Dynamite Kid vs Tommy “ Wildfire “ Rich : Rich comes out , wild . He’s tossing haymakers left and right and kicking the crap out of Dynamite, but when Rich tries for a dropkick , Dynamite side steps and Rich had nothing to push off on , so he hits his head . Dynamite drops an elbow across the top of Rich’s forehead . He goes up , FLYING HEADBUTT !!! 1…2…3!
Marty O’ Neal : Dynamite Kid moves on .
Dynamite Kid vs Calvin Tankman : Tankman explodes out of the corner with a shoulder tackle that sends Dynamite out of the ring . Tankman goes for a Tope , but Dynamite moves and Tankman hits the railing ! Dynamite grabs a chair and waffles the big man across the back . He rolls Tankman in the ring and blast him with a diving knee drop for the 1…..2…..3 !!!
Marty : Are you kidding me ? Dynamite Kid just beat Calvin Tankman!!!
Dynamite Kid vs Lance Storm : The two men lock up collar and elbow . Storm with a waist lock takedown tries to get a bit nasty and drops an elbow to the back of Dynamite’s neck. From there he works a chinkock . Dynamite battles to his feet and gets off a belly to back Suplex , Storm up first however , nails a spinning heel kick !!! He covers and gets 1……2…….Noooo !! Dynamite kicks out . Storm now hits a snap suplex ! Storm goes for the Sharpshooter, Dynamite rolls to his back and kicks Storm off into a set of turnbuckles . Dynamite with a running knee strike in the corner and then headbutts Storm in the ropes . He pulls him out of the corner and hits an Inverted Piledriver !!! He covers 1….2….3 !!!
Marty : 3 men down now by Dynamite Kid .
Dynamite quickly rolls out . Grabs a drink of water off the announcers desk .
Ox Baker comes staggering out . He’s a bloody mess ! The Freebirds come out , kicking him and stomping him all the way down to the ring . The Gagnes and Bob Armstrong come down and put a stop to it . Ox rolls in the ring . The ref is telling him he doesn’t have to wrestle , but that’s not who Ox is he tells the ref to ring the damn bell .
Dynamite Kid vs Ox Baker : Ox charges And gets off a clothesline and then falls flat on his face ! Dynamite recovers , rolls his man over and gets an easy pin .
Marty : Here comes the EMTs .? Dynamite Kid is sitting in the corner , while they attend to Ox . He’s getting a nice long break here .
A fan tosses Dynamite a bottle of water . He drinks half of it and pours the rest in his head .

Marty comes back on and The Gagnes are with him . They talk about how the Freebirds need to stay out of Blue Grass Rasslin . They are tired of these WCW guys and that on September 18th they are going to take the Blue Grass Rasslin Tag Team Titles back home and beat Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard.
The EMTs finish their job . The Kentucky Rumble continues .
Dynamite Kid vs The Bruiserweight Pete Dunne : These two men hate in another and it shows . They exchange heavy forearm blows and then Dunne hits a spinning elbow that floors Dynamite. He now stomps on Dynamite and then works a chinkock with a knee in the back . Dynamite gets to the ropes where , Dunne puts the boots to him until he falls out of the ring . Dunne stomps on Dynamite’s fingers and now puts him over one shoulder and goes to lawn dart him .
Dynamite gets out the back and shoves Dunne into the post face first . Breaking Dunne’s nose ! Dynamite now works a sleeper on the floor , perfectly legal under the rules . Dunne is almost passed out , when Dynamite rolls him in . Dynamite goes up top , but Dunne is up !!! The two battle on the turnbuckle . They both fall off and crash through the time keepers table !!! Both are out cold . The ref waves them off . The EMT’s come down again .
Marty : We now have a ruling . We are out of tv time . The BGR championship committee, along with President of the IWA , Gorilla Monsoon had decided that the final four men will do battle at a house show at Davis Arena , Monday night in Louisville. There will be no home television. This will be a mini four man tournament. Here are your opening two matches .
