Dianna encourages fans to tweet during the show and says she will be conducting live Twitter Q & A sessions with members of the BQ roster during the show .... She says to follow them on Facebook and Instagram and subscribe to the BQ YouTube channel ....

Battle Queens Knockout champion Santanna Garrett comes out to open the show .... She wants to talk to Alexa Bliss about what happened on Volume 41 .... (We get highlights of Santanna getting attacked by Tessa and Charlotte and Alexa refusing to help her, instead getting the win by countout) .... Alexa comes out and Santanna says she can't believe Alexa would do that after they've been partners and best friends for so long .... Alexa apologizes for not helping her when she was being attacked by Four-tune, and she says she was just excited because she hasn't won a match in so long .... Santanna isn't buying it, and she challenges Alexa to a rematch .... Alexa turns her down, saying she's already beaten Santanna .... So Santanna offers to put the Knockout title on the line in order to get Alexa to accept .... That match will happen at Volume 41 ....

Melissa Anderson - vs - Nikki Storm

This is a hell of an opener as Nikki Storm takes it right to Anderson .... After nearly 10 minutes of action Anderson is able to pin Storm following an air raid crash from the 2nd rope!

Nikki Storm gets a standing ovation after the match and Anderson offers her a handshake ....

Trinity (Io & Mia Shirai) w/ Gedo - vs - Weapons of Mass Seduction (Eva Marie & Peyton Royce)

Trinity continues to get one of the best pops in Battle Queens .... Trinity pretty much controls this match and gets the win with the Violet Flash (aided tornado DDT) ....

Nikki and Brie Bella come out and talk about losing to Sasha Banks & Becky Lynch on Volume 40 .... Nikki claims they were screwed because the wrong Bella was pinned .... Sasha & Becky come out and accept the challenge ....

Team Bella (Nikki & Brie) - vs - (shimmer champion) Sasha Banks & Becky Lynch

The Bellas pull the old twin magic again like last time as Becky Lynch has Nikki pinned after a Becks-plex .... However, the ref catches it this time and doesn't count the pin .... Becky is distracted by this, and that's enough for Brie to grab her from behind and toss her shoulder-first into the ring post!  Brie locks on the Yes! Lock, and the pressure on the should is too much to take and Becky has to tap out!

Ivelisse comes out and calls out Kana .... She says nothing was settled last week, and a fighter never leaves things unsettled .... This brings out Trinity and the fans go nuts!  They come down to the ring and spread out on all 4 sides and slowly climb into the ring .... Ivelisse is surrounded .... They close in, and Ivelisse isn't going out like that so she starts fighting!  She gets in a few shots, but Trinity take her down and leave her laying in the ring ....

Midwest Militia (Allysin Kay & Sassy Stephanie - vs - Minnesota Homewrecking Crew (Lacey & Rain)

The focus on tag teams continues as a highlight for next weeks tag title tournament .... This is the BQ debut for the Minnesota Homewrecking Crew, and they are very impressive .... However, this match is marred by interference from The Canadian Ninjas, who come out and attack the MHC for jumping them on Volume 39 .... The Ninjas lay out the MHC and get their revenge, but the MHC get the win by DQ because of the interference ....

Gail Kim w/ Mia Yim - vs - Gina Carano

Before the match, Gail Kim and Mia Yim come out and cut a promo .... They are to be referred to as Valkyrie from now on .... This brings out Gina Carano, who obviously has a problem with this .... It's Gail vs Carano and it's a hard-hitting affair .... After a pretty even contest, Gail manages to hit the 'Eat Defeat' out of nowhere to get the 3 count and he win ....

Main Event: Sara Del Rey - vs - Tessa Blanchard w/ Charlotte

Charlotte interferes early on, giving Tessa the advantage .... The ref expels Charlotte from ringside, but Tessa remains in control .... Del Rey fires up and makes her comeback with a series of clotheslines .... Tessa avoids the piledriver and instead hits an Alabama slam into the buckles!  Tessa goes for her finisher but Del
Rey flips out and lands on her feet and then drops Tessa on her head with a Tiger Suplex!  She picks her up and drills her with the piledriver and gets the 3 count!

Charlotte hits the ring and attacks Del Rey as the bell rings .... Del Rey is exhausted from her match and is easy prey, and Charlotte hits the natural selection and leaves her laying .... Charlotte holds up the Battle Queens title as she stands over the fallen Del Rey ....
