These two teams go at each other for well over 20 minutes exciting the crowd with all the high flying moves. The end comes when Shelton superkicks Shinsuke into a bridging German suplex fromHaas to get the win.
Match Two; Ilja Dragunov vs Darby Allin
Darby is just his useak reckless self in this one, doing whatever ut takes to try and beat the aggressive Russian. But Ilja is just too intense for him and defeats Darby after hitting the Torpedo Moscow.
Batista storms to the ring and say he heard theres easy money here tonight in the form of 25,000 dollars. All he has to do is unmask the Midnight Rider. He tells the Missouri crowd not to leave their seats...... this wont take long. The Rider makes his way to the ring and Batista is all over him. Batista just pounds away on Rider for several minutes. Dave yells out hes gonna Batista Bomb this fools mask right off. Batista sets Rider up for the Bomb, but Rider transitions and sunset flips Batista for the win.
Match Four; Booker T vs Swerve Strickland
Booker is just out for revenge after all the racial slurs that Swerve has called him as of late. The match really never gets started as the arena just isnt big enough to hold this fight as they brawl everywhere. The ref calls for the bell and rules it a no contest.
Match Five; The Road Warriors vs The Jive Tones
Iron Man blares through the arena and the Warriors blitz through the crowd and just annihilate the Tones and beat them in less than one minute. Animal grabs the housemic and sayshe hears alot of teams talking about facing champions during the Bash. Well...... thers only one team the Warriors want......and thats Stan Hansen and Terry Funk.
Match Six; Rey Fenix vs Kurt Angle
Fenix does all he can to keep Angle off balanced and it works in the early going...... that is auntil Angle catches Fenix with an Angle Slam then makes Fenix tap out to the Ankle lock.
Main Event; AJ Styles vs Samoa Joe for the Progress Heavyweight title
Another classic from these two as Styles is on a mission to take the Progress title as of late. But Joe has been on the top of his game lately and beats Srtles with the Muscle Busta. Joe grabs his title and starts naming off names...... Styles, Andre the Giant..... Shinsuke Nakamura...... Darby Allin. They all have one thing in common......they couldnt beat Samoa Joe. Joe says he will probably retire as the Progress Heavyweight champion. This brings out Sting who Joe has eluded lately. Sting is all over Joe. Sting hits a Stinger Splash then puts Joe in the Scorpion Deathlock and refuses to let go. It takes several security to get Sting off Joe, who is in obvious pain from the hold, but grabs his title and hightails it away as Sting watches on.
