AEW presents .... WAR GAMES!!!!

*** IN RING SEGMENT ***

DANA WHITE comes out to the ring to address a very important situation in AEW.  He puts over CM PUNK and JON MOXLEY and says they are two of the most important pieces in that locker room but they are too obsessed with each other.  It’s fucking up his locker room and it’s fucking up AEW as a whole.  He calls them both out to the ring …. PUNK and MOXLEY make their entrances, and WHITE says he called them out here because it is time for them to put an end to this …. HEYMAN starts to talk, but MOXLEY tells him to ‘Shut the Fuck up!’ …. MOXLEY says that they are destined to do this forever, but WHITE says that their only choice is to end this, or go work somewhere else because their obsession with each other has decreased their value to him …. He needs them in world title matches, or fighting other people on the roster that he can promote and draw big money with …. If they can’t do that, then they aren’t any good to him …. He won’t keep them around and watch them kill each other ….

MOXLEY says that he wants to make PUNK quit this business and go home, and PUNK says the only way he will quit is if MOXLEY makes him quit and so far he hasn’t been able to do that …. WHITE says that they are going to have one more match, and it’s going to be an ‘I QUIT!’ match!!!!  After this match, no matter who wins, they both move on …. PUNK and MOXLEY hesitate, but PUNK reluctantly agrees …. PUNK talks about when he choked out MOXLEY in that dog collar match, he had a ‘moment of clarity.’  PUNK recalls a time when his dad came home drunk and started to smother in his own vomit. PUNK says he tipped his father over, but he’s regretted it ever since.  He knows why he saved his father, but he can’t figure out why he let go and saved MOXLEY …. MOXLEY is fuming, but HEYMAN is in his ear trying to calm him down …. WHITE wants to know what MOXLEY’s decision is, and HEYMAN starts to say something but MOXLEY slaps him!  He told him to Shut the Fuck Up!  HEYMAN is stunned!  MOXLEY takes the mic and agrees to the stipulation …. One final match, and he is going to make PUNK scream ‘I Quit’


*** MATCH 4: CHARLOTTE FLAIR vs. TESSA BLANCHARD ---- AEW Women’s title ***

These two women know each other better than pretty much anyone …. The bell rings and these two get right in each others face, talking shit to each other …. The womens title has eluded TESSA at every turn, and that bubbles over as TESSA attacks with strikes …. CHARLOTTE fights back and lays in the boots sending TESSA to the apron but she hits a suplex from the ring to the outside and drops her on the apron!  TESSA with a suicide dive wipes out CHARLOTTE, but when she gets back in the ring CHARLOTTE grabs her leg and slams it into the ring post!  Figure Four around the post by CHARLOTTE does further damage to the knee and know TESSA is basically working on one leg …. TESSA fights CHARLOTTE off and hits the Magnum off the 2nd rope, but hurts herself more in the process!  Both women are down …. Both women slowly get to their feet, and they are fuming at each other as they get nose to nose …. TESSA slaps CHARLOTTE and tells her to bring it on!  CHARLOTTE is pissed and lays in forearms, rocking TESSA!  CHARLOTTE clips the knee, then hits Natural Selection but TESSA kicks out at 2!!!!  CHARLOTTE goes for the Figure Four, but TESSA boots her off and CHARLOTTE hits the ring post and falls to the floor!  TESSA up top and wipes out CHARLOTTE with a crossbody from the top to the floor!  They fight on the floor and TESSA hits a flatliner off the apron on the floor!  The ref puts on the count, but CHARLOTTE barely beats it back in at 9!  TESSA is pissed and lays in strikes, but CHARLOTTE counters the Buzzsaw DDT and hits a slingshot suplex!  Figure Four locked in!!!!  CHARLOTTE tries to bridge into the Figure 8, but TESSA fights it off!  CHARLOTTE goes right back to the Figure Four, but this time TESSA counters into a small package for the 1 … 2 … 3!!!!  NEW CHAMPION!

POST MATCH: TESSA is in tears as she is handed the belt …. On the floor, CHARLOTTE is in tears at the clean loss, but fumes as she watches TESSA celebrate ….




*** WAR GAMES!!!! ***

THE BLOODLINE (The Rock, Roman Reigns, Jey Uso & Jimmy Uso) vs. THE N.W.O (Shawn Michaels, HHH, Kevin Nash & Scott Hall) ….

By virtue of HHH winning the ladder match, the N.W.O has the man advantage in this one.  SCOTT HALL enters the ring first, starting the match with JEY USO …. USO and HALL are in opposite rings, but they charge across at each other and start brawling right away …. HALL goes for a Razor’s Edge too early, allowing USO to backdrop him all the way from the first ring into the 2nd ring … USO with a superkick and he has the advantage when the timer sounds for the next man to enter the ring …. It is KEVIN NASH!!!!

NASH comes in and starts mauling USO, hitting a  big boot followed by elbows in the corner …. Pendulum backbreaker follows and now HALL is up and they double-team USO …. JEY tries to fire up on both OUTSIDERS, but HALL stops that with a clothesline and then hits the Fall-away Slam into the cage!  NASH grabs USO and rakes his head across the cage …. The buzzer sounds and now JIMMY USO enters the match, coming to the aid of his brother ….

