- Ciampa & Gargano win the Hippo Invitational Battle Royal, last eliminating Christian Cage & Rhino to earn a UWF World tag title shot at UWF: GLORY (UWF Hippopotamus 10-03-21)
- Southern Fried Homicide appear in MLW and cut a promo on their GLORY opponents, which brings Gargano & Ciampa to the ring for a face to face …. Storm & Grimes act like they are chums and offer Ciampa a beer, but not Johnny …. Johnny feels disrespected, but ends up being laid out with a Cave In from Grimes while Ciampa watches and does nothing …. (MLW #37)
- Cell phone footage is shown of Johnny Gargano attacking James Storm and Cameron Grimes while they are buying beer at a liquor store …. Johnny takes them both out and smashes all the beer on the ground …. (MLW #39)
- More drama with Ciampa & Gargano as a result of Johnny’s attack, but Southern Fried Homicide comes out to confront them, this time with Mickie James with them. Ciampa tries to defuse the situation this time, but Johnny hits a dive onto all of them and wipes them out resulting in a wild melee that has to be broken up by security ….This leads to a singles match between Gargano & Grimes later on in the show(MLW #39)
- Johnny Gargano def. Cameron Grimes via submission …. The action breaks down following the match, ending with Johnny, Ciampa & even Candice LeRae hitting ‘Meet in the Middle’ on James Storm and sending a clear message to the champs … Ciampa appears to show that his loyalty lies with Johnny heading into GLORY …. (MLW #39)
- Storm & Grimes sow dissension between Gargano & Ciampa, claiming Ciampa went behind his partners back to talk to SFH after the show and actually apologize for what happened. He says that Ciampa hates Mr. and Mrs. Larae and he just wants to be world champ …. Storm shows off a bucket of glass that was swept up after Johnny smashes all their alchohol, and vows to make Johnny swim in it at GLORY (RWA #258)
- Johnny confronts Ciampa about SFH’s comments …. Ciampa claims innocence, but tells Johnny he listens to Candice instead of him, which results in Johnny laying out Ciampa with a superkick and walking out on the team just weeks before the title shot at GLORY …. (MLW #40)
- Tomasso Ciampa is forced to defend the MLW tag team titles in a 2 on 1 match against Redragon after Johnny walks out …. As they leave the arena, Candice urges Johnny to reconsider and says SFH is playing mind games with them …. Johnny returns to the match, but is attacked by James Storm …. This leaves Ciampa all alone and he is pinned …. Ciampa & Gargano lose the MLW tag titles …. (MLW #40)
- In a vicious post match attack, James Storm smashes a beer bottle over the head of Gargano and leaves him a bloody mess before taking the mic and admitting he and Grime had made up the whole story and Gargano & Ciampa hate each other so much that they fell for it. They don’t stand a chance at GLORY … (MLW #40)
- Southern Fried Homicide defeat Johnny Gargano & Tomasso Ciampa to retain the UWF World tag team titles …. The win is not without controversy, as Ciampa & Gargano appear to win the titles but Mickie James interfered in the match, putting Storm’s foot on the bottom rope as the 3 count is made. Storm would pin Ciampa after hitting him with one of the UWF world title belts …. (UWF GLORY 2021)
- Johnny comes out and says that his tag team with Tomasso Ciampa is officially over …. The only thing keeping them together was the MLW tag titles, and they lost those …. They lost at GLORY so now they have nothing and Johnny isn’t teaming with someone he hates …. Ciampa says they may not have the MLW tag titles, but their disdain for Southern Fried Homicide is enough to keep the team together …. MLW owner DONALD TRUMP makes an appearance and convinces the team to put their differences aside and stay together because he has gotten them a rematch for the UWF Tag Team titles …. (MLW #41)
- Southern Fried Homicide vs. Johnny Gargano & Tomasso Ciampa ends in a no-contest after BOTH Mickie James and Candice LeRae are put through a table covered with the broken beer bottle glass that James Storm poured on the table …. When this happens, the action in the ring stops as both women are bleeding from the back and have to be helped out ….(MLW #42)
- Candice LeRae def. Mickie James in a singles match …. Storm & Grimes attack Johnny backstage, leaving Candice alone in the ring against all 3 members of Southern Fried Homicide …. - Ciampa & Gargano finally overcome Southern Fried Homicide to win the UWF World Tag Team Titles … we see footage of Ciampa & Gargano returning to the locker room, where they are showered by champagne from other members of the MLW roster that were at the show … Donald Trump is also there to congratulate them …. We are in Boston, Massachusetts for MLW at the TD Gardens …. It’s standing room only tonight, and the fans are RABID as Pyro erupts from the ringposts and above the entranceway …. We get camera pans over the capacity crowd as MAURO RENALLO and PAT MCAFEE billboard tonight’s show, welcoming those at home and setting up what we are going to see tonight …. 
