Fuka: This is our OPENING BATTLE - YOUNG LION CHAMPIONSHIP

Rising Sun Wrestling: SUNSET 2018 (12/28/18) Untitled_by_bluejustice2016-db4al4a......VS.......Rising Sun Wrestling: SUNSET 2018 (12/28/18) Latest?cb=20160618221147

Ohara hasn't had a lot of success so he tries to make the most of this opportunity by fighter much more aggressively and taking risks but that backfires when he misses a Springboard Senton. Taiji nails a Leg Lariat then a Death Valley Driver. He ends it with the Bloody Cross (Lifting single underhook double knee Gutbuster). 1.. 2.. 3.

Winner & Still Champion: Taiji Ishimori (6-2)

2ND BATTLE - 6 WOMAN SCRAMBLE MADNESS

Momo Watananabe (0-1) - Hiroyo Matsumoto (1-1) - Hana Kimura (4-2) - HZK (2-1) - Raquel (1-2) - Ayako Hamada (3-3)

A Scramble Madness is when 6 competitors battle all at the same time. Falls count only in the ring but there are no DQs or countouts. First person to gain a pin/Submission wins. Right from the start Hana Kimura and Hamada renew their feud by attacking each other. Raquel clobbers HZK from behind while Momo and Matsumoto wrestle each other on the mat.

Lots of hard hitting action. Hamada nails Kimura with a Moonsault out on the floor. Raquel hits a Reverse Neckbreaker on Momo. Matsumoto catches HZK with a Flying Corner Meteora. Kimura gets Hamada in the ring and nails a Shining Wizard and covers but its broken up by HZK. Watanabe has Matsumoto in a Half Boston crab but Raquel dropkicks her to break it up.

Finally in the end with Raquel ans Hamada fighting on the outside. Hiroyo hits Kimura with a Corner Lariat that sends her over the top. She goes the other way to hit Momo but she gets a Boot up in the face then ails a Bulldog. But as she covers HZK comes off the top with the HZKrush. 1.. 2.. 3. HZK pins Watanabe for the win.

Winner: HZK 3-1

3RD BATTLE - TAG TEAM BATTLE ROYALE

Speed Muscle (2-4)
Chase Owens & Cody Hall (1-1)
Authors of Pain (5-2)
Noam Dar & David Finlay (1-1)
TenKoji (1-2)
The Eliminators (4-1)
BxB HULK & Yoshi Hashi
Roppongi 3K (3-2)
GoShinGo (3-2)
Blonde Bashers 4-3

Fun Battle Royal. The AoP are looking dominant taking out Yoshi-Hashi early and later Eliminating TenKoji.
But The Blonde Bashers and Roppongi 3K team up and get them out. Bullet Club's Cody Hall eliminated Yoshino with the big boot. But Chase Owens was sent over by GoShinGo. The Last 3 teams are Roppongi 3K, Blonde Bashers & The Eliminators. The Bashers try to send both members of Roppongi 3K flying over but they slip out and double dropkick them over the ropes. The Eliminators then attack at the behest of their Manager Larry Sweeney.

We get a great fight with two teams very intertwined. The Eliminators in fact caused the making of Roppongi 3K and they are the only team to defeat the Eliminators here in RSW. SHO catches Saturn with a Blockbuster and YOH is hit with a Superkick from Kronus. SHO then charges Kronus and they both go over the ropes at the same time! The referee rules both men hit simultaneously and has ruled it will be YOH vs Saturn.

YOH hits Saturn with a Lariat. Then a Senton. He goes to bring Saturn towards the ropes but he was playing possum and executes a Gargoyle Suplex that drops YOH on his head!. Saturn has him and sends him over but he doesn't see YOH skinned the cat! He dropkicks SAturn over the ropes as the crowd erupts...

But Saturn kept one foot off the floor he pulls himself back in and flings YOH over the ropes and to the floor.

Winners: The Eliminators 5-1

4TH BATTLE

Kanagawa Krush (3-0) vs Tam Nakano & Yumi Ohka

Rising Sun Wrestling: SUNSET 2018 (12/28/18) ULmahOt....VS....Rising Sun Wrestling: SUNSET 2018 (12/28/18) DTeWPOiUMAM-Q4QRising Sun Wrestling: SUNSET 2018 (12/28/18) ZHkkAy4

The Onna-Musha duo came to fight. They really were out aggressing the usual aggressors of KK. But they come back when Shida cracks Tam across the back with her Kendo Stick on the outside. That turned the tides and eventually they hit Ohja with 3 Count and get the win.

