LES THATCHER:" Fans, we have one s[ectacular crad for you tonight and we are here at the sold out Kayseya Arena and what a night it promises to be! All SECW titles will be up for grabs as our SECW TV Title will bew the headliner of our TBS portion of the show as TV Champion- SID VICIOUS defends against former champion=DON MURACO! Will this be his last shot at regaining the tv titkle from th eman that took it from him? It may very well be so !
We have several grudge matches tonight with all set up to be some very brutal battles!
STRIKE FORCE are in singles action as they face recent debuting guys hetre in SECW and after what BROCK LESNAR did to DUSTY RHODES, was anyone gonna step up to this monster and put an end to his reign of terror before he gets started? Well oneman did step up and signed a contract to face LESNAR here tonight and that is the powerful and formidable SUPERSTAR BILLY GRAHAM!
And the main event is one for the ages as both men put their very livelyhood on the line as they face off in a steel cage! And add in the stipu;ation of it being a Loser Leaves Town match and lord knows what hell is gonna break out when ONE MAN GANG and HACKSAW DUGGAN face off!
Well enough of my jibberish ...lets go to the ring for our first match!"
1st Match: GREG VALENTINE bs RICK MARTEL
MARTEL has been part of a team for quite awhile but he shows no sign of any problems being in this singles match as he is using his speed and scientific skills to have VALENTINE on the defensive for several minutes in this one ! The HAMMER has to take to the atrena floor several times to rethink startegy and gather his wits! MARTEL makesn a mistake here as he should have followed VALENTINE to the floor and kept up the pressue! Instead, by him not doing this, hem allows VALENTINE to catch his breath and soon he reneters and slows things down ! Just the way the methodical VALEMTINE likes it!
GREG spends some time working over MARTEL'S leg and eventually softens him up enough to apply yje figure four! MARTEL fights it off for as long as he can but eventually he has no discourse but to submit and GREG VALENTINE gets a big win here!
2nd MATCH:POWER and GLORY vs JACK/JERRY BRISCO
The brothers have hgreta teamwork and it shows a sthey dominate early on! ROMA uses an unseen low blow on JERRY to allow him to make a quick tag as HERCULES then overpowers JERRY and keeps hin in dire starights for several mimutes!
JERRY eventually makes his way over to tag in JACK and all hell breaks lose ! All four men are battling in the ring and as the ref is trying to restore order, HERCULES clocks HACK from behind with his chaion and gets a very shady pin on JACK BRISCO!
3rd Match: SECW TV TITLE MATCH
TV Champ- SID VICIOUS w/ PERCY PRINGLE vs DON MURACO
These two are quite familiar with each other so nothing one does to the other isnt surprising them! SID is always a bit thrown off by how strong MURACO is and add that to MURACO being more agressive than usual and SID is at a dusadvantage! MURACO breaks out the asiatic spike and actually bloodies up the tv champ as he starts jabbing SID'S forehead! However PERCY aint just there to stand on the arena floor and look pretty ! His timely distraction is just what SID needs to finally hit DON with the power bomb and get the pin to retain his titkle!
LES :" Well fans, that damned PERCY PRINGLE saves his man from a;lmost certain defeat and helps him retain the TV Title! IF therest of the evening is anything like our first three matches then this is gonna be a spectacular night of action and one more reason you have to see SECW action live an in person ! Goodnight fans!"
The TBS portion of the show ends and throughout therest of the night night LES THATCHER will be doing commentary for a later dvd release!
4th Match
RICKY STEAMBOAT vs JAKE ROBERTS
JAKE slithers his way down the ausle and into the ring and slumps into a corner where he awaits STEAMBOAT with an evil grin as the boos ring out! The crowd eruots as STEAMBOAT runs down the aisle and goes after JAKE who quickly exits the ring! But STEAMBOAT aint having none of hat shit and follows JAKE out and commences to kick his ass on the arfena fkloor before tossing ROBERTS back into the ring ! JAKE begs off but RUCKY will have none of that as he keeps up the attack! The ref lost control of this from the start as SYTEAMBOAT shoves down the ref severakl times as he tries to get some order ! The ref has no choice but to dq STEAMBOAT and award the match to ROBERTS! This just onfuriates STEAMBOAT who grabs a chair and reenters the ring! But before he can use it, ROBERTS hauls ass and heads up the aisle to the back! The emntire time this match was going on the crowd was on their feet and cheered non stop!
