The show begins with pyro from the stage .... ERIC BISCHOFF comes out on stage and welcomes the fans, taking the opportunity to put himself over in the process .... Bischoff introduces tonight’s special musical guest, FOZZY ....

However, we don’t get FOZZY and instead we get the arrival of Chris Jericho by himself ....  



JERICHO - ‘Quiet!  Quiet!! QUIET!!!!  Be quiet you gelatinous tapeworms .... I find it insulting that here we are on this groundbreaking show, the first PARADIGM television broadcast, and the man who is single-handedly responsible for its existence is not being featured prominently on the show.  Of course I am talking about myself, your biggest and brightest star, Chris Jericho!  Anyone with a functioning Cerebrum knows that I am a mega star, I am mainstream, baby!  And for those of you too incapable of understanding, let me put it to you like this:  If Chris Jericho wasn’t here, then none of you would be here and none of those people in the locker room would be here.  I am the one that brought Paradigm instant noteriety, instant buzz, just by signing, and this TV show that is airing across the world is all because of the star power of Chris Jericho!  And of course everyone in that locker room is trying to piggy back off that star power, especially people like Ilja Dragunov and Cara Noir, who couldn’t draw flies to a picnic .... As a matter of fact, every one of you people in the audience owe me a ‘thank you’ because you are all here tonight because of me .... So you can tell me thank you RIGHT ... NOW!’

All Jericho gets are boos from the crowd ...

JERICHO - ’You want to boo me?  Boo Chris Jericho????  Fine!  Do you know what happens when you disrespect Chris Jericho?  Do you?  Do you know what happens?  Do you know what happens when you don’t give Chris Jericho the thank you he deserves?  I’ll tell you what happens .... What I’m going to do is I’m going to get my thank you one a time by beating the crap out of every single person in that locker room .... all of the people that you sheep want to cheer ....

Jericho is interrupted as the drums of war beat and out comes ILJA DRAGUNOV!  


Dragunov gets a monster reaction and the crowd is chanting ‘Un-Be-Seig- Bar!’ (*Russian for ‘Invincible’) .... Jericho sneers at Dragunov ....

JERICHO - ‘Are you serious?  Listen here ‘comrade’ ... what makes you think for one second that you even deserve to be in the same ring as Chris Jericho ...’

Dragunov says these people don’t respect Chris Jericho because Jericho doesn’t respect them!  Ilja fights for the people, and he is what these people say he is ‘Unbeseigbar!’ .... Jericho slaps Dragunov!  Dragunov smiles in Jericho’s face ... HEADBUTT!  Ilja fires up with strikes on Jericho and clotheslines him down .... He goes to the corner and sets for Torpedo Moskau as the fans chant ‘UN ... BE ... SEIG ... BAR’ .... but Jericho quickly slides out of the ring and escapes .... the crowd chants “Thank you, Ilja” as Jericho backs away sneering .... Eric Bischoff comes out as Jericho reaches the top of the ramp and he says he agrees with Jericho that he is the biggest star to sign with Paradigm .... and he belongs on tonight’s show so tonight he will compete tonight against Dragunov!!!! .... Jericho is not happy ....



After that wild opening, we go straight to the ring for the debut of one of Paradigms marquee signings ....



RESULTS:  The crowd reaction is off the charts for Shida .... She gets a streamer entrance from the people .... Meanwhile, Hyan is in this spot because she pretty much begged Bischoff for it .... The bell rings, and Hyan charges RIGHT INTO A HIP ATTACK FROM SHIDA .... Shida immediately hits the ropes .... 3 COUNT (running knee strike)!!!!  1 ... 2 ... 3!

Wow!  Shida pins Hyan in less than a minute in the first televised match in Paradigm history!  The fans go wild, as the announcers talk about how Shida is the type of talent you can build an entire women’s division around .... Wade Barrett predicts Shida is going to be a major player in Paradigm going forward ....




Dasha’s guests are The Rottweilers, who come out looking very somber .... Mauro discusses the controversial actions of the Rottweilers at the latest Cockpit show, where they left Candice LeRae a bloody mess .... Candice is back home and doing fine .... Mauro says they aren’t going to show the footage here because it’s too graphic .... Eddie Kingston has the mic ....

KINGSTON - ‘We are out here because Eric Bischoff told us we had to be .... Eric Bischoff told us we had to come out here and apologize for what happened to the Garganos at the Cockpit show .... Well, Eric Bischoff, ‘I’m sorry’ .... I’m sorry ok?  I’m sorry that Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae chose to spit in the face of OUR life’s work!  This right here?  This is all guys like us got!  We don’t bring our wives into this world to play house .... we don’t even have wives because we are married to this game!  This is a mans game, Johnny, and what happened to Candice is on YOUR head! .... if you think it was bad to watch your wife get carried out, if you get in our business again I promise you they are gonna have to take her out on a fucking stretcher!  We are dogs and we’ve been hungry our whole life!  You starve a dog and he will fight for food, and these Rottweilers will rip out your throat to keep what they got because we came from nothing and we ain’t going back there!’