Winners: Kanagawa Krush 4-0

5TH BATTLE

Suzuki-gun vs Dragon Lee, Naomichi Marufuji, Daisuke Sekimoto, CIMA & Kota Ibushi

Wild 10 man tag match that saw almost everyone hit their finisher but no one got the win. Then with everyone fighting on the outside and the referee distracted Iizuki put on his metal glove and looked the hit CIMA with it but he evaded the blow and schoolboys Iizuka for the 3 count.

Winner: CIMA 4-4

INTERMISSION

Mao, The Yellow Barbie steps into the ring for her interview segment.

Rising Sun Wrestling: SUNSET 2018 (12/28/18) CV4Rot4UwAEX_lb

Mao: Please welcome to the ring.... Hiroshi Tanahashi!

(Hiroshi gets a huge reaction from the crowd.)

Tanahashi: Thank you Mao. An honor to be back here.

Mao: I hear you have some big news.

Tanahashi: Yes. I have talked to Ms Dixie Carter and for the immediate future I will competing here in RSW full time.

(Big pop)

Mao: That is wonderful and you can tell the fans here are very excited for this. So where do you begin?

Tanahashi: Well Mao. You know I was defeated by KENTA of the finals of the Rising Sun Cup. So I would like a title match with whoever comes out ahead tonight..

Mao: Wow! You waste no time. But with your resume I'm sure that...

(Out walks Go Shiozaki.)

Shiozaki: So here we go again.... Someone decides to just walk in the door and demand title shots. Meanwhile guys like me have been here since day 1. What makes you think you deserve anything? I don't care where you were before here or what you think you accomplished. In RSW it means nothing.

Tanahashi: Shiozaki-san... You are correct. I apologize for my ego. I should have to earn that shot. So at SUNRISE I will start....

Shiozaki: Good...

Tanahashi: By beating you....

(Shiozaki is surprised then throws a punch but Tanahashi blocks it. Hits afew elbows sends him into the ropes and nails a Sling Blade. Shiozaki rolls out the ring as the crowd cheers Tanahashi.)

Mao: Well.... Tanahashi-san welcome to RSW. This happens a lot.

Tanahashi: I wouldn't have it any other way. Tanahashi is here and I wont rest until I am the ACE of RSW!

6TH BATTLE

Yuji Nagata (3-2)      vs      Yujiro Takahashi w/Pieter (3-2)

Rising Sun Wrestling: SUNSET 2018 (12/28/18) 220px-Yuji_Nagata_Aug_2015.....VS......Rising Sun Wrestling: SUNSET 2018 (12/28/18) Cs8i5w_UIAEyXuH

Tonight the Tokyo Pimp brings out not just Pieter but another similarlly dressed young woman. He tells them to dance with each other and they do caressing each other. They move in to kiss each other at Yujiro's urging when Nagata  pulls them apart. He is yelling that there are children watching. Have some decency. Then tells Pieter to leave Takahashi. While he is doing this Yujiro ambushes him. The girls run out the ring as the the bell is rung.

It's all Takahashi, he suplexes Yuji then drops an elbow. He plays to an angry crowd. He sets up for Pimp Juice but Yuji rises up and drives Takahashi into the corner. He whips him to the far corner and follows with a Justice Knee. Exploder into the Corner. Yuji covers 1.. 2.. No. Yujiro goes for Miami Shine (Modified Death Valley bomb) but Yuji elbows away at the head of Takahashi then hits a Saito Suplex. He locks on the Shirome (Seated armbar)..... Yujiro fights as long as he could but finaly taps.

Winner: Yuji Nagata 4-2

7TH BATTLE - WORLD 6-MAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP

The ELITE      vs     Sadist Colony w/Mio Shirai

Rising Sun Wrestling: SUNSET 2018 (12/28/18) AAuE7mCtzGmDxw3kq3eExg7_1R3X05VnAy-W6BtRgQ=s900-mo-c-c0xffffffff-rj-k-no......VS......Rising Sun Wrestling: SUNSET 2018 (12/28/18) S-l225

Sadist Colony led by the dark Mio Shirai have torn through the RSW roster. Can they keep that momentum against the World Champions? Well early on its a chess match of sorts. The Colony are not fighting their usual haphazard style as that plays into the ELITE's strengths. So they slow this down and make it a gring and it's working. EVIL has Matt in the corner and is driving his knee into his neck and clavicle. He tags in Kamaitachi who hits a running facewash. You can see he is talking to himself as he puts Matt in a Surfbord type of hold. In comes Sanada who lets rip a few kicks to the exposed chest.

