He goes right after Okada. It looks like a Battle Royal. Bodies flying every where. This goes on for 5 minutes before we start to see CHAOS and The World Champs back away as does the now Outnumbered ELITE.)

Main Event: Sheamus vs Kevin Steen - XWA Championship

This is a brawl from the start. Sheamus usually is a bully to whoever he faces but tonight he faces a bigger bully in Steen. They just keep trading blows back and forth. Steen rocks the Champ with a Discus Elbow that sends him down in the corner. Steen hits a Cannonball then pulls him out. He is looking for a Buckle Bomb but Sheamus backdrops him over the ropes. He follows out there and Side Suplex on the floor. Sheamus rolls back in as Steen slowly gets to the apron. There Sheamus grabs him and delivers his Beats Of The Bodhran. Steen crumples to the apron. From the Hippopotamus 2019 Show...

Lauren: Bae... Are you seriously fighting the Ovalteen Man? I mean I used to drink that when I was a kid, but why would anyone name themselves that?

Cole: Lauren honey, It's Velveteen. But honestly that may be even a dumber name. Look I told you guys before, No one stays on top forever. That's stupid to think. Eventually everyone loses. But I have turned back men like Sami Calihan, Shawn Michaels, Nick Bockwinkel, Kevin Steen, Tanahashi, Drew Mcintyre and more. Do you really think I'm losing to the Velveteen Dream?

Look, you are an exciting youngster. Not sure what the hell are you doing with Prince but hey, I don't judge. What I do do however... is win. And here at the ridiculously named Hippopotamus I will win again. I told you all time and time again. I am the Best thing this business has to offer. And while Mr Breakfast drink thinks tonight will be the realization of his Dream what it will turn out to be is yet another demonstration of someone getting SHOT DOWN.

Lauren: I like Yoo Hoo better anyway...

Bruce – Ladies and gentlemen, wrestling fans, and everybody around the world within the sound of my voice, this is the moment you have been waiting for. This is the main event of The Hippopotamus. There is no time limits and no disqualifications, one fall to a finish. And now, live from the sold out FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee ………… IIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTT’S ….. TIIIIIIIIIIIIME!!!!! Introducing first, the challenger. Fighting out of the corner to my left. He surrendered the Interncontinental Title for this opportunity. He represents Polynesian Championship Wrestling and is managed by the magnificent purple one himself, Prince. From our nation’s capital of Washington DC and weighing in tonight at 227 pounds, ladies and gentlemen, THE VELVETEEN DREAM!!! And now, his opponent. Fighting out of the corner to my right. He represents the Xtreme Wrestling Alliance and is the leader of the world famous Bullet Club. He hails from Panama City, Florida and weighs in at 210 pounds. He is the current reigning, defending, undisputed UWF Heavyweight champion of the world, ADAM COLE!!!

Velveteen Dream
vs
Adam Cole (c)

Adam Cole hands the UWF World Heavyweight Title to the referee as the ref raises it up and shows it to all four sides of the ring. The referee then hands the title to the time keeper. The referee then gives instructions to both participants. When that is done he instructs the timekeeper to ring the bell and this one is now under way.

The match starts off slowly with both competitors sizing the other one up. Lock up. Break no advantage. Another lock up and again they break with neither man getting any kind of edge. Dream finally wins the lock up and has Cole on the ropes. The referee instructs Dream to break it which he does. Dream and Cole get into another lock up, but this time Cole has the advantage. The two get into the ropes. Cole releases the hold and does his catchphrase Adam Cole Bay...and gets slapped in the face by the Velveteen Dream. Some of the people cheer that, while others boo it. Either way the pleasantries are out of the way and things start to get more physical. Cole connects with a couple of uppercuts and goes for a third, but the Dream picks him up in the fireman's carry position and hits Cole with a neck breaker. A classic Adam Cole maneuver. Velveteen goes for the cover, but only gets a two count. Dream picks up Cole for suplex, but Cole gets behind Dream and hits the Florida Key. One...two...and Dream barely gets his foot on the bottom rope to break the count. Cole picks up Dream for another Florida Key straight jacket suplex, but Dream wiggles out of it and catches Cole with a body scissors and turns the move into a variation of a victory roll and gets a two count. Dream goes for a clothesline, but Cole catches him between the eyes with the Corona Kick. Cole goes for the cover, but just before three Velveteen barely kicks out in time. Cole goes for a superkick, but Dream catches the foot. He grabs Cole's other foot and then catapult Cole into the top turnbuckle head first. On the rebound Dream hits a high angle Spine Buster.

