WWF # 49 : The Rock Strikes Back !
Highlights of PPG Paint Arena Show plays . Including the Armstrongs vs The Freebirds in which the Armstrongs become the new East Coast Champions . Next we go to Gordon and Gorgeous George Wagner .
Gordon : Hello there welcome to the World Wrestling Federation studio here in the CW . This week , we got all kinds of action . The East Coast Champion , Ted Dibiase in nontitle action .
The WWF Tag Team Champions are here and have something they want to say .
The Rock is on the show today . He’s going to lay out a challenge .
We will hear from the new East Coast Tag Team Champions Bob and Brad Armstrong .
Wagner : Between the two of them maybe we will get an intelligent sentence, highly doubtful. As you can see by the way Mr . Solie , it took Brad to carry the team …….
The Armstrongs come out to the podium .
Bob : Look , you over dressed ugly ass peacock . I don’t know what your problem is with me , but I’m tired of hearing about it . Especially you coming out here calling me a lousy father .
Wagner : Mr . Armstrong , any man that sends his son into action and sits while his son does all the work , is a lousy father . Now maybe if you …..
Armstrong : Maybe if your daddy had whipped your ass more , you would be a real man and not hide in the back for 9 hours in hair and make up for the tv show .
Wagner : Oh so now you are a child abuser ?
Armstrong : That’s it !!!!
Bob Grabs Wagner by the front of his suit jacket and hurls him across the floor .
Wagner , Scoots away . His jacket is torn .
Wagner : How dare you !!!! Mr . Solie , I cannot work in these conditions. You will excuse me if I take my leave for tonight .
Gordon : Um …. Sure . ( half smiling ) . Gentlemen , congratulations. So now you have become the hunted here .
Brad : Gordon , dad and I just beat the number 1 ranked team in the National Division. We are up for a fight .
Bob : That’s right daddy . So whoever wants these . The Armstrongs will fight ya until we have nothing left . Get ready boys , we are gonna party .
Gordon : Thank you gentlemen . When we come back , Killer Kross and Wayne Farris fight to stay out of the number 12 spot . We’ll be back .

Killer Kross vs Wayne Farris : Good match . Farris showboats a little too much thought and Kross punishes him for nearly 7 minutes . Farris late goes for the Shake Rattle and Roll and Kross backdrops him out if the ring . Farris hits his knee and can’t make it back in before the 10 count .
Gordon : And there you have it . Honky Tonk Man Wayne Farris next will have to take on Kenny Omega to avoid being terminated. Here is your top 12 for this week . The man everyone is chasing is the WWF Heavyweight Champion Andre The Giant .

Gordon : Welcome back and joining me now , the Rock .
Rock : Gordon Solie , that’s right , the eye brow raisin , pie eating , People’s Champ The Rock . Last week it took 3 men , to leave the Rock bloody and battered , but listen you bunch of monkey crap ! The Rock is still out here standing and the Rock wants to fight some more . So Ted Dibiase , Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage , get your candy asses out here and get in that ring !
Rock goes to the ring and waits . Ted Dibiase is first out .
Ted : Is he that stupid . He wants all 3 of us ?
Gordon : I would say brave rather than stupid , full of heart Mr . Dibiase .
Hogan and Savage come out and the 3 start waking toward the ring . Then two men slide in the ring !!!
Gordon : Wait a minute !!! It’s The Soul Patrol !!! Rocky Johnson and Tony Atlas and now we have a peirsixer !!! We have to get order restored . We’ll be back !!!
Out of the break , all six men are still being separated. Security is being flung around all over the place . Vince McMahon comes out .
Vince : Alright , that’s enough . Next guy that touches anyone loses their job . Security get them out of here …
Security pushes them out . We go to break then hear Gordon Solie talking about the action for DC Armory tomorrow night .
Two debuting tag team team , Death Row . Mark Henry and Ahmed Johnson taking on Billy Jack Haynes and Wahoo McDaniels .
A top 12 The Honky Tonk Man Wayne Farris taking on Kenny Omega . of course the loser is gone from the WWF .
The new East Coast Tag Team Champions Bob & Brad Armstrong taking Big Deal .
Up next we have the WWF Cruiserweight Title on the line . CM Punk taking on Chris Benoit .
Six Man Tag Team Action . The Rock and The Soul Patrol taking on The Mega Powers . If Rock and Soul Patrol lose they have to leave the WWF . If they win , each will get title shots at the 50th tv show anniversary special next week .
The Main Event for tomorrow night , David Von Erich goes for the WWF Heavyweight Title taking on the new champion Andre The Giant .
That’s tomorrow night at the DC Armory 7pm bell time .

Gordon : As you heard during the last break , we have a 50th episode Anniversary Edition. On that show your main event will be Fred Blassie’s Hollywood Dave Batista taking on the National Heavyweight Champion Kevin Owens . You also heard that David Von Erich tomorrow night is taking on the WWF Heavyweight Champion Andre The Giant . I caught up with both men this week to talk to them about this match . Let’s take you first to David Von Erich .

Gordon : I’m here with the WWF Television Champion David Von Erich and it’s been rather trying two weeks for you . Coming up just short of beating Roddy Piper for the NWA World Television Title. The total breaking of the Freebirds and your brother Kevin , whose contract expired is going back to Texas . However you have agreed to cash in your WWF Television Title to take in the WWF Heavyweight Champion Andre The Giant .
David : Gordon , the past is the past . Yes , I exercised the WWF Television Champion option . You can only cash in after 5 defenses and I have had way more than that . For some reason losers like Taz never tried it . So here is the belt . Give it to the McMahon family . Andre , it’s now you and me . You think I’m afraid of you , because you’re big and bad , you better guess again . You see I hold the deadliest hold on earth . This Claw will make you bleed . First I’ll stick it your ribs and squeeze the breath out of you and then when you can’t stand , I’ll squeeze your head until what little brain cells you have pop and I’ll be the new WWF Heavyweight Champion.

Gordon : Andre , your first title defense , I want talk about that in a minute , but last week in Puerto Rico you had a crazy match with World Heavyweight Champion Lex Luger .
Andre : He has a lot of friends . Well I have friends too . We will see them again next month oh and Luger , this time it’s not about your title , it’s about me , Vader and Bam Bam hurting you 3 . I’ll get your title another time . Now onto David Von Erich . I admire him for taking this shot , I can’t wait to defend this belt against him . Don’t think I’m going anywhere David . It took me a long time to get here , I didn’t take the easy road . I had men like Bruiser Brody putting me on the shelf for two months . I’m going to keep this belt right here with me and just know David , I’ll do what it takes to keep it .

Christopher Daniels vs Sin Cara : Daniels under the command of King Curtis , works over Sin Cara’s leg and then of all things beating him with a Figure Four .
Gordon : That’s something new . Right now let’s go to the ring Vader and Bam Bam Bigelow are in action .
Vader & Bam Bam vs Crush and Brian Lee : Good match , but Lee gets destroyed by a Vader Powerbomb and then falls victim to a flying headbutt by Bam Bam .

Gordon : Welcome back and I’m being told now that next week aside from the National Heavyweight Title Match , we will have an 8 man tournament to determine the new WWF Television Champion . Right now it’s our tv main event this week . Ultimo Dragon taking in Sami Zayn . Let’s go to the ring .
The match is really exciting Sami hits his running kick , but Dragon is too close to the ropes and gets the break . Dragon hits a Moonsault and only gets two . The time limit expires .
