Announcer Gus Johnson welcomes everyone to the show. He plugs tonight's Main Event,EVIL Watanabe & Tetsuya Bushi vs David Finlay Jr & "Speedball" Mike Bailey. Plus Richie Steamboat faces Raven.
Match 1: Will Ospreay vs Baron Corbin
(Baron is still annoyed with Ospreay from their last tag match. But Will could care less. Corbin though takes control early using his power to to rough up Ospreay. But Will hits an Enzuguiri and quickly follows with a Standing reverse Frankensteiner. He covers for 2. Corbin comes back with a big clothesline. Ospreay rolls to the floor but Corbin is out after him. He goes for another clothesline but misses and hits the post.
Ospreay rolls in and hits the Sasusle Special. He and Baron fighting on the floor. The ref gets to 8 and Will immediately dropkicks the knee. Basement European Uppercut and dives in as the ref reaches 10. )

(Both men shake hands before the match. Clean contest but hard hitting. Juice using some MMA striking while Lee utilizing some lightning quick kicks and chops. Juice catches Lee with a Knee to the gut then goes into the Juice Maker(Kimura). Dragon is in trouble but rolls over and reaches his foot to the ropes. Juice stays on Lee. Whips him into the buckle and charges shoulder first but Dragon Lee counters into a Sunset Flip for a near fall.
Juice lands back kick and hits a Vertical suplex. Juice climbs the ropes but Lee runs up and hip tosses him down to the mat. He moves in and executes Mother of Dragons! (Bridging Package Fallaway Powerbomb) 1.. 2.. 3!
General Manager Jack Tunney addresses the crowd. He says he is watching closely the outcomes of tonight's matches and will announce the 8 Men entered in the Tournament at the Bash next show. Out walks Taya Valkyrie. She wants to know why is it an 8 MAN tournament? She is the biggest star in Next Generation. Why isn't she eligible? Its the Company's biggest Show. She should be on it. Jack tells her he wont sanction any intergender matches for the tournament. But She will be part of the Great American Bash that day she's facing... Awesome Kong! Taya's usually cocky smirk is gone and she is for the 1st time speechless.
(AJ is totally outmatched here tonight. Satomura is really taking her apart with strikes. Sparx does connect on a dropkick but is quickly erased with a roundhouse kick. Meiko then ends it with Scorpio Rising.)
Devin Taylor is in the back with Blake and Murphy AKA BMX. She first asks them about what happened on XWA TV last week. They say the Young Bucks are jealous because the hottest rising tag team in the UWF is BMX. Then they say after they win the World Tag Team titles at the Great American Bash they might just come back to XWA and kick the Bucks asses.
(Richie is pumped but focused for this battle. he has worked his way back and now this is his biggest test. Raven seems annoyed to even be here. The bell rings and they lock up and Raven forces Steamboat into the corner but breaks clean. They tie up again and Raven is forced back. Richie breaks clean as the fans softly clap. Raven goes to lock up again but kicks Richie in the bread basket. Hard right uppercut and Richie goes down. Raven puts the boots to him. Sends him into the ropes and powerslams him. 1.. 2.. No!. Raven Looks for the Evenflow DDT. But Richie turns it into a Northern Lights Suplex for a quick 2 count. Richie Now gets off a few Arm Drag Takedowns. Raven rolls out the ring but gets caught with a Baseball Slide knocking him into the guard rail. Richie is out there lighting Raven up with chops. He sends him back in and goes up top. High Cross Body! 1.. 2..
NOOO!!! Raven kicks out! Richie looks to send him into the corner but Raven reverses it. He follows in with a lariat and then hits the Bulldog. 1.. 2.. Richie kicks out again. Raven seems annoyed that Steamboat didn't stay down. He starts kicking him in the ribs and back. Then stomps on his knee a few times. He works the knee a bit more and applies a Figure Four Leglock.
Richie is crying out in pain. The fans are hushed knowing it was this knee that put him out for so long. Richie doesn't quit He fights and rolls over. Raven releases as the pain switches to him. Now Raven is pissed. He drags Richie to the corner. He slams his knee into the post. Then goes outside and puts on a Ringpost Figure Four. The ref is counting and Raven releases at 4. Richie is in great pain. Raven rolls in and now taunts him. Telling him to get up. Richie is using the ropes but is very unsteady. Raven grabs him for the Evenflow but Richie rolls him into a Small Package! 1.. 2..
NOOO!!!!! Raven barely kicks out! Richie is on one leg as he lands a roundhouse, Then another. But Raven just kicks the injured knee again. A series of knees to Richie's head. He has him... Evenflow DDT! 1.. 2.. 3!)

(Raven rolls out the ring as the ref is checking on Steamboat. He helps him to his feet but once he's up Raven returns with a chair and raps it across his knee! Raven Puts the leg in the chair and closes it Then Legdrops it as Richie is crying out in pain. Raven now reapplies the Figure Four. The bell is ringing but Raven isn't stopping. Finally officials come out and get him to release the hold. Running out from the back is Baron Corbin, Donovan Dijak, Juice Robinson & Trevor Lee. They are all visibly upset. Raven just poses then ;eaves. The fans are irate. One fan has to be held back by security. Raven doesn't even look at him. He just saunters out the arena. They have brought in a stretcher to take a distressed Richie Steamboat to the back.)
We get a video package for Dragon Azteca Jr. He is just a rookie but the potential is clear to anyone. He is still learning the ropes and the hardest lesson is who to trust.
Main Event: David Finlay Jr & "Speedball" Mike Bailey vs EVIL Watanabe & Tetsuya Bushi
(The Japanese duo start off strong beating down both men. Finally they get Bailey alone in their corner. They beat him down making quick tags and never letting him breath. The crowd is trying to rally around Mike as David is leading the cheers. They get a couple of two counts. Then Mike catches Watanabe with a Spinning Heel Kick.
Tag is made to Finlay who is unleashing lariats on both men. Powerslam on Bushi. EVIL breaks it up immediately. they both send him into the ropes but He slides under both of them ad connects with punches from both hands at the same time. Belly to Belly Suplex on Watanabe. Bushi though clobbers him from behind with a double Axe Handle. Bushi lays in some kicks then is speared by Finlay! David gets him in the Single Leg Crab as Speedball hits a Shooting Star Plancha out on EVIL on the floor. David is really crankig on it... Bushi taps! )

Gus Johnson puts over the Main Event but lets us know Richie was taken to the hospital by ambulance no details yet but it didn't look good. He then Hype's the upcoming Bash Show and tells us to be here next week for some outstanding NG action. Then thanks us for watching and signs off.
