It’s standing room only and the fans are RABID …. Pyro erupts from the ringposts and above the entranceway …. As the pyro explodes, new MLW banners drop from the ceiling to hang above the arena …. We go to announce table with Mauro Renallo and Pat McAfee …. They put over tonight’s show as the beginning of a new era ….


The show gets kicked off as VALIFORNIA’s music hits and SoCal Val leads out Deonna Purazzo, Chelsea Green and Raquel Gonzalez …. Purazzo takes the mic

PURAZZO – “Wow … Has there ever been a collection of such talent in women’s wrestling?  Look around you.  Valifornia is on top of the wrestling world right now.  We are dripping in gold, and WE are the center of the universe that the entire UWF’s women’s division revolves around.  First-ever SHINE tag team champions, brand new UWF world tag team champions, and the top womens prize in MLW.  And we aren’t going to stop there.  I am the Virtuosa, the ‘Diamond’ of the entire UWF’s women’s division.”

Purazzo goes on to say the Virtuosa sets the standard, so from now on the MLW womens title will be called the ‘Diamond’ title …. Zoey Stark is already in the ring and Purazzo tells her to pay close attention and she might learn something in this match ….


DEONNA PURAZZO vs. ZOEY STARK ---------- MLW ‘Diamond’ title match

Purazzo tries to show up Stark in the early moments, outwrestling her and then paintbrushing her on the back of her head disrespectfully …. Purazzo starts to get over-confident, and this allows Stark to rock her with a big right hand …. Purazzo is stunned and Stark keeps up the pressure, hitting a running forearm in the corner followed by a springboard dropkick!  All of a sudden Purazzo is in trouble in the match and struggling to catch up as Stark has her off guard …. Zoey with a half nelson suplex and a running knee strike, but Purazzo kicks out at 2!  Stark to the top, but Purazzo catches her coming off with a big forearm smash to stop the momentum!  Cosa Nostra piledriver and Stark is done, but Purazzo slaps on the Venus De Milo for the submission win to add insult to injury …. Stark with a good showing and gets the rub here, and it is clear that Purazzo took her lightly and it almost cost her ….

POST MATCH: Purazzo is mad so she orders Gonzalez to give Stark the one-armed powerbomb.  BIANCA BELAIR’s music hits!  BelAir comes out for a faceoff with Valifornia, and she has her arm in a sling after suffering a shoulder injury when Raquel Gonzalez put her through a table a few weeks ago …. Purazzo and the others mock her because of her arm …. BelAir is like ‘you got jokes huh?’ and then hauls off and slaps Purazzo with her good hand!  Gonzalez charges but BelAir whips her with the hair!!!!!  BelAir runs into a superkick from Chelsea Green and now all of Valifornia is putting the boots to her …. Zoey Stark is back up and tries to make the save, but she gets beat down too …. Now Hikaru Shida’s music hits!!!!  Shida comes out to the ring, but she isn’t coming alone and she has her trusty Singapore cane with her and she clears the ring!  Valifornia takes a powder and heads to the back ….  


IN THE BACK:

We see a limo pull up to the arena ….




Mauro and Pat become excited because they are already predicting that this could be the free agent Donald Trump talked about signing …. The door opens and out comes ….

EC3 vs. ANGEL GARZA (w/ Alberto Del Rio)

Garza is arrogant as hell here, pulling off his break-away pants and demanding that the fans bow down to him because he is lucha royalty …. EC3 takes the chance to jump Garza and toss him outside …. EC3 fights very dirty here, like an ‘any means necessary’ type of style …. Garza fights back and starts working the neck of EC3 …. EC3 to the floor and Garza hits El Muertito (asai moonsault) to the floor and he is in complete control …. EC3 starts laughing as Garza is working him over, which throws Garza off …. EC3 hits a Thesz press with right hands, then the TK3!  Del Rio gets involved, distracting the ref but EC3 takes him out with a right hand …. Garza counters the Olympic Slam into a tornado DDT, but EC3 gets the knees up as Garza goes for the moonsault!  Another TK3 attempt, but Garza counters into a rollup and uses a handful of tights to steal this one from EC3 ….

Garza celebrates, while EC3 seems to take it all in stride … Like he proved his point … EC3 can be seen smiling at Garza ….



Before the next match, WAR MACHINE (Hanson & Rowe) are shown in the crowd ….




TOMASSO CIAMPA & JOHNNY GRAGANO vs. AUTHORS OF PAIN (Akam & Rezar) ---------- MLW tag team title match

The AOP dominate Gargano early on, but Ciampa tags himself in like he is going to have different results …. He doesn’t …. Only when Ciampa and Gargano join forces are they able to swing the tide and hit some double teams on Akam & Rezar …. Johnny goes for a suicide dive on Akam, but he catches Johnny in mid-air …. So Ciampa tries to hit a suicide dive as well but he is caught by Rezar and they hit dual belly to belly tosses on both guys …. The AOP get the heat on Gargano and keep it for several minutes, but Johnny hits a tornado DDT on Akam while simultaneously hitting an enziguri on Rezar and everyone is down …. Hot tag to Ciampa and he comes in like a madman killing both members of AOP with strikes …. Ciampa with German suplexes on both members of AOP …. Ciampa with knee strikes and then hits an Air Raid Crash on Rezar!  Akam breaks up the pin, but Ciampa gets Willows Bell on Akam …. Gargano is back in and Ciampa tries to fire him up to hit the ‘Meet in the Middle’, but AOP break it up …. Super Collider to Ciampa and Gargano!  Gargano to the floor and Ciampa tries to fight back but Rezar hits a spinning sidewalk slam as Akam comes in with a big boot to the side of Ciampa’s head!  They set Ciampa up …. LAST CHAPTER!  We are gonna have new champs, but GARGANO IS BACK IN WITH A STEEL CHAIR SHOT TO AKAM!  The ref calls for the bell!!!! ….