There is a commotion as we see Johnny Gargano coming down the ramp trying to get at the Rottweilers .... an army of referees come out and get between them keeping him from getting to the ring .... Gargano seems to give up, and he leaves to go to the back .... he shows up a few moments later with  steel pipe!  The refs try to stop him, but he starts laying them out with the pipe!  Gargano has gone nuts here!!!!  Bischoff is out now and he brings the police with him!  Johnny won’t back down, and Bischoff has Gargano arrested!!!!




RESULTS:  Bate & Seven are super over with the UK crowd and they control the early parts of the match .... Bate does his Big Strong Boi moves by hitting  simultaneous airplane spin on Page + giant swing on Alexander .... this is everyone’s first look at the North as a team anywhere in the UWF, and they show why they are so good .... The North are now in control and work Seven over with quick tags .... The North’s double-team moves are very in sync and effortless .... Bate finally gets the hot tag and comes in a house of fire .... Rebound clothesline nearly takes off Page’s head and it gets a close 2 but Alexander breaks it up .... Mustache Mountain set Alexander up for the rebound clothesline/ Dragon Suplex combo but Page is back up and cut it off .... Double iconoclasm to Bate, but Seven breaks up the double Gotch Neutralizer and tosses Page .... Spinning back-fist to Alexander, then they set him up for the Mustache Ride .... They hit it!  1 ... 2 ... Page pulls out the ref right before the 3 count!!!!  Bate with a dive to the outside on Page!  Alexander with strikes, but Seven fires up and hits the spinning back-fist .... Seven rolls Alexander into a small package, but Page comes in and rolls him over where Alexander is on top!  1 ... 2 ... HANDFUL OF TIGHTS! ... 3!  The North steal one here!



IN THE BACK - We see police escorting Johnny Gargano to a waiting patrol car .... Johnny is resisting but Bischoff is there too trying to talk Johnny down .... Gargano asks what Bischoff would do if they put their hands on his wife .... Bischoff says Johnny can take his spot in the gauntlet or he can get have a match with one of the Rottweilers .... he can’t have both .... Bischoff tells him to be sure what he wants, and says it might be a good idea to let this go .... Gargano says he can’t let it go .... They put Johnny in the car and drive off ....



RESULTS:  Mauro puts over both guys in this match as being descendants from great wrestling families, the Garza family in Mexico and Kidd being trained by the Harts .... They go very fast-paced at the bell, working a lot of athletic counters .... Garza bails to the floor and rips off his pants, playing to females in the crowd .... Back in the ring we get more counters and Kidd scores with a tornado DDT .... Kidd heads up top but Garza crotches him and then hits a Spanish fly off the top!  Garza misses a springboard moonsault, allowing Kidd to hit the springboard elbow drop for a 2 count .... Sharpshooter attempt is countered and Garza hits the Wing Clipper .... before the pin can be counted, Austin Theory hits the ring and attacks both men!  The ref throws the match out ....

POST MATCH: Garza brawls with Theory, but another larger man comes out of the back and takes out Garza!



Nightmare Pendulum to Garza!  Theory gets down in Garza’s face and slaps him .... The group leaves together ....





Gabby Loren catches up with Austin Theory, Brandi Lauren and The mystery man in the back after what just happened .... Theory says around here it’s obvious that it’s not how good you are, it’s who you know .... So he called someone he knew, and he introduces the big man as Alexander Hammerstone .... Hammerstone is not only going to watch his back, but also Brandi’s and he’s going to protect her from the obvious sexual harassment from Angel Garza .... What Garza got tonight was just a warning, and he tells them to stay away from them ....



RESULTS:  The crowd starts early with the ‘Bro’ chants as Riddle is super over .... both guys are great wrestlers, and Riddle is deceptively strong so they have some good exchanges early on .... Riddle gets some rolling dead-lift karelin suplexes, showing off that power but then Cobb starts tag-dolling Riddle with some suplexes .... Riddle comes back with some slaps and strikes forcing Cobb back into the corner and hammers him with kicks to the chest .... Riddle runs from corner to corner hitting running forearms on Cobb but cuts all that off with a clothesline and then hits a pop-up into a German suplex .... Riddle no sells and pops right up, then drills Cobb with the Final Flash!  Cobb kicks out at 1!!!!  Riddle off the ropes but Cobb catches him .... Tour of the Islands is countered and Riddle lands behind Cobb .... He scoops him up and nails Bro 2 Sleep!  Right into the German!  1 ... 2 ... Cobb kicks out again!  Riddle goes right into the Bro-mission!!!!  Cobb is trapped!  He tries to power out to his feet but Riddle takes him back to the mat .... Cobb taps out!