The referee makes the count one...two...and this time Cole barely kicks out before three. Dream bounces Cole off the ropes and goes for another Spine Buster, but Cole rolls with the momentum and now has Dream wrapped up with an inside cradle. The referee counts one...two...and Dream kicks out just in time. Cole picks up Dream for a brain buster and then drops him head first on his knee. Dream looks glassy eyed as Cole makes the cover as the referee counts one...two...and Dream barely rolls a shoulder to break the pin. Cole looks like he may have dropped an F bomb as he thought he had Velveteen pinned. Cole picks up Dream for another brain buster, but Dream shifts his weight and drops Cole stomach first on the top rope. Dream has Cole hanging off the top rope and then hits a swinging neck breaker. Dream is trying to catch his second wind as a slowly goes to make the cover on the world champion. One...two...and Cole kicks out. Dream picks up Cole for a slam, but he gets trapped in a cross face submission. Dream struggles to get to the ropes, but Cole pulls him back in to the center ring to keep him away from the ropes. Dream's long arms are about to reach the ropes, but Cole pushes the ropes out of reach with his foot. The referee calls foul on that and tells him to break the hold. Cole doesn't listen, but as soon as the referee's count gets to almost five he breaks the hold and then applies the cross face again. Dream is able to cradle Cole and gets a two, but this time Cole breaks the hold and starts to stomp on the head of the Dream. Dream starts to Hulk up and hits Cole with a trifecta of meat hooks. He bounces Cole off the ropes, but Cole ducks the big boot. Cole goes for a superkick, but Dream ducks it. Dream and Cole both connect with superkicks as they both go down. The crowd is going nuts. The chant goes from Velveteen to Adam Cole Bay Bay back and forth. Heel Section are getting into it with each other as the VD fans are chanting for Velveteen as the Cole fans are chanting Adam Cole Bay Bay reminiscent of the old Less Filling/Taste Great debate.

They both are on their knees trying to get up. Cole slaps Dream in the face. Velveteen returns the favor. They start to fire off multiple punches. Dream seems to be winning the exchange, but Cole catches Dream with two fingers in the eyes to draw the ire of the fans. Cole just smirks as he starts to chop the Velveteen Dream in the corner buckles. Dream tries to fight back, but he's hitting air as his sight hasn't completely come back yet. Cole gets cute, and starts ducking and making faces. Wild punch from Dream connects. Dream seems to have his vision back and has Cole on the ropes. Dream bounces Cole off the ropes. Cole comes back with a high cross body. Dream picks up Cole in the Fireman's Carry and hits the Death Valley Driver. Dream rushes to the top rope and then goes for the Purple Rain Maker Elbow ! A wobbly legged Cole falls into the ropes. Dream crotches himself on the top rope. Cole climbs up the ropes and then goes for a superplex off the second rope. Dream shifts his weight and falls on the champion. The referee counts. One...two...and Cole kicked out just as the referee was about to call it. The fans are going nuts at that crazy near fall. Dream goes for a DDT, but Cole goes behind Dream. Released German Suplex by Cole. Velveteen Dream lands on his feet. Cole turns around. Swinging Spike DDT by Dream. Cole's head is lawn darted off the mat ! Instead of going for the pin Dream goes to the top rope for the Purple Rain Maker again. Cole gets up in time and catches Dream on the top rope. Cole connects with a forearm and then tries to go for a throw, but Dream kicks him in the face. Cole falls off the turnbuckles but lands on his feet on the mat. Panama Sunrise by Dream connects ! One...two...and Cole kicks out somewhere around 2.99999. Dream is extremely frustrated and goes to pick up Cole for a piledriver. Cole reverses it and hits the Dude Buster. Dream's legs are wrapped up. One...two...and Dream is the one who barely, and I mean barely kicks out before three. Cole is mouthing come on to the referee. Cole hits the Cole Day In Hell Wheel Barrow Suplex. Cole makes the cover and hooks the leg. One...two...and Dream kicks out. Cole yells that's it and goes for the Shining Wizard. Dream moves. Dream charges for a spear, but Cole moves. Dream shoulder goes between the top an middle turnbuckle and hits the metal post. Dream falls backwards into a school boy from Cole. One...two...and Dream rolls out of it. Cole goes for the Superkick, Dream ducks...Dream Valley Driver Connects ! Dream looks at Cole flat on his back and then he looks at the top turnbuckle. He seems obsessed with hitting the Purple Rain Maker Elbow. Dream climbs the top rope, but gets to the top slowly due to his bad arm. He jumps, but as soon as he is about to hit the elbow Cole gets a boot up that lands in his face. Cole climbs up to the top rope and goes for the Panama Sunrise(Avalanche Destroyer), but Dream catches him in mid-air and goes for the Dream Valley Driver. Dream can't hold it and Cole wraps up his arms with a crucifix and then hits a Crucifix Bomb as the referee counts

one...two...three!!!

winner- Adam Cole
Match time- 39:44

Adam Cole has his world heavyweight title handed to him. He clutches it as he is on his knees. Velveteen Dream looks dejected and is frustrated with himself. You can see the VD fans in the Heel Section being disappointed as it looks like they lost some money on this one. The Bullet Club and Lauren come out to celebrate with the world heavyweight champion as Prince makes his way out to console the Velveteen Dream as our show comes to a close. Mauro and Joey are both hoarse from calling the action. As they sign off, Cole slowly leaves the ring, raising the belt over his head as we see Velveteen in the ring, looking a bit dejected. Mauro and Joey shake hands and sign off. Thanks for tuning in!
