We see the final moments of last weeks show, with Jericho having laid out Adam Cole with the Judas Effect and Killer Kross stalking his way to the ring …. Kross hits the ring and he and Jericho brawl .... Jericho throws everything he can at Kross but Kross just keeps coming, and all it takes is one Doomsday Clock to take out Jericho …. Adam Cole recovers and hits Kross with a super kick, THEN THE LAST SHOT! Cole picks up the MLW title and looks at it for a long moment, then holds it up as the crowd chants ‘ADAM COLE BAY BAY!!!!’ …

It’s standing room only inside the temple and the fans are RABID …. Pyro erupts from the ringposts and above the entranceway …. As the pyro explodes, the camera focuses on the MLW flag flying above the arena before panning the crowd …. We hear the voices of MAURO RENALLO and PAT McAFEE welcoming us to the show ….
Adam Cole comes out to start the show and he talks about what happened AFTER the show went off the air last week …. He says he is such a big star he changed the game as soon as he walks in the door, but he was tired of being kept on the sidelines for Donald Trump’s little ‘pet projects’ …. He deserves to be the main event, and he deserves to be the MLW champion …. And last week he showed all of Trumps so-called ‘top guys’ what they are really afraid of …. Jay White is afraid of not being relevant, Chris Jericho is afraid of losing his spot, and Killer Kross? He is the most afraid of all because he’s afraid of losing the MLW title …. All of them afraid because of Adam Cole! ….
This brings out Chris Jericho to interrupt! Jericho has heard enough and he calls Cole an ‘entitled millennial bitch’. Jericho says he fears nothing or no one and he is no ones ‘pet project’ …. This entire company was built on the name CHRIS JERICHO! He says Adam Cole is just another in a long line of people trying to latch on to that name and ride his coattails …. He isn’t even mad about it, he would do the same thing. But Jericho says no one steps in front of him and makes a name at his expense ….
Cole says he doesn’t have to make his name at Jericho’s expense because the name Adam Cole speaks for itself …. Cole says there are 3 types of stars in this business. There is good, there is great, and there is ‘special’. He says Jericho is good, maybe even great. But Adam Cole is ‘special’. 510 Days as world heavyweight champion. That is SPECIAL. Jericho knows something about being champion, but in 2011 the pressure was too much for him. Pressure makes diamonds, and that is what Adam Cole is …. All you have to do to show that Adam Cole is special is ring the freakin’ bell!
Jericho is insulted now, and he tells Cole that IN 2011 it was Jericho vs EVERYONE …. He was given nothing but he took EVERYTHING, and yeah he developed a chip on his shoulder because of it …. He is a rare breed, and he spent 2011 and every year since then showing the entire world why he is ‘Le Champion’ …. He is the best in the world at what he does …. he proves it, he owns it, HE IS ‘IT’ … every single night! Adam Cole is just a spoiled, entitled child that wants to be handed things. What has he done without the help of his little Bullet Club groupies? Jericho says he doesn’t see any of them around anymore ….
JERICHO – “You talk about paving the way for someone like Daniel Bryan to be the world champion, well who do you think paved the way for you? It was ME!”
Cole tells him to prove it in the ring tonight …. Jericho accepts the challenge …. Jericho leaves, and the music of the Undisputed Era hits! O’Reilley, Fish and Strong come out for the opening match, passing Adam Cole as they head toward the ring …. Cole locks eyes with all of them as they pass by …

The Bulldogs & Pillman are coming off a big 6 man win over the Forgotten Sons at the Great American Bash …. Undisputed Era are made up of the former World Tag Team Champions REDRAGON and looking for competition …. They find it in this match as the action goes back and forth the entire way …. The Bulldogs hit the Calgary Stampede on Strong, but Fish is there to break it up and we get all 6 guys in the ring …. No Mans Land takes out DH Smith, but Kidd takes out Redragon with a springboard double dropkick …. Kidd comes off the top, but Strong catches him on the way down and hits the half nelson beckbreaker! Strong Hold locked on, and Kidd holds on for a few moments but has to tap out! ….