Both men shake hands afterwards, and Riddle moves on to the Gauntlet Scramble ....





We get a vignette for Thunder Rosa .... Analysts talk about how she has a fantastic look, believable strikes, a well-rounded style and unmistakable presence .... Rosa has wrestled all over the world and is a former UWF women’s world tag team champion .... also a mixed martial artist fighting for Combate Americas, Rosa brings a level of star power to the table .... Thunder Rosa will compete live next week ....



RESULTS:  Jericho is thrown off by Dragunov’s intensity to begin with .... Ilja lights him up with chops and strikes and Jericho’s chest is showing the damage .... Jericho battles back with a thumb to the eye and a clothesline and then he wears Dragunov down .... Ilja fires up and hits more strikes, then the Death Valley Driver into the buckles!  Ilja up top and hits the coast to coast dropkick for 2!  Ode to Constantine (619 into discus lariat) but Jericho takes out the legs into the Walls of Jericho!  Ask Him!  Dragunov makes the ropes after a struggle to break the hold .... Spinning back chop by Ilja and Jericho’s chest is beaten red .... Jericho fires back with rights and hits a Bulldog .... Lionsault misses!  Both men on their knees, trading right hands .... Burning Hammer & Sickle by Dragunov is countered into the Codebreaker!  1 ... 2 ... NOOOO!  Jericho is bitching to the ref ... ODE TO CONSTANTINE!  Dragunov pulls himself up in the corner .... ‘UN ... BE ... SEIG ... BAR!’ .... Torpedo Moscau BUT HE RUNS RIGHT INTO THE JUDAS EFFECT!!!!  1 ... 2 ... 3!!!!

POST MATCH: Jericho isn’t done as he mounts Ilja and hammers him with more rights .... He slaps Ilja now .... THE LIGHTS GO OUT!  A spotlight shines on the ring and we see ....


CARA NOIR IS IN THE RING!  Jericho turns around right into Swan Woo!  Jericho quickly runs for it, and Noir stares him down .... He turns and sees Dragunov laying on the mat and he helps Ilja up .... Noir and Ilja stare each other down now, and the fans applaud .... Jericho is furious!





Holland says growing up in Yorkshire, England you either go to jail or you fight your way out .... my way out was a sport built on malice .... torture .... but they said I was too violent .... ask anyone who he’s been on the Rugby field with .... anyone he’s been in the ring with .... you won’t leave the same .... This is your warning ....



RESULTS: Lee actually out-powers Lashley at the onset, showing off his freaky strength by tossing Lashley into the corner and nails an avalanche splash .... Lashley battles back and clotheslines Lee to the floor .... Lashley bails out and charges but Lee cuts him off with the Pounce sending him into the front row!  Holy shit!  Lee threatens MVP but this allows Lashley to leap off with a clothesline to take Lee down .... back in the ring Lashley scoops Lee up and plants him with a powerslam!  Lee kicks out!  Lee makes his comeback, fighting out of the Anaconda Vice with a belly to belly suplex and both men are down .... MVP on the apron, but Lee knocks him off to the floor .... Lashley comes with a low blow from behind!  SPEAR!  Lashley resets in the opposite corner, then hits a 2nd spear!!!!  1 ... 2 ... 3!  Lee kicks out right as the ref hits the mat for 3, but the ref calls for the bell ....

Lashley and MVP celebrate thanks to MVP’s interference, but they turn their backs to Lee .... He rises up behind them!


MVP and Lashley don’t see him behind them!  He spins Lashley around and kicks him right in the nuts!  Lashley drops and now it’s just MVP face to face with Lee .... MVP attacks but Lee blocks it and shoots him off the ropes .... SPIRIT BOMB!!!!  Lee stands tall as Lashley gathers MVP and they leave ....





We are almost out of time as we go to the back and Gabby Loren is following Chris Jericho, trying to get a word with him as he is leaving the arena ....

Jericho is ranting and raving about Cara Noir, calling him a STUPID IDIOT .... doesn’t he know who he is?  He’s Chris Jericho damnit!  And do you know what happens when you disrespect Chris Jericho?  Do you know what happens?  Huh?  DO YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS???  Cara Noir, YOU JUST MADE THE LIST!  What list you ask?  He’s making a list of people he is demanding a thank you from, and now Cara Noir’s name is at the top of the list along with Eric Bischoff for the way he is treating a mega star .... he is going to get the thank you that he deserves, and he’s going to beat it out of everyone in that locker room starting with Cara Noir!