The show begins with the Undisputed Era coming out to the ring …. ‘Who’s ready for story time with Adam Cole Bay Bay????’ Cole isn’t happy though …. He should be happy because it’s good to be Adam Cole. He is the biggest star in this company and the Undisputed Era is the most dominant faction, he’s made history in the UWF, and he has the hottest woman in wrestling by his side, the newest member of the MLW locker room, Britt Baker … but he’s got this annoyance that keeps popping up and getting in his way …. And that is Roman Reigns! Cole says it’s time to start ‘righting some wrongs’ around here, starting with Redragon getting their tag team titles back …. They don’t have those titles thanks to the USOs, and tonight they are going to get revenge …. And then there is Will Ospreay …. Ospreay is already ducking him by fighting Samoa Joe, but he isn’t going to get rid of Adam Cole that easily ….
As far as Roman Reigns goes, Cole says they declared war on the Undisputed Era because it puts them in the spotlight …. Reigns talks about the ‘Island of Relevancy’ but Adam Cole is the one that makes him relevant …. But at the end of the day, Reigns is the red-headed step child of a Samoan dynasty whose legacy is fading fast … that will be Reigns & the USOs legacy is that they let the great Anoa’i legacy die ….
Cole is interrupted by BRONSON REED! Reed comes to the ring and demands his payment for taking out Roman Reigns …. Cole acts surprised and says he doesn’t know what he is talking about because Cole didn’t hire him …. Reed starts to threaten Cole, but Cole gets pissed and saying not only was it not him, Reed caused more trouble for the UE because the Usos got involved in the tag title match and cost them the belts …. Cole & Reed get nose to nose but Britt Baker interrupts and tells Reed to calm down …. Baker is the one that hired him!
Cole gets a confused look on his face as Baker takes out her cell phone and cash apps Reed the money …. Cole says “You hired him to attack Roman Reigns???” Cole then gets a big smile on his face and gives her a big kiss and tells her she’s brilliant ….
Baker says nobody messes with her ‘Bay Bay’, and she wasn’t going to let Cole soil his hands giving Reigns a receipt himself ….
We are interrupted as we go to the parking lot where a black SUV pulls up and out steps ROMAN REIGNS & THE USOS!!!! They get out and walk up to security, who are blocking their path, but they step aside to let them in! In the ring Cole and UE start to panic ….[/b\
The Foundation come out on the ramp and they aren’t playing around …. They hit the ring and we have a brawl!!!! It is a wild scene as the locker room empties to try to keep all of them separated …. The UE bail out and the Foundation is in the ring, BUT REIGNS FLIES OVER THE TOP ROPE ONTO THE PILE OF HUMANITY OUTSIDE! Reigns and Reed continue to brawl, taking out the security as they do so ….
Donald Trump comes out and he’s got more security with him! Reigns is trying to get to Adam Cole, but Trump says that he can’t give him the match unless he’s under MLW contract …. Trump tells Reigns to come to the back and they can talk about it …. Cole is screaming for Trump to have Reigns thrown out of the building!