IN THE BACK (Donald Trump’s office) –
We see Deonna Purazzo sitting at Trump’s desk looking anxious …. There is an awkward moment of silence between them, then Purazzo explodes on Trump and says that she wants to get her hands on Alexa Bliss after what happened at the Bash …. Trump tells her to calm down and that he got her a spot in the Elimination Chamber match at the HIPPO …. Bliss is in the match too and that is the best he can do for now …. In the meantime he can’t have her going around attacking other women and ruining his main events …. Trump says ‘look at yourself, you’re a hot mess’ …. He says she needs to pull it together …. Both Bianca BelAir and Becky Lynch want a match with her, but he has decided on Becky getting the match next week …. BelAir will get a shot at whoever wins that match …. Deonna scoffs …. She doesn’t care about next week she wants a match tonight …. Trump agrees and books Valifornia vs. the newest members of the MLW roster, Team Kick ….

Samoa Joe is in the back …. He says the era of violence has begun and no one needs to step to the Openweight champion unless they are ready to match him …. Bobby Roode interrupts and says that Joe is walking around with his title and he isn’t going to stand in line for a shot …. Joe looks around and says he doesn’t see a line so what is stopping him? Roode stalls, but this is just a setup as The North attack Joe from behind and they all put the boots to him 3 on 1 ….
The announcers hype tonight’s main event between CHRIS JERICHO and ADAM COLE ….
Samoa joe comes out to the ring with no music and is obviously showing signs of the attack from The North just a few minutes ago … Joe is PISSED and he challenges all 3 of them to come out and he will fight them all! Out come the North and Roode says Joe should just hand the title over to him and save himself the trouble …. Joe lays out the title in the ring and dares Roode to come in the ring, and all 3 men surround Joe when Will Ospreay and Shinsuke Nakamura hit the ring to even the odds …. Joe looks both surprised and annoyed by them being out there, but we have an impromptu 6 man tag team match ….

Joe is all business in this and not really interested in working with his partners …. Joe tags in, kicks ass, then leaves …. The action breaks down and Joe goes after Roode but Alexander makes the save …. Alexander and Page set Joe up for the Northern Assault but Nakamura takes out Alexander with the Kinshasaa …. Joe hits the S-T-JOE on Page, then sits him up top and hits the Muscle Buster while staring down Roode …. Joe gets the 3 count ….

POST MATCH: As soon as Joe gets the pin, he rolls out of the ring and grabs the Openweight title and leaves …. Meanwhile, Ospreay and Nakamura are left to get beat down with a post match attack from The North …. Nakamura takes the Glorious DDT, while Ospreay gets laid out with the Northern Assault from The North ….
VIGNETTE –
We get a vignette explaining the origin of Tian Sha …. It is explained how Sha comes from an ancient Chinese dynasty …. The king had an older son and a younger daughter, but the son was corrupted by greed and killed the king, and then ruled with an iron fist, bringing dishonor to the family …. The daughter went into exile and discovered a dragon that mentored her and taught her strength to bring honor back to the kingdom, but at the cost of her soul …. The daughter had to undergo a series of four grueling tests to purge her fear, and that ended with her ascending to the throne …. She would go on to defeat her brother and bring honor to the family, but she became what she despised and ruled everyone with fear …. The people came to fear the name Tian Sha for generations to come.
The vignette ends with a shot of Mei Ying, Xia Li and Boa at the Tian Sha throne. The parting words are from Xia Li, who says she does not fear …. She says Gina Carano dishonored her and now everyone in MLW that wronged her will suffer the same fate ….

They get nose to nose and this leads to Nakamura challenging Joe to an Openweight title match next week ….

Deonna looks distracted and continues to unravel as a result of the mind games between her and Alexa Bliss …. She is a lot more aggressive lately, like she has more to prove, and at points she even refuses to tag Chelsea Green into the match …. Tegan takes the heat from Purazzo but makes the hot tag to Dakota Kai who runs wild …. Green enters the ring and even has the pin after hitting the running curb stomp on Nox, but before Green can cover Purazzo tags herself back into the match …. Purazzo locks the Venus De Milo on Kai, but doesn’t realize that Tegan is the legal woman. Tegan hits the Shiniest Wizard out of nowhere on Purazzo, and scores the upset pin! …. Team Kick has just upset the former world tag team champions!!!!