5th Match: SECW Tag Team Title Match
The NATURAL DUSASTERS (c) w/ PERCY PRINGLE vs THE SHEEPHERDERS
The HERDERS attack the champs at the onset and have the champs on their heels at first! But in wrestling .sometimes size does matter! The champs use their biggest assett which is their size to eventually overpower their smaller foes! But it was anything but easy and post match the HERDTRS attacked the champs with chairs and left them laying!
6th Match: BROCK LESNAR w/ JJ DILLON vs SUPERSTAR BILLY GRAHAM
These two specimens collide at mid ring and the action doesnt let up one bit ! LESNAR is stunned when he loses a test of strength to SBG and a bit of doubt shows on his face ! But when SBG app;ies the full nelson, LESNAR returns the favor, and actually breaks the hold as the crowd is stunned! SBG tries a bear hug and squeezes for all he is worth but LESNAR after a big struggke escapes the hold and applies his own bear hug on SBG! SBG yet once again shows his power as he shocks BROCK and JJ as he breaks the vice like grip! However BROCK softens up SBG with THREE suplexes before hitting the f-5 and geteting a very hard fought win!
7th Match: BRUISER BRODY vs ABDULLAH THE BUTCHJER
This match is exactly what you would expect as the action started in the aisle as BRODY attacked the waddling ABBY from behind!
The two took turns beating the hell outta each other and the blood flows freely from both of their foreheads! Eventually BRODY hits ABBY with not one but two big boots and the big man finally falls ! Then in one of ,if NOT, the most shocking things to ever happen in the squared circle, BRODY uses all his might to lift the madman from the sydan onto his shoulders and hits the GTS! It took almost everything out of BRODY but he covers and gets the three count as the crowd erupts!
8th Match:MASKED SUPERSTAR vs TITO SANTANA
TITO and SUPERSTAR are damn near mirror images of each other as they match each hold for hold and counter for counter ! But at the 8 minute matk SUPERSTAR catches TITO with a big clothesline after SANTANA missed a missle dropkick and SUPERSTAR applies the dragon sleeper to get the win!
9th Match: SECW Heavyweight Title
"NATURE BOY" RIC FLAIR vs BUTCH REED
A great match here as both men are at the top pf their games! FLAIR uses his tricks of the trade to get his advantages in the match but REED makes him pay for it every time! Lateon the match REED hits a press slam and covers but FLAIR gets his foot on the rope! REED gets FLAIR up again and whips him into the corner when the crowd pops huge as BRUISER BRODY .chain swinging high over his head. makes his way down the aisle toward the ring! Security advances on BRODY to stop him from getting to FLAIR ! But this commotion distracts RRED who turns his attention from FLAIR who hits REED from behind and rolls up a stunned REED for the three count!
The steel cage,thats been hovering up above the ring is slowly lowered as the crowd pops with anticipation for FRIGHT NIGHT'S main event!
MAIN EVENT
STEEL CAGE LOSER LEAVES TOWN MATCH!
ONE MAN GANG w/ SIR OLIVER HUMPERDINK vs HACKSAW JIM DUGGAN
OMG enters first after some last minute advice ! OMG paces back and forth as he awaits the arrival of DUGGAN! The crowd pops as DUGGAN makes his way down to the cage! He gets into it verbally with SOH before knocking him on his ass as the crowd eats it up!
DUGGAN gets into the cage and is attacked as he enters! GANG has the upperhand and beats DUGGAN all over the ring but he misses a avalanche in the corner and DUGGAN takes over as he whips OMG into the steel mesh several times which busts open the big man! OMG turns the table with a simple eye rake and soon sends DUGGAN into the steel and bloodies up good ol, HACKSAW! OMG works over him for several minutes intil he misses a 747 splash! The crowd pops as a bloody DUGGAN hils up and starts clubbing the big man! SOH is throwing a fit as thuis is happening and seems to be frantically signaling to the back! As this is going on , DUGGAN gets in his 3 point football stance and hits OMG and staggers the big man ! The crowd is loud as fuck as DUGGAN gets set and hits him with a second one and the GANG is down and almost out! DUGGAN signals for the cage door to be open but as he goes to leave it, a masked man has arrived and slams the steel cage door into his head and DUGGAN falls back and he is out!! OMG has recovered somewhat and comes off the ropes and hits a big 747 on DUGGAN! The crwod is stunned as OMG leaves the cage and is declared the winner!
SOH anbd the masked man embrace as they help OMG to his feet ! The two men embrace as the masked man reveals himself to be...BIG BUBBA ROGERS!!
