- Former UWF world tag team champions War Machine returned to Progress, and MVP immediately put them in a fight with the Briscoes to keep the Briscoes from getting another tag title shot ....
- Bianca BelAir turned against her friend and former tag team partner Naomi
- Issues continued between Austin Aries and Johnny Gargano, now involving the Miz .... Miz beat Aries thanks to Garganos interference, and later that night Aries attacked Gargano after a successful title defense against Kyle O’Reilley ....
- Bobby Lashley attacked AJ Styles again, but this time Matt Riddle made the save, sending Lashley packing after a final flash knee strike ....We go to Mauro Renallo & Renee Young at ringside as they talk about tonight’s show as we head toward the Great American Bash .... The main event of tonight’s show will be the Queen of the Ring ....
**** 1. Donovan Dijak def. ACH in a competitive match with ‘Feast Your Eyes’ .... ****IN THE BACK - Austin Aries cuts a promo on Johnny Gargano and says he is the greatest man that ever lived .... Gargano isn’t even a man and he has to have his wife help him win matches .... He tells Candice to come talk to him if she ever wants a ‘real’ man .... Gargano comes out and we get a HUGE brawl .... Gargano locks on the Gargano-Escape and refuses to let go .... he has to be pulled off by referees ....IN-RING SEGMENT:
Following up what just happened backstage, United States Champion Johnny Gargano comes out .... he says he left his wife in the back because Austin Aries crossed the line last week .... Gargano wants to fight Aries right now .... Instead, out comes the Miz along with Maryse .... Miz calls Gargano a coward for attacking Aries backstage, and he isn’t even the one that Gargano should be worried about .... Miz insists that he and Maryse are the real power couple of Progress, and he says he owns Gargano .... Maryse says Johnny isn’t a real man and her husband deserves the US title .... Candice hits the ring and Gargano has to hold her back from going after Maryse .... Johnny says he’s glad Miz came out here because he wants to fight someone tonight and it might as well be Miz ....
**** 2. United States Champion Johnny Gargano vs. The Miz w/ Maryse ends in a no contest .... These two are having a good back and forth match until Austin Aries and the ONE% interfere and attack BOTH men .... this leads to an unlikely tag team match .... ******** 3. Austin Aries & Roderick Strong def. US Champion Johnny Gargano & The Miz .... Miz and Gargano are focused against a common enemy and are on the same page .... Match is back and forth the whole way .... Miz nearly walks out on his partner, but he comes back in to make the save .... Kyle O’Reilley comes out to interfere, but Candice and Maryse team up on him! Gargano hits an errant superkick that takes out the Miz, and Gargano ends up being pinned clean by Aries after the brainbuster .... ****POST MATCH: The ONE% beat down Gargano & Miz 3 on 2 .... Aries corners Candice, when ...
BRIAN CAGE IS HERE!!!! Cage hits the ring and takes out the ONE% one at a time .... Discus Lariat to Strong, then he picks up O’Reilley and powerbomb him over the top rope onto both Strong and Miz outside the ring! Aries tries to hit Cage with the US title, but Cage blocks it and lays Aries out with the F’N-5! Cage looks down on Gargano, who crawls over and tries to pick up the US title laying at Cages feet .... as Johnny grabs the title, Cage steps on it so he can’t pick it up .... Johnny looks up at Cage with a look of fear as Cage gives him the cutthroat sign ....
IN THE BACK - Bianca BelAir cuts a promo about how she is going to win the Queen of the Ring .... She is interrupted by Charlotte .... Charlotte was born to be the Queen, and even BelAir will bow down tonight .... And after the Queen of the Ring is over, her and BelAir will settle their issues one on one .... Belair blows her off, saying she already beat Charlotte and doesn’t need to do it again .... **** 4. War Machine (Hanson & Rowe) def. Desi Hit Squad (Raj Singh & Rohit Raju) w/ Gama Singh in a complete squash match .... everyone is destroyed in this one in only a few moments, with Raju taken out with Thor’s Hammer, then Singh eats the Fallout .... Gama Singh enters the ring and gets laid out with the Fallout as well ****POST MATCH: Rowe takes the mic and cuts a promo about their match with Orndorff & Piper at the U.K. Bash show .... Rowe talks about the Briscoes, saying both teams are still standing so the war ain’t over .... This brings out the Briscoes .... Jay says MVP played them and put them against each other so Young Money wouldn’t have to fight them .... War Machine says the Briscoes are in the way of what they want, and Jay says the Briscoes have been world champs before too, and they aren’t scared of war with anyone ....
BACKSTAGE PROMO:
‘The Villain’ Marty Scurll cuts a promo about facing AJ Styles for the Atlas title .... Scurll says this isn’t the movies, and the heroes don’t always win .... He destroyed William Regals dreams and drove him out of Progress, and now he is going to take pleasure in destroying everyone’s hero, AJ Styles, at the Bash ....
Scurll is blind-sided from behind mid-promo by Styles!!!! Styles attacks Scurll with repeated chairshots, targeting the ribs .... after destroying Scurll, AJ throws the chair down and walks out of the locker room .... he looks down, where we see Neville has been laid out in the hallway as well ....
**** 6. Queen of the Ring Match
RULES: 2 women start .... after 5 minutes another woman enters and then every 2 minutes thereafter we have another entrant .... elimination is by pinfall or submission ****Universal Women’s Champion Toni Storm comes out and does commentary during the match .... Toni will defend the Universal title against the winner in London at tomorrow’s Bash show ....

2. When Jordynne Grace enters the match, she comes face to face with Bianca BelAir .... They match power in an amazing display .... Grace and ODB go at it in a good hoss battle ....
3. It takes just about everyone in the match to eliminate Jordynne Grace .... Evans hits the Woman’s Right that drops Grace to her knees, then Nox hits the Shiniest Wizard .... Charlotte hits the Natural Selection, then BelAir goes to the top and hits a 450 splash to finally eliminate Grace ....
4. The big surprises in this match are the return of Lacey Evans at #14 and the Progress debut of Victoria at #15, who arrives and immediately attacks Charlotte .... While brawling outside the ring, Victoria hurts her knee and cannot continue the match .... she comes back later limping, hitting Charlotte with a wicked chairshot that leads to Charlotte being eliminated by BelAir

KOD attempt is reversed by Becky and she slips off into the Disarm-Her in Belair .... in a tremendous show of power, Belair powers back to her feet while still in the armbar, and manages to power Becky onto her shoulders for the KOD!!!! BelAir pins Becky and eliminates her!!!!
It’s down to Nox and BelAir, and Nox has been in since #1 .... they meet in the middle, then start throwing hands .... Nox dispatches Belair and goes up top, but BelAir catches her in mid-air .... powerslam for a 2 count! BelAir up top, MISSES THE 450!!!! Canadian Destroyer by Nox! 1 ... 2 ... Noooo! BelAir kicks out! Nox goes for the Shiniest Wizard, BUT BELAIR WHIPS HER WITH THE HAIR!!!! Nox is doubled over, and BelAir scoops her up .... KOD!!!! 1 ... 2 ... 3!!!! BelAir wins!
Bianca BelAir is the 2019 Queen of the Ring!!!! BelAir celebrates and is given the crown and sash as Toni Storm enters the ring .... Toni holds up the women’s title as the show needs with the 2 women face to face ....