This is an anticipated rematch after the Dusty Finish between the 2 teams at the Bash …. Last week, Gargano & Ciampa seemed to get on the same page for the first time as they combined to leave War Machine laid out following a pair of Con-chair-to shots …. The announcers foreshadow things by saying that Hanson has cleared the concussion protocol and is medically cleared for the match ....
War Machine run wild early, and Ciampa and Gargano have no answer for their power advantage .... Johnny and Ciampa bail to the floor and War Machine follows, but there is a spot where Hanson misses a charge and collides head-first into the ring steps .... Hansons bell is rung but Ciampa makes it worse with a hard knee strike .... Trainers come out to check on Hanson at ringside while Rowe pretty much has to go the distance in a 2 on 1 situation. After Rowe takes a lot of punishment Hanson finally pushes his way past the trainers and hot tags himself into the match! …. Hanson runs wild and hits a dive to the floor on Gargano but gets caught in Willows Bell coming back into the ring! Rowe takes out Ciampa with a knee strike, but falls victim to ‘One Final Beat’ from Gargano! Johnny pulls up the woozy Ciampa and starts slapping him in the face to fire him up …. they get in opposite corners …. MEET IN THE MIDDLE TO HANSON! Gargano covers and the champs retain ….

Adam Cole & Chris Jericho are warming up for their main event match ….
As we get ready for the main event, MVP and Shane Taylor come out to the ring and talk about how Bobby Lashley went nuts last week …. MVP is pissed that Lashley will be a part of the Intercontinental Elimination Chamber Match while Shane Taylor was snubbed …. How you gonna let the guy that lost get into the match??? In reality, Lashley should be fired!
Taylor says that Lashley thinks he’s tough because he attacked him while he was strapped to a stretcher …. Then he put his hands on MVP???? Nah son …. MVP says that Lashley attacking him reeks of desperation …. He knows that Taylor is every bit the man that MVP has promoted him as, and Lashley is just over-hyped, over-rated and over-muscled …. MVP covered up his weaknesses for too long and now that Lashley is on his own he has been exposed …. Next week Taylor is going to do the same thing he did at the Bash and that is dominate Lashley ….
VIGNETTE -
We get a video package for MLW's newest signing, the UK's Ridge Holland .... Holland says growing up in Yorkshire, England you either go to jail or you fight your way out .... my way out was a sport built on malice .... torture .... but they said I was too violent .... ask anyone who he’s been on the Rugby field with .... anyone he’s been in the ring with .... you won’t leave the same .... This is your warning ....

The action starts off hot in this one, but they leave a lot of meat on the bone …. The crowd is hot for BOTH men, singing Jericho’s entrance music while also doing the ‘Adam Cole Bay Bay’. We get some good wrestling exchanges early on, but it eventually breaks down into a fight with both men going at it .... There is a spot where they take each other out with dual clothesline's, and as they are laying on the mat the lights suddenly go out!
KILLER KROSS’ MUSIC HITS!!!!
Kross comes slowly to the ring with both Cole and Jericho down, and as he enters the referee tries to warm him to get out of the ring …. DOOMSDAY CLOCK TO THE REF!!!! At this point the match is pretty much thrown out ….

Kross immediately grabs Jericho and tosses him to the floor so he can have Cole all to himself .... Meanwhile, Cole struggles to get to his feet as Kross measures him …. ORDER 66 to the back of Cole’s head! Jericho is back up and he and Kross start fighting, and Jericho starts to get the upper hand but out of nowhere comes Jay White!!!! White takes Jericho out with the Blade Runner! White and Kross are now face to face, but White smiles …. White holds up the Bullet Club sign and wants Kross to return the favor! Kross hesitates, but HE DOES IT IN RETURN! THEN HE PULLS WHITE INTO THE DOOMSDAY CLOCK!!!! …. Kross stands tall as Scarlett cackles …. Kross takes the mic and calls out Donald Trump! He tells Trump that this chaos will continue until he gets what he wants! What does he want???? EVERYONE!!!! He wants EVERYONE in the ring ….
Trump is shown watching in his personal skybox, and he says he likes it, and he has just the place for the match to happen ….