POST MATCH: Johnny has saved the titles with the DQ finish and he wears out the AOP with chair shots …. Johnny slides out of the ring and grabs Ciampa and pulls him to safety …. This is a surprise to many, including Ciampa …. Johnny tosses the chair down and grabs his tag title belt, then leaves Ciampa at ringside ….


IN-RING SEGMENT

‘GLORIOUS … I WON’T GIVE IN, I WON’T GIVE IN … TILL I’M VICTORIOUS …’ and we get the entrance of ROBERT ROODE!!!!  Is Robert Roode the big free agent that Donald Trump promised???  Roode cuts a promo and says the wait is over …. Donald Trump promised a blockbuster free agent was signing with MLW, and now he is here …. He says that Trump threw an ‘insane’ amount of money at him to get him there, and  he is worth every penny.  From the custom-made suits, to the mainstream appeal, Robert Roode is the guy that will be the face of MLW …. And it will be ‘Glorious’ ….

The fans are buzzing like crazy …. The lights go out again, and this time we see a vignette play on the big screen showing ….

IN THE BACK:

MVP and Lashley walk in the back …. Lashley says that Trump needs to recognize that Lashley is the top star in the company … MVP of course tells Lashley what he wants to hear and hypes him up as the man …. He tells Lashley he will ‘take care of it’.  MVP goes to see Donald Trump.  The door opens up and Shane Taylor walks out …. MVP is surprised and he wants to know what Taylor was doing in Trumps office …. Taylor says MVP got him in the door, but Shane T wants the big money matches …. He delivers every time so he tells MVP not to worry, he will still get his percentage …. But he knows MVP was coming in here to take care of Lashley, not Taylor …. That’s cool, you do you but Shane T is gonna always keep the best interests of his brand at heart ….

Taylor walks off, and MVP goes in and sits down to talk to Trump.  Before MVP even starts talking, Trump tells MVP that everything is ‘taken care of’.  Trump announces that on the first episode of TV under the new MLW brand, he is sanctioning a $10,000 ‘super fight’ between Shane Taylor and Bobby Lashley!  MVP is shocked and speechless as we cut back to the ring ….


We get the entrance of Chris Jericho, and he comes out his usual arrogant self …. He cuts a promo and says that he wants Donald Trump to come out here and personally just hand him back the MLW title …. He is the rightful champion …. Donald Trump doesn’t answer the call, so Jericho says Trump ‘made the list’ …. The lights drop, but it isn’t Robert Roode or Adam Cole that come out, instead its ….

Jericho isn’t sure what to think about this.  He looks worried and that is not like Jericho …. The bell rings and Jericho gets right in Kross’ face, saying ‘DO YOU KNOW WHO THE HELL I AM?!?!’ …. Kross pie-faces Jericho!  Jericho with a right hand and Kross no-sells it, and he’s actually smiling!  Kross kicks Jericho right in the face!  Kross grabs Jericho and tosses him across the ring like a rag doll with an Exploder Suplex …. Jericho rolls to the floor but Kross is on him, hitting a powerbomb onto the ring apron!  Kross is smiling at the violence he is causing now …. Jericho weakly tries to fight back from his knees, but Kross no sells again .... Jericho with a few weak chops but Kross just grabs him and drops him on his head with the Doomsday Clock (Doomsday Saito)!  Kross is toying with Jericho now, and any comeback basically amounts to nothing as Kross doesn’t let up …. Kross stalks Jericho as he struggles to rise to his feet, and Kross charges and KILLS Jericho with a running forearm to the back of the head .... Jericho is out and Kross rolls him over and the 3 count is academic ….

POST MATCH: The crowd is stunned silent as this match has basically been a squash match …. Kross is handed the MLW title and he holds it up as Scarlett tells everyone to ‘Fall and Pray’ …

We get a big hype package for the main event between BECKY LYNCH and GINA CARANO ….


BECKY LYNCH vs. GINA CARANO

Cautious circling from both ladies as we start, and Becky goes in for a lockup but gets hit with strikes from Gina …. Gina is looking to make it a striking match while Becky is looking to grapple to avoid the striking …. Becky slams Gina into the turnbuckle and then hits an exploder but Gina kicks out at 1 …. Becky with a missile dropkick and Gina rolls to the floor, but when Becky goes for a suicide dive Gina cuts her off with a big forearm strike …. Gina with some strikes outside, but Becky dodges a superman punch from Gina and she strikes the ring posts instead!  From then on out Becky relentlessly works the hand and arm of Gina …. Becky up top, but Gina runs up the ropes and scores with a big jumping knee strike that makes contact with the nose of Becky Lynch!  Becky’s nose is busted open and there is blood everywhere ….


Becky sees the sight of her own blood, and she loses it …. She unleashes a flurry on Gina, and she has no answer for Becky’s fury …. They brawl to the apron, where Becky hits the FINISH-HER (running curb stomp) on the apron!  Becky tosses Gina back in the ring and locks on the Disarm-HER, but Gina fights out and manages to transition into the Muay Thai clinch …. Gina lights Becky up with knees while in the clinch, and Becky tries to protect the broken nose but this allows Gina to take her down in a rear naked choke!  Becky tries to fight out of it, but Gina has the full clinch now and Becky is trapped in the middle of the ring!  Becky fights, but starts to fade …. Becky passes out, and the ref has no choice but to call it ….


The fans are loving this as these two women went through a war here …. Becky is a bloody mess but there are fans chanting for her as well as Gina …. Trainers attend to Becky at ringside, while Gina celebrates to end the show ….
