‘JUDAS’ by Fozzy hits and out comes Chris Jericho in all his heel glory .... a portion of the audience is singing along to the theme song, but Jericho quickly gets on the mic and tells them all to shut up .... they are all a bunch of ‘stupid idiots’ and he’s not out here to pander to them the way other people in the back do .... he’s here to tell them like it is .... he tells the truth and they boo him for it .... the truth is he is already the champion .... he vanquished your Internet darlings and the ‘supposed’ best the UK scene has to offer .... He showed all of you what a real star looks like .... Jericho says he is a mainstream name, a rockstar and a fucking sex god .... Eric Bischoff should come out here and hand him the title right now ....


Jericho is interrupted by Bobby Lashley and MVP .... MVP couldn’t let Jericho continue without correcting him, and says he needs to ‘read the room’ .... MVP puts Lashley over as the most dominant combat athlete in this company .... Jericho claims he’s a star, but look at Lashley .... 6’3”, 275 lbs .... Armed Forces Freestyle Champion, NAIA collegiate national champion, All-American, and the accomplishments go on and on .... Lashley is walking Armageddon, and he sees the Championship Scramble as his opportunity to hurt 4 other people .... Lashley is in the Hurt Business, and business is good ....  


Jay Lethal comes out now .... Lethal says he hears everyone out here talking like they are the ones that are gonna win this thing, but why not Lethal?  Lethal says he is the guy that wasn’t supposed to be here .... He’s not a former world champion, he’s not 6’3” 275 .... as a matter of fact he has spent the better part of the last 2 years stuck in a tag team and not given the opportunity at singles gold .... Well, when he was part of that tag team he made that tag team #1 contenders in the WORLD .... and now that he’s here, he’s made his own opportunity .... and now it’s his time to take over, and he’s gonna do it with a lethal injection ....


Queue Matt Riddle .... Riddle is all ‘Broooooo’ .... Jericho says he is not Riddle’s bro and not to ever call him that .... Riddle is all laid back, which just pisses people like Jericho and Lashley off .... Riddle claims he’s going to be the ‘Bro that runs the show’ and the very first Elite champion ....  



Swann & Moose are a well traveled team that has enjoyed success in XWA .... The North have been impressive after busting on the scene, even owning a victory over Mustache Mountain at a Cockpit show .... their offense is very innovative and they are able to overcome Moose’s power and Swanns speed .... After dispatching Moose, they hit Northern Assault on Swann for the win ....



BACKSTAGE w/ DASHA FUENTES -

Angel Garza cuts a promo .... He doesn’t mention Brandi Lauren by name but it’s obvious he’s talking to her .... He says it may seem like they are far apart, but he promises that feeling she gets every time she sees him is real .... heart pounding, cheeks flushing, butterflies in her stomach .... no need to be embarrassed because he feels the same way .... this rose goes to you ....

Garza is interrupted as a disheveled and bearded Alberto Del Rio interrupts .... Alberto Del Rio begs Garza and says he needs to talk to him .... Garza says he has nothing to say and exits, leaving Dasha and Del Rio standing there .... Dasha asks how Del Rio got in the building ....


Bischoff made it clear this is Hyans last opportunity because she lost when he gave her a match previously .... Samuels and Valkyrie shine in this match .... Eagles is the veteran and she performs well, having the match won after hitting the Hellbound on Valkyrie .... Howwver, Hyan comes flying in out of nowhere with the ‘C-T-KNEE’ (running knee strike) to take out Eagles .... Hyan hits the Beauty Sleep (Glam Slam) on Valkyrie and pins her to win the match!



VIDEO PACKAGE -

We get a video package on Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae .... we see behind the scenes footage of the aftermath of last weeks attack by the Rottweilers on Johnny Gargano, with Johnny being loaded into the ambulance .... Gabby Loren talks to Candice LeRae via FaceTime and she is in tears as she is sitting in the waiting room of then hospital while Johnny is being treated .... Candice tells Gabby that Johnny has given his whole life to pro wrestling, to the point to where it has even affected their marriage ... she knew what she was getting in to when she married Johnny, but they aren't talking about what goes on inside the ring, we are talking about their LIVES!  But this isn't worth it anymore ....

* * * I edited the events of Paradigm #2 because I messed up.  I had Candice be the one that was attacked by the Rottweilers and taken out on a stretcher, but it was really supposed to be Johnny ... so when you read this keep in mind that I actually went back and re-wrote history and these events happened a different way * * *


This is a very stiff match between the sheer relentlessness of Dragunov and the brute power of Holland .... Holland abuses Dragunov with power moves but Ilja battles back with strikes .... Holland catches him in a powerslam for 2 .... head & arm Suplex (Ridge-plex) tosses Ilja across the ring, but Ilja battles back with the discus chop and then Ode to Constantine for a 2!  Ilja tries the DVD into the buckles, but Holland is heavy and he gets free .... Clothesline sends Ilja to the apron, but he dodges a shoulder block and Holland spills to the floor .... Ilja with a shotgun dropkick off the apron to the floor!  From here both men start brawling wildly around the ring, and they are counted out ....

