| ROAD TO THE BASHFROM THE AIRA ATHLETIC PARK GYMNASIUM, KAGOSHIMA1. Kamaitachi (1-1) w/Mio Shirai vs BxB HULK (2-3) - Junior Championship Tournament
Fans always like it when HULK wrestles. He puts on a nice series of moves early that gets the crowd into it. He goes to the apron for a springboard move but Mo grabs at his foot. He kicks at her to get her get away. Kamaitachi lands a knee to his gut. He then hits a Sunset Flip Powerbomb off the ring apron to the floor.
Kamaitachi is in control now. He hits a few more moves before ending it with D (Triangle choke).
Winner: Kamaitachi (2-1)
2. Xia Li, Saki Akai & Arisa Nakajima vs Cutie Pie Club
This is the debut of Nakajima in RSW. Working as a freelancer for now. But the story coming in was who would be replacing Kiera Hogan in CPC now that she left the territory. The answer was...
Khloe Hurtz is her name. She's a powerhouse and it shows early on as she tosses Akai over the ropes and to the floor like a reg doll. Nakajima later gets her in a Fujiwara Armbar but Raquel breaks it up. In the end though Xia i falls to Raquel's Reina de Reinas (Straight jacket double knee backbreaker). She gets the 3 count.
Winners: Cutie Pie Club
(After the match Azumi is handing Khloe her robe and she is shoved to the floor by Hurtz. THey all laugh as Azumi is seething.)
3. Noam Dar w/Alicia Fox (2-1) vs CIMA (2-1) - Junior Championship Tournament
These men have faced each other twice in the past with both holding a victory. The winner tonight will go to the Semi-Finals of the Junior Heavyweight Championship. Dar comes out fast early and is working the leg of CIMA. CIMA does fight back hitting an Iconoclasm. He covers for 2. Cima goes for a jumping enzuguiri but Noam ducks it and puts CIMA in the Champagne Super Kneebar. But CIMA is able to get to the ropes.
Cima sends Dar into the corner and hits Superdrol (Running Double Knee strike). He is about to go up for the Mad Splash when Fox is on the apron. CIMA jumps down and is arguing with her. Noam charges from behind but CIMA saw iit coming he moves and Dar hits the buckle chest first. Cima grabs him and delivers Schwein (Over-the-shoulder back-to-belly Piledriver). 1.. 2.. 3
Winner: CIMA (3-1)
4. Tenkoji (0-1) vs Chase Owens & Cody Hall
First time Owens and Hall have teamed up. But they do pretty well here. Giving Tenzan & Kojima all they can handle for a while. But the experience factors in and soon they own this as Hall taps out to Tenzan's Anaconda Vice.
Winners: Tenkoji (1-1)
(After the Match Kojima gets the microphone and points out the only person to pin either Sanada or EVIL in RSW is him. Because of that he demands they get a title Shot at Night 2 of the Road to The Bash.
Mio Shirai comes out. She says Sanada and EVIL aren't there tonight or they would destroy them right now. But she agrees to Tenkoji's demand. They get their shot at Night 2 in Tokyo.)
5. Suzuki-Gun (Suzuki, Tozawa, Michinoku & Iizuka) vs Kaz Hayashi, Yoshi-Hashi, Hajime Ohara & Kenichiro Arai
Suzuki-gun is tuning up for their World 6-Man Championship Match. They pretty much have their way tonight. Especially Minoru who torturing some of them with some extremely painful holds. Yoshi-Hashi does catch Iizuka with his Flying Lariat. Tozawa drops Ohara throat first across the steel railing. In the ring Taka hits a Michinoku Driver on Arai and gets the pin.
Winner: Taka Michinoku (1-1)
6. Chihiro Hashimoto, Eiger,Jungle Kyona & Heidi Katrina vs Azumi, Hiroyo Matsumoto, Momo Watanabe & Konami
8 woman battle consisting of all Freelancers. Momo really looks impressive and Katrina is a powerful physical specimen. She gives Azumi a Powerbomb. But Konami breaks it up with a stiff kick.After a while everyone begins fighting leaving Watanabe & Hashimoto in the ring. Momo sends Chihiro into the buckle then hits Somato (Running Double Knee). She covers but Hashimoto barely kicks out. Momo has her in the corner again and goes for another but this time she is speared. Hashimoto grabs her and hits Henkei Suisha Otoshi (Standing Northern Lights suplex).
Winner: Chihiro Hashimoto (1-1)
7. Perry Saturn vs SHO
Saturn is stretching SHO on the mat for a bit right from the start. But the youngster starts to fight back. He hits a Discus Lariat. Then a Running Bulldog for a near fall. Saturn catches him with a Gargoyle Suplex. He looks for the Rings of Saturn but SHO counters into a Roll-up and gets the Flash pin.
Winner: SHO (1-0)
Main Event: Io Shirai (5-0) vs Yumi Ohka (1-2) - RSW Women's Championship
All the members of Onna-Musha come out with Ohka. But early on when its obvious they are trying to get involved they are sent back to the locker room by the Red Shoes.
Io is all over her early on. Landing a lot of kicks. But Ohka catches the Champion with a Reverse STO into the Turnbuckle. Now Yumi is in control. She suplexes Io then nails The Sakura Drop (Second rope springboard into a diving back elbow drop). 1.. 2.. NOOO!!!
Ohka goes for the Sakura Drop☆Super (Double springboard diving back elbow drop). But nisses. Io locks in the Io Crossface. But Yumi gets to the ropes. They battle some more and Ohka goes for a Chokebomb but Io escapes and hits a Spanish Fly. Then applies the Io de Janeiro (Inverted Gedo clutch) 1.. 2.. 3!
Winner & Still Champion: Io Shirai (6-0)
