Revolution Pro Wrestling Chapter 7: Who's the Boss?' 9636A8A6-174F-4A24-9BB9-67B239BD2803_zpsl9helqag

INTRODUCTION

Renee Young, the voice of RPW, is here to start us off .... joining her on guest commentary is JAY LETHAL, and they recap Chapter 6, the Battle of Britain, where Marty Scurll was crowned as the first Fighting Spirit champion .... Lethal talks about being in the finals, and promises he will be coming for the title when his shoulder heals, and also be coming for payback on Eli Drake ....

RPW Spotlight ----- The Project (Johnny Gargano & Tomasso Ciampa)

We see a confrontation between The Project (Tomasso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano) and Caprice Coleman from earlier in the day .... it takes place during a pre-taped interview conducted by Renee Young .... Surprisingly, Coleman is alone and without his tag team partner Cedric Alexander .... Coleman argues that C&C is the better tag team and wants to prove it, which leads to a match being made for tonight's show ....

Back in the ring, RPW commissioner Finlay is already in the ring .... He announces tonight's main event, and for the first time the women of RPW will main event an RPW show as Becky Lynch, Allysin Kay and Hikaru Shida will all challenge for the Knockout title against champion Sasha Banks in a fatal 4 way match ....

Finlay talks about what happened the last time he was at an RPW show, when Jimmy Havoc and Decay did a number on him and caused him to miss the most important night in RPW's history .... he has been ordered by management not to pursue his issue with Jimmy Havoc, so he's going to be a professional as long as it's within the confines of RPW ....

Of course this brings out Jimmy Havoc with Rosemary .... Havoc flips off the entire crowd and generally just gives ZERO fucks .... Havoc says it must suck for Finlay to admit he's the better man, but Finlay says he stands by his opinion of Havoc and calls him a hack hardcore wrestler .... Havoc says if Finlay thinks this is over he's wrong .... RPW is his playground now .... He has started the 'Decay' of RPW, and everyone is going to suffer ....

*RPW has a 'Code of Honor' similar to RING OF HONOR where opponents show respect with a handshake to begin the match .... sportsmanship is encouraged in all matches .... outside the ring has 20 count to get back in the ring instead of the standard 10 seconds*

Singles match:
'Extraordinary Gentleman' Jack Gallagher (UK)
- vs -
'Premier Athlete' Anthony Nese w/ Laurel Van Ness (USA)

First time we've seen Nese in a while and he is repackaged with Laurel Van Ness accompanying him .... Nese is impressive, hitting a combo of high flying moves as well as power moves .... Nese with a sick-looking German into the turnbuckle, then follows it up with a running knee strike with the exposed knee for the win ....

After the match, Van Ness introduces Nese as the 'Premier Athlete' .... she calls him the perfect male specimen and a perfect representation of the American athlete, which is superior to European athletes and every fat, out of shape fan in the audience ....

VIDEO ----

We see a video profile for newcomer Tyler Bate .... Bate is 19 years old and from Dudley, England .... he is the youngest member of any wrestling roster in the UWF and he makes his debut .... NEXT

Singles match:
Tyler Bate (UK)
- vs -
'Scottish Supernova' Noam Dar (SCOTLAND)

For all the talk about Bate being 19, Noam Dar is the 2nd youngest member of the roster at 23 .... fun and energetic match between these two, with Bate ending up hitting the Tyler Driver 97 (tiger driver) for the win .... Bate acts like an excited kid when he wins ....

IN-RING ----

We get the entrance of the BRAND NEW Fighting Spirit champion 'The Villain' Marty Scurll .... Scurll is full of himself as usual and talks about winning the 'Battle of Britain' and becoming champion .... Scurll talks about the era of the villain when he is interrupted by Tye Dillinger .... MY GOD the fans LOVE Dillinger .... they are chanting '10! 10! 10! 10!' as they flash all 10 fingers .... Dillinger confronts Scurll and says he had him down 2-0 in rounds until Scurll cheated .... Scurll says he's a villain, of course he cheated!  But he's the one standing there with the championship and Dillinger isn't .... Tye says that doesn't make him a perfect 10 and he can't beat Tye .... he wants a match ....

This brings out Eli Drake .... LET ME TALK TO YA!  Drake wants to stop the conversation right now because neither guy is on the level of E ... LI ... DRAKE!  As far as Dillinger goes, he needs to take the '1' off his tights and that will accurately describe him .... a perfect '0' .... And as for Scurll, he may be the champ but Eli Drake has a very big IOU coming him way .... he's the one that took out Jay Lethal and gift wrapped the belt for Scurll .... and even after all of that Marty still barely got the job done .... and that's not an insult, THAT is just a fact of life!