Sanada hits a Side Neckbreaker and goes for the Moonsault but misses! This gives Matt the opportunity to tag OMEGA who is going off on everyone. Nailing V-Triggers on each of themHe looks for the One-Winged Angel on Kamaitachi but EVIL clobbers him from behind. Soon everyone is in the ring. It's mayhem and bodies are flying all over. EVIL goes for his STO Finisher on Nick but eats a Superkick from Matt. Reverse Frankensteiner by OMEGA to Sanada. Then they hit Kamaitachi with the Triple Superkick and Matt covers for the victory.

Winners & Still Champions: The ELITE

8TH BATTLE - RSW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP

KENTA (9-1)      vs     Mike Bennett w/Maria (4-4)

Rising Sun Wrestling: SUNSET 2018 (12/28/18) 2b310f83a4df1bd9e6887af4614f6667......VS......Rising Sun Wrestling: SUNSET 2018 (12/28/18) Wp-1451274877090

This marks KENTA's 1st defense of the title against the only person to hold a victory over him in RSW. They know each other well and it shows as we get a fast paced bout with a ton of reverses and counters. Bennett is able to execute a Jackhammer Suplex for a two count. Later KENTA has Mike in a Dragon Sleeper but he doesn't yield. KENTA nails a back kick to the mid-section of Bennett and hits the ropes but is met with a jumping knee strike to the jaw.

Bennett takes control for a while. Working the Champion over but he can't get the fall. Maria looks like she's getting frustrated as she keeps yelling at Red Shoes to count faster. Bennett Powerslams KENTA then goes up for a Flying Legdrop but KENTA moves at the last second! KENTA hits the ropes and nails the Busaiku Knee Kick. 1.. 2..

NOOO!!!! Mike kicks out. KENTA is signalling for the GTS. but MAria jumps on the apron. She is screaming at KENTA who goes over towards her. BEnnett is up and comes with a Flying knee to the back of KENTA but he moves and Mike knocks Maria off the apron! KENTA grabs a shocked Bennett and gives him a Inverted facelock spun into a three-quarter facelock single knee facebreaker. He pulls him up.... GTS!!!! 1.. 2.. 3!!!!

Winner & Still Champion: KENTA 10-1

MAIN EVENT - UWF WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP

"Magnum" Adam Cole     vs     Hirooki Goto

Rising Sun Wrestling: SUNSET 2018 (12/28/18) Hi-res-dffbed342a85531ca7e7dace1d625dc7_crop_exact.....VS.....Rising Sun Wrestling: SUNSET 2018 (12/28/18) 101281417949021

Kelly and Tanaka talk about the path Goto took to tonight. He earned this match from a victory in a 6-Man Match with Bullet Club. Tanaka points out however it was NOT Adam Cole he pinned in that match. They step to the center of the ring. Noticeable by her absence is Lauren who almost never is not by the Champ's side. Cody Hall is ringside however as his second. Yoshi-Hashi is out there for Goto. Introductions are made. They come center ring but do not shake hands. Yet you can see there is some level of mutual respect.

This is a scientific Mat battle early on. People always forget what a great mat wrestler Goto is and he puts that on display as he is getting the better of the World Champion. So Magnum does what he always does, improvises. By raking the eyes of Hirooki. He fires him into the ropes and nails a Corona Kick. He pulls him up but Goto explodes and hits an Overhead Belly to BElly that sends Cole to the floor. Goto is out there and whips him into the steel railing. He looks to drop him acroos that barrier but Hall steps in. He shoves Goto but doesn't see Yoshi-Hashi jumped on the apron and hits a dive on him that sends him crashing into the second row. BUt all this distraction allowed Cole to give Goto a Cole-lateral on the floor. Adam rolls in as the Red Shoes makes the count.

Goto is able to make it back by 17. But he is slowed and Cole goes to work on him. He hits a number of his usual spots. He now looks for the Florida Key. but Goto elbows free then snap mares him over hits a diving elbow to the back of Magnum's head. He pulls him up for the GTR but Adam is able to turn and counter into a Corona Crash (Inverted DDT). He pulls him up... Florida Key!!! 1.. 2.. NO!!!! Cole hits the ropes for his Shining Wizard strike but Goto hops to his feet and hits a hellacious Lariat! Cole doesn't know where he is. Goto has him... GTR!!! 1.. 2..

NOOOOO!!!! Cole gets his shoulder up! Goto now signals for the Shouten Kai. He lifts him up but Cole floats out. He lands a hard elbow to the back of Goto's skull. Then gives him a Wheelbarrow lifted and dropped into a double knee backbreaker. He covers but Goto kicks out again! He hits the ropes... Shining Wizard to the back of Goto's head. He pulls him up... The Last Shot (Vertical suplex lifted and dropped into a neckbreaker onto the knee). 1.. 2.. 3!!

Winner & Still Champion: "Magnum" Adam Cole