JIMMY uses speed to avoid NASH, then scores with superkicks to HALL and NASH …. JEY is back up and the USO’s hit a Samoan Drop/ Corkscrew Neckbreaker on HALL …. They attack NASH with leg kicks, chopping the big man down to the mat …. HALL is up and breaks up a superfly splash attempt, instead hitting a top rope back suplex on JIMMY USO …. JEY battles against HALL & NASH as the buzzer sounds and HHH is the next entrant into the match ….

HHH attacks JEY immediately, hitting the facebuster followed by the running high knee …. JIMMY is up and gets hit with a spinebuster from HHH and the N.W.O are in control …. They take turns slamming the USOS into the cage, then HHH grinds JEY’s face in the chainlink and JEY is finally bleeding …. JIMMY tries to come to the rescue of his brother, but gets tossed into the cage as well …. N.W.O are controlling with ease here, but the time period ends and now it is time for another of the BLOODLINE to enter the match …. It is ROMAN REIGNS!

REIGNS enters and stands in the 2nd ring, challenging the N.W.O to come and meet him like a total basdass …. HALL is the first one to enter the 2nd ring, but REIGNS takes him out …. NASH and HHH go after REIGNS, but he takes them both out and owns the ring.  Superman Punch staggers NASH, but he runs into a facebuster from HHH …. HHH goes for the Pedigree but REIGNS backdrops him and he gets caught in the space between the 2 rings …. REIGNS is out there with him, AND SPEARS HHH INTO THE EXPOSED RING POSTS BETWEEN THE 2 RINGS!  The USOS are back up to help REIGNS and they toss the members of the N.W.O into the cage!  HHH is bleeding now …. REIGNS counters the Jackknife attempt and scores with the Spear!  THE BLOODLINE is in control until the final buzzer sounds and SHAWN MICHAELS enters the ring!

REIGNS and HBK go one on one in the cage, with REIGNS hitting a samoan drop …. The rest of the N.W.O come in to attack, and the man advantage of HBK swings the momentum back in favor of the N.W.O …. REIGNS is sent into the cage multiple times, and now REIGNS is bleeding …. HBK slaps REIGNS in the face over and over again, then has HALL and NASH hold REIGNS and he hits Sweet Chin Music …. It is total dominance by the N.W.O as THE ROCK paces outside the cage …. The buzzer sounds, and the ROCK enters the cage but HBK is waiting on him …. SWEET CHIN MUSIC TO THE ROCK THAT SENDS HIM BACK OUT THE DOOR AND TO THE FLOOR!!!!

HBK goes in his tights and produces a pad lock, and locks the cage door trapping the ROCK on the outside!!!!  The N.W.O are still at a 4-3 advantage!  THE ROCK recovers and tries to get inside the cage, but he is locked out!  HALL and JIMMY USO fight between the cage and the ring, with HALL slamming USOS head into the cage and now the other USO is bleeding too!  REIGNS OUT OF NOWHERE SPEARS HALL THROUGH THE DOOR OF THE CAGE, BREAKING THE LOCK!!!!  THE ROCK ENTERS THE RING AND NOW THE WAR GAMES HAVE BEGUN!!!!

ROCK runs wild, laying the smack down on every member of the N.W.O ….ROCK hits a samoan drop on HBK on top of NASH!!!!  Spinebuster to HHH and off comes the elbow pad!!!!  ROCK goes for the People’s Elbow, but HALL is somehow back in the ring after the cage door spot and he cuts ROCK off with a clothesline!  The N.W.O isolate ROCK and he tries to fight them off but runs into a big boot from NASH …. ROCK takes the Jackknife and now the N.W.O are back in control …. HBK grabs ROCK and sends him into the cage and now he is busted open as well …. HBK locks a Figure Four on THE ROCK and tries to break his leg!  ROMAN REIGNS and JIMMY USO come to the rescue, taking on the N.W.O and allowing JEY USO to score with a superfly splash on HBK to break up the hold!  THE BLOODLINE and N.W.O are in opposite rings and slowly make it to their feet, building to a standoff between the factions in each ring …. They both charge into the gap between rings and brawl wildly!!!!  Everyone is going crazy fists in both rings, but the USO’s score with a double superkick to take out NASH …. HBK misses Sweet Chin Music on REIGNS, hitting HHH by mistake!!!!  REIGNS spears HBK!  1 … 2 … HALL BREAKS UP THE PIN!!!!  REIGNS with a desperation superman punch to HALL and both men are down, while HBK and ROCK are both down in the opposite ring!  ROCK is up first and goes for the People’s Elbow, but HBK kips up and hits the flying forearm!  HBK to the top rope …. FLYING ELBOW DROP!!!!  HBK is tuning up the band and everyone else is down!  ROCK KIPS UP AS HBK CHARGES …. ROCK BOTTOM!!!!  ROCK to his feet and shakes his head ‘No’, saying he’s not done!  ROCK kicks in the arm, hitting the ropes …. PEOPLE’S ELBOW!!!!   ROCK immediately pops up …. A 2nd PEOPLE’S ELBOW!!!!  ROCK hooks the leg … 1 … 2 … 3!!!!