Alexander walks out leaving Page & Roode standing there …Up next, out come the new UWF tag team Champions Johnny Gargano & Tomasso Ciampa to the ring to an enormous pop … the crowd chants ‘YOU DESERVE IT!’ … Ciampa says “You damn right we do!” Ciampa tells Johnny that he told him they would have their moment … Johnny wanted to quit, but Ciampa promised him if he held on, if he trusted him, it would pay off … now they, the team that wasn’t supposed to happen, are the top guys in this business …
They are interrupted as out comes the MLW tag team champions ‘A Boy & his Dinosaur’ (Jungle Boy & Luchasaurus) … they say they were one of the first people to congratulate them backstage at mania when they won the belts and they want to congratulate them publicly …. They are a lot alike because Jungle Boy & Luchasaurus weren’t supposed to be there either …. They took advantage of an opportunity at Ciampa & Johnny’s expense …. Gargano says “you don’t always get what you want, sometimes you just get what you need!” …. Ciampa congratulated them, but even though the MLW tag belts will always be near and dear to them, they are focused on the bigger picture now …. Luchasaurus roars and Jungle Boy translates that he said they would like to challenge the champs …. Johnny & Ciampa accept, and they are gonna do it tonight!
IN THE BACK -
Jade Cargill, through her attorney Mark Sterling, says that MLW needs to cut the shit …. She is going to become a Global brand, and she needs better competition than Leva Bates …. Jade takes the mic out of Marks hand and says ‘Cut the Shit!’ Donald Trump needs to ‘do better’ and get her top level matches …. There is a reason her favorite color is green because it’s the color of money …. There is no one on this roster like her and she is going to prove she’s the best by beating the best women on this roster ….
Raquel Gonzalez walks by on her way to the ring and Jade pauses and stares her down …. Raquel notices her too, and Jade says ‘Yeah I’m talkin about you too bitch!’ …. Gonzalez hits a clothesline from hell, but that isn’t enough to put Grace away …. Grace fires up, but Gonzalez stops her with the Tequila Shot (TKO) and then hits a 2nd Clothesline from Hell to finally put Grace away ….</p></center>
POST MATCH: Tian Shia’s music hits and Xia Li comes out on the ramp … Xia will face Raquel at MLW #50 …. Raquel lays the Womens title out in the ring and dares Xia to come it … Tian Sha comes down to the ring and Raquel gets in Xia’s face and dares her to take the first shot …
Xia with a slap, then Raquel with a double leg takes her to the mat! Boa enters the ring and pulls Raquel off of Xia, BUT RAQUEL TURNS AND PICKS BOA UP AND POWERBOMBS HIM!!!! Holy shit! Raquel stares down Mei Ying, but behind her Xia is up … Raquel turns around, right into the Black Mass!!!! … Xia grabs the arms and drills Raquel with a Kamigoye! She looks up at Mei Ying, seemingly looking for instruction and Mei Ying nods, so Xia picks Raquel up and hits a 2nd Kamigoye!!!! … Xia picks up the womens title and stares at it, then holds it up indicating it will soon be hers …

THE USOS (Jimmy & Jey)The Undisputed Era is barred from ringside, so it’s just 2 on 2 …. We get a jumpstart and it’s pretty much balls to the wall action from the beginning …. Every exchange between these teams is crisp …. Jey Uso takes the heat for a little bit, but fights back with the hot tag to Jimmy and he runs wild …. Jey is back up and we get all 4 men going at it, and the double superkick takes out O’Reilly …. Fish eats a bubba bomb from Jimmy as Jey goes up top and hits the USO splash! Only a 2 as O’Reilly pulls Fish out of the pin to the floor, which sets up a double dive by the USOs onto Redragon on the floor! Roderick Strong & Adam Cole come out, with Strong distracting the ref while Cole takes Jimmy out with a superkick! Jey eats No Man’s Land, but the ref is late turning around and he kicks out at 2! They set him up for ‘Chasing the Dragon’, BUT HERE COMES REIGNS BACK OUT! Cole is yelling for security to “STOP HIM!” ….things break down into chaos and the ref throws the match out …. </p></center>
Security tries to stop Reigns, but
He just mows them down! Reigns grabs a chair, but Cole and the UE escape …. Security tries to restrain Reigns, but he turns on them and starts beating security up using the chair …. Trump is out again, and says Reigns is leaving him no choice and here come the police to arrest Reigns!
Reigns is taken out of the arena by police and put in the back of a squad car …. The Usos are forced to watch, with Jey saying they will come get him out ….[/b]