POST MATCH - Referees come out to try to pull the 2 men off each other, but they are having none of it as they keep trying to break away .... at some point in the melee, Holland gets a shot in on Dragunov and then blasts him in the head with the knee trembler using the exposed knee (Holland doesn’t wear knee pads because only pussies where knee pads) .... ilja is knocked for a loop and Holland leaves as they tend to Ilja ....




Saiki overpowers Rosa early on but Rosa takes her down in some submissions .... They battle back and forth and Rosa hits a Gory Bomb for a 2 count .... Saiki comes back with a spear but Rosa gets her foot on the ropes .... Rosa with a straight kick to the face stuns Saiki, and then she finishes her with the Fire Thunder Driver ....




VIGNETTE - BIANCA BELAIR

Another vignette airs for Bianca BelAir .... BelAir is sitting around with some friends for ‘game night’ .... They start playing Trivial Pursuit and she just runs through all the games, answering every question correctly before anyone else has the chance to answer .... The friends get tired of being dominated so they quit playing .... Belair talks about how she is the Smart-EST because she is the EST ....



We see Thunder Rosa in the ring, and she is FURIOUS!  She is pissed that her post match was interrupted by the vignette for BelAir and she gets the mic .... she says she is center stage and the top female in this company .... BelAir is in HER world now, and no one disrespects her!  


BACKSTAGE w/ DASHA FUENTES -

Dasha interviews Hyan about her win tonight .... Hyan asks if Bischoff was watching because she did what she said she was going to do and that was win .... She wants to put all the women in Paradigm on notice .... She is cut off mid-sentence as Madison Eagles attacks Hyan from behind!  Eagles puts the boots to her until she is pulled off ....


Devlin has looked impressive in his Paradigm appearances, and insists he deserves a spot on the roster .... Itami is making his TV debut .... They start out with chain wrestling but it turns aggressive as Itami repeatedly slaps Devlin with open hand strikes .... Devlin fires up and hits strikes and then a slingshot cutter .... Itami cuts off a dive with a roundhouse kick, but runs into trouble in paradise from Devlin .... Itami escapes Ireland’s Call and hits the Busaiku knee .... Itami scoops him up and hits the GTS for the 3 count ....


PROMO - THE ROTTWEILERS




We get a pre-taped promo from Eddie Kingston and the Rottweilers .... Kingston says he’s a man of his word .... he warned Johnny .... he tried to tell him what would happen but Johnny didn’t listen .... He told Johnny that someone would leave on a stretcher if he didn’t walk away, but Johnny obviously didn’t believe him .... We’re from New York, so when we tell you something you take that shit to the bank .... We don’t have time for actors or people that want to play house in OUR world .... uh uh son .... that don’t happen .... so Johnny and Candice only have themselves to blame .... instead of walking away you wanted to keep being Johnny fucking Wrestling, and you spit in our face! .... So you remember while you are sitting in the hospital unable to turn your head, unable to squeeze your wife's hand because it hurts .... You remember that I told you this was gonna happen .... and remember, if you fuck with the Rottweilers again we will put you in the fucking ground next time ....

Nakamura and Noir try to team up but Lee and Cobb quickly dump them .... Cobb & Lee get nose to nose and we have a big hoss battle for a few minutes .... Lee and Cobb take turns tossing the other around the ring .... Noir and Nakamura come back in and pick their spots .... Lashley comes out and attacks Lee during the match!!!!  Spear by Lashley drives Lee through the barricade, causing trainers to come out and tend to him at ringside as the match goes on .... MVP says that is Lee’s ‘receipt’ .... Noir & Nakamura take out Cobb, and Noir hits Swan Woo on Nakamura .... Nakamura counters the Black Swan sleeper and rolls through into a knee strike and then a Death Valley driver for 2 .... To the 2nd rope but Noir catches him on his shoulders and hits the ushigoroshi for a 2 count but Cobb is back in to break it up .... Tour of the Islands to Noir!  1 ... 2 ... Lee is back up and pulls the ref outside!  Lee battles through the pain and rejoins the match!  Cobb powers Lee up for Tour of the Islands, but Nakamura comes off the 2nd rope with a knee strike to Cobb to break it up .... Swan Woo to Lee!  Madame Guillotine to Nakamura!  Noir is running wild!  Cobb back up but he runs right into the Black Swan Sleeper from Noir!!!!  Nakamura and Lee start to stir, and Nakamura charges Lee for Kinshasa .... but Lee scoops him up .... GROUND ZERO ON TOP OF COBB, WHO IS STILL TRAPPED IN THE BLACK SWAN!!!!  Noir is crushed under the weight of Lee, Cobb and Nakamura!!!!  Holy Shit!!!!  Lee lays an arm across Noir!  1 ... 2 ... 3!!!!


Lee celebrates, and Cara Noir may be dead .... MVP and Lashley look less than happy on the ramp .... the field is now set for the Championship Scramble at GLORY that will crown the first Elite champion!