Dillinger slaps Drake, who backs down rather than fight .... Dillinger gets the mic and says tonight he will take care of Drake, and on the next chapter he wants his shot at the Fighting Spirit title ....

VIDEO ----

Another Video profile for a newly signed member of the RPW roster .... this time it's Trent Seven .... Trent Seven will debut on Chapter 8 ....

Tag Team match:
The Project (Tomasso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano) - USA
- vs -
C&C Wrestling Factory (Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander) - USA

Both of these teams tear the house down in this match .... down the stretch we get a ton of false finishes that has the crowd on their feet .... The Project get the win after hitting their superkick/knee strike combo on Alexander for the 3 count ....

After the match, all 4 guys shake hands when suddenly, the lights go out!!!!  When they come back on standing in the ring is ....

DECAY!

Decay proceed to attack everyone in the ring!!!!  Coleman is the target of a mob beating, but Ciampa and Gargano try to come to his rescue .... however they get beat down as well .... meanwhile, outside the ring Cedric Alexander just watches on and doesn't get in the ring to help, instead he just walks off .... Decay leave everyone laid out in the ring ....

- Three 3 minute rounds, with title matches going to 5 minute rounds
- 10 point must system

- Judging categories: Physicality, aggressiveness, controlling the action

- Wins can happen anytime via pin or submission

- If there is no winner after three rounds, a winner is decided by judge's decision

Fighting Spirit champion Marty Scurll is out at ringside to watch the next match ....

Fighting Spirit Rules:
'The Perfect 10' Tye Dillinger (USA)
- vs -
Eli Drake (USA)

The fans love Tye, while Drake is the smarmy heel everyone loves to hate .... lots of offense by Tye in the beginning but Drake takes the short cut to take over .... round 1 ends with Drake in control and ahead 10-9 on the unofficial scorecard .... Drake gets too cocky in round 2, and gets nailed with a superkick from Tye .... Dillinger scores with a corkscrew Death Valley driver and gets a series of near falls .... Drake saves himself by getting the foot on the ropes after being hit with the Perfect 10 (kneeling code breaker) .... round 2 goes to Dillinger on the unofficial scorecard 10-9 .... we go to the 3rd and deciding round and it's back and forth .... the end sees Drake go for Blunt Force Trauma, but Dillinger reverses it mid-move and scoops Drake up on his shoulders and nails the Tye Breaker out of nowhere for the pin!

Dillinger and Scurll stare each other down afterwards ....

ANNOUNCEMENT:

Matches are announced for Chapter 8, including:

- Trent Seven debut
- Anarchy in the U.K. will face Itami & Goto in a no disqualification match
- Marty Scurll defending the Fighting Spirit title against Tye Dillinger in the main event

Tag Team Match:
The Authors of Pain (Akem & Rezar) w/ Truth Martini - USA
- vs -
Two jobbers -

They don't even announce the jobbers, and it's probably a good thing because that would have lasted longer than the match itself .... The Authors attack at the bell and this one is over in a matter of seconds .... they hit a boot/ swinging side slam combo, then pick the opponents up and buckle bomb them into each other .... they finish the match off with a Russian leg sweep/ lariat combo they call the 'Final Chapter' ....

Women's Knockout title:
(Champion) Sasha Banks (USA)
- vs -
Allysin Kay (USA)
- vs -
Becky Lynch (IRELAND)
- vs -
Hikaru Shida (JAPAN)

Lynch and Banks take out Kay early on since she's the biggest woman in the match .... Shida lights up both  of them with kicks and strikes and she takes over .... Kay returns to the ring and takes out Shida .... Lynch takes Kay down but then Banks tries to roll her up from behind for a quick pin .... now Becky and Sasha go at it for the first time .... Shida comes back and runs wild for a bit, dominating and looking for revenge on Kay .... Sasha hits a meteora on Shida and locks on the Banks Statement but Becky pulls the ref out before Shida can tap .... Banks hits a suicide dive on Lynch outside .... Shida goes for a five but Kay cuts her off with the Silencer!  She scoops her up and drills her with the AK-47!  1 ... 2 ... Banks breaks it up!  Banks avoids the Silencer and gets the Banks Statement on Kay .... Shida with the Boma Ye to Banks to break it up!!!!  Shida goes up top, but Lynch is there to cut her off .... LYNCH SUPER-PLEXES SHIDA ON TOP OF ALLYSIN KAY!!!!  Kay is crushed beneath the weight!  Lynch locks on the Disarm-HER!  Kay is trapped in the middle of the ring .... SHE TAPS!!!!  We have a new champion!!!!

The show ends with Becky celebrating with the title, while Banks is outside the ring looking pissed off having lost the title without being pinned ....
