Location: Austin, Texas
Ric Flair leads Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard to the ring. Flair takes the housemic and welcomes the newest member to the Horsemen...... Owen Hart!! Flair then talks about the Horsemen winning the War Games match against Hulk Hogan, Bob Backlund, Ricky Steamboat and Barry Windham. Flair gloats about making Hogan submit to his figure four. Then Flai talks about how he finds it funny that Stan Hansen tried to steal his thunder after he beat Hogan down and at the one year anniversary show......the IWA world title will be owned by Ric Flair!
Match One: Rey Fenix vs Owen Hart:
The Horsemen sit at a table drinking champagne watching Owens match. Fenix pushes Owen to his limits for almost 20 minutes before Owen rolls Fenix up, holding his tights, to get the victory.
Match Two: Trish Stratus and Lita vs The Riott Squad
Good scientific matchup that sees both teams trading the momentum back and forth before Stratus hits Stratusfaction on Liv Morgan and Lita follows up with her moonsault to get the win.
Match Three: Nigel McGuinness vs Big Van Vader w/Teddy Long
This is a rematch from a recent Nitro edition. Once again, Nigel shines with his offense, but Vader is just too much for him to handle and puts Nigel away with a powerbomb
WCW General Manager, Eric Bischoff comes out and says that our next match was supposed to be Lex Luger and Sid Vicious defending the WCW tag titles against Chris Benoit and Dean Malenko. But somebody has attacked Benoit and Malenko backstage. Bischoff says he is tired of these backstage attacks and guarantees he will get to the bottom of this and find out who is doing them. This brings out Zelina Vega, who once again asks for some of Bischoffs time. Bischoff again congrats Zelina on winning Ms. WCW but he simply does not have the time to talk with her right now. Eddie Guerrero comes out and says what happened to his Radicalz teammates doesnt sit well with him. He thinks Sid and Luger are responsible. Guerrero challenges Sid to a match
Match Three: Eddie Guerrero vs Sid Vicious
Eddie uses his speed to keep Sid rocked and it looks like he may be getting a potential victory.....that is until Luger distracts Guerrero long enough for Sid to hit a big boot to Guerrero and get the victory.
Match Four: Pentagon Jr vs MJF w/Bobby Heenan for the IWA X Division title
Great back and forth action thats sees MJF stalling every time it seems Pentagon is on the verge of getting a win. Pentagon gets MJF in the Sacrifice!!! Penta wants to break MJFs arm.....but before he can get it the 20 minute time limit expires......this match is a draw!
Match Five: Jerry "The King" Lawler vs "Hotstuff" Eddie gilbert w/Missy Hyatt
This is just a fight that never really gets an official start as the ref never has control. It doesnt even take 5 minutes before both men are bleeding and fighting al over ringside. The ref throws the match out and rules it a no contest.
Match Six: Anna Jay vs Britt Baker
Anna has a few shine moments, but D.M.D is just too focused and applies the lockjaw to Anna who submits. Britt then grabs the housemic and reminds Asuka that Anna Jay is just another victim to submit to her......much like Asuka will do in their I Quit match at the 1 year anniversary
Main Event: "Stone Cold" Steve Austin vs Michael Hayes for the WCW Heavyweight title
Austin charges the ring with one mission.....to stomp a mudhole in Hayes ass!! And the ass whupping is just that. And it doesnt take long for Terry Gordy to run in to save Hayes, only to get met with a Stunner from Austin! But what Austin doesnt see is Cameron Grimes come into the ring. As Austin turns around, Grimes hits Austin with the double stomp to the chest. Grimes grabs the WCW heavyweight title and shoves it in Austins face and tells Austin the next time he sees him, he is beating Austin and taking the WCW title......TO THE MOON!!!!
