuji Nagata again tries to intervene which leads to a pre-bell brawl. The referee shrugs and starts the match. Its really just a wild mess with everyone battling everywhere. The man who will challenge CM Punk in the Main Event of the GAB, Naomichi Marufuji is alone in the ring with David Finlay. He gives him a Cut-throat leg hook belly-to-back Suplex. Then gives him Tiger Flowsion (Double underhook Sitout Side Powerbomb). 1.. 2.. 3.

Winner: Naomichi Marufuji (4-1)

(After the match again Yuji tries to reason with Pieter. Yujiro attacks Yuji and they have to be separated multiple times. Takahashi gets a microphone and tells Yuji that he has some friends coming to the Great American Bash. So why doesn't he find two partners and face them at the Bash. Nagata says only if he wins he lets Pieter leave him. Takahashi agrees.)

6. YOH (0-1) vs John Kronus w/Larry Sweeney

For some reason, Larry Sweeney wasn't at the Nght 1 Show but he's here along with Saturn. SHO is in the corner of his partner. Back and forth match. Yoh really displaying some lightning quick offense. Kronus relies on his Martial Arts background. Then YOH catches Kronus with a Missile Dropkick. Sweeney jumps on the apron but SHO runs over to pull him down. As the referee is dealing with this Saturn slides in, clocks YOH and he and Kronus hit Total Elimination. Saturn slides out as Kronus covers for the win.

Winner: John Kronus (1-0)

7. Sadist Colony (Sanada & EVIL) (5-0) w/Mio Shirai vs TenKoji (1-1) - RSW Tag Team Championship

Sadist Colony are 1 and 1 on the night. But this for the Tag Titles. Tenkoji are filled to the brim with confidence being that they defeated Sadist Colony in 6-Man action a short while ago. The champs get the advantage and EVIL is giving Tenzan his own Mongolian Chops. Even using the sound effects. The crowd doesn't like that.  Now Sanada comes in works a Front chancery for a bit. Tenazan is able to turn the tides and suplexes Sanada. in comes Kojima who gives him the rapid fire chops in the corner. Then hits a top rope elbow.

1.. 2.. No. Broken up by EVIL. Sanada rolls in and tags EVIL in officially. Evil charges right into a scoop Powerslam by Kojima. Tag to Tenzan who now gives EVIL the Double Mongolian Chops as the crowd appreciates the receipt. Brainbuster by EVIL. He goes up top as Kojima attacks Sanada on the outside. Flying Headbutt... misses! EVIL hits his STO finisher and they retain the titles.

Winners & Still Champions: Sadiist Colony (6-0)

Main Event: The Kingdom & YAMATO w/Maria Kannellis vs Blonde Bashers, Hirooki Goto & Daisuke Sekimoto

Early on Sekimoto and YAMATO begin brawling out on their own. They are into the crowd still trading blows. The rest of the teams continue the match in ring. The Kingdom have Honma down for a while. But he scoop slams Bennett and hits a Kokechi. In comes Goto who is all over Mike. Goto sets up for the GTR but Rezar clobbers him from behind. He whips him into the corner and both he and Akam nail corner splashes.

Now Bennett sits him on the top rope and delivers a Superplex. He covers for 2. Bennett looks for Kingdom Come but Goto elbows free and tags in Makabe. Bennett quickly tags in Akam. He and Togi go toe to toe throwing haymakers at one another. Makabe looks rocked for a second then nails a Discus Lariat that drops Akam. He signals for a Powerbomb but Rezar attacks. Soon everyone (Outside of YAMATO & Sekimoto who are now in the upper level fighting), are in the ring. Honma nails Torpedo Kokechis on everyone. Goto and Makabe toss the Authors of Pain from the ring and go out after them. Honma hits a Michimoku Driver on Bennett for a 2 count. He goes up for a top rope Kokechi.... MISSES! Mike grabs him... Kingdom Come (Samoan Driver). 1.. 2.. 3!
