CAPITAL OFFENSE 2019

1. Rich Swann vs Hangman Page vs La Sombra vs Dolph Ziggler - Ladder Match

(Wild 4 Man ladder Match, La Sombra a few times had gotten his hand on the contract only to be pulled away. Swann hit a 450 Splash off the ladder onto a prone Ziggler. Page was the real star hitting some big spots. He gave Sombra the Rite of Passage off the Ladder. He went for his Buckshot Lariat on Dolph but was met with a Superkick. It seemed like Ziggler had this won when Swann hits a Sunset Flip Powerbomb from the ladder. When Rich jumped up he was laid out by a second ladder from Page. Hangman then scaled the ladder and grabbed the contract.)

Winner: Hangman Page

2. Jinny Couture vs Sasha Banks

(Sasha was on fire from the start. Tearing into Jinny. A spin kick from Couture turned the tide for a bit before Banks made a comeback. Sasha had her in the corner and came with her running Double knees but Jinny pulled the referee into the path and then escaped as the ref DQed Couture.)

Winner By DQ: Sasha Banks

3. Tomohiro Ishii w/Gedo vs Moose

(Ishii and Moose wrestled this match almost the entire length in the center of the ring. Ishii hits a Sliding Lariat for a near fall. Moose hit A spear for a 2 count as well. But in the end it was the Gamebreaker that got the victory for Moose.)

Winner: Moose

4.  The Young Bucks vs Gallows & Anderson w/Amber

(A great Tag battle that really entertained the crowd. Back and forth action with a ton of Double team spots. The Bullet Club duo have Nick set up for the Magic Killer when Hangman Page comes out. He grabs Amber and drags her off Doc runs out after them leaving Anderson alone. He gets hit with a Double Super Kick and the More Bang For Your Buck. They get the 3 count.)

Winners: The Young Bucks

5. MsChif vs Asuka -  Femme Fatale Championship

(This was a rematch from the season Premiere when Asuka captured the title. MsChif was a bit more sadistic in this one. Choking Asuka on the bottom rope until the 4 count. She looked for the Desecrator but Asuka escapes and nails a Roundhouse Kick. Asuka then get on the Asuka Lock for the tap out.)

Winner & Still Champion: Asuka

INTERMISSION:

During Intermission Kenny Omega & The Owens Twins sign autographs and take photos with the fans.

6.   Fist of Islam vs The Ascension - XWA Tag Team Championship

(The challengers are here but not with the mysterious hooded man. It is a dog fight but FOI are giving up a lot of size in this one. Still these 2 young Champions continue to battle . They begin to get the upper hand on the challenges and look to hit Viktor with Thunderbolt. Then the lights grow dark and a bright light shines ringside and the hooded man appears. He raises his arms and it's like he has re-energized the Ascension. Konner nails Ali with a Bicycle Kick and then they hit Daivari with the Fall of Man. They cover, 1.. 2.. 3! )

Winners & New Champions: The Ascension

(The lights go dark again and then when they return. the hooded man is in the ring. He removes his hood to reveal.)

Spoiler:

7. Kevin Steen vs El Generico w/Paul Heyman -  Texas Death Match

(Early on Generico was playing cat and mouse with Steen as he didn't want to go right at him. Eventually Kevin got annoyed and chased him which gave Generico the chance to sucker him and gain the upper hand. Generico cracked him with the ring bell at one point, busting him open. Steen comes back pulls off a section of the steel barrier and slams it across the back of the masked man.

This is a war that went both inside and outside the ring multiple times. Both men beaten to a pulp. But Generico nails an Ole Kick and goes for the Brainbustahhh! but Steen hits a Pop-Up Powerbomb from the top rope! He can barely stand but he comes off with a flying Senton and covers for 3. )

Winner: Kevin Steen

8. Canadian Ninjas vs Las Espinas - World Womens Tag Team Championship

(The Ninjas come out with their faces made up with scary paint and holding plastic Jack-o-Lanterns you would see at Halloween. They toss out some candy to the crowd. They then cut a promo on how much they love Halloween. And they didn't realize that it was October already. Thank goodness for the Hell-o-Ween Queens for their costumes to remind them. They can't wait for Wrestlemania so they can all go bobbing for apples together. After that is... they beat them in the ring and retain their titles.

As for the match. It was pretty much all Ninjas. Sicarias did have a period in the middle where they took control. But Funky Cold Medina on La Rosa Negra was enough to retain the belts tonight.)

Winners & Still Champions: Canadian Ninjas

9. Shawn Michaels vs Sheamus

(This has match was added late due to the events that ended the season Premiere. Sheamus who has always been loved here in XWA finds himself the heavy here. Many fans chanting "F*uck you Sheamus!" through out. HBK gives his usual spirited performance but Sheamus is a beast tonight. He delivers the FRH and covers 1.. 2.. No! Later Sheamus hits the Brogue Kick but Michaels goes through the ropes to the floor. Sheamus has to go out and get him back in. He covers for a two count. Sheamus sets up for another one. He lets it fly but Shawn side steps and hits a desperation Sweet Chin Music. Michaels crawls over and covers, 1.. 2..

NO!!! Sheamus grabbed the bottom rope! Sheamus rolls out to the floor. Shawn dives at him but Sheamus catches him and drops him neck first on the railing. He looks for the Celtic Cross out on the floor but HBK counters and hits a Tear Drop Suplex on the floor instead. Both men are stubborn and continue to fire away. Referee Paul Turner goes out to get them back inside and the both shove him hard into the railing. He's had enough and calls for the bell.)

Winner: No contest

(They continue to brawl out there until officials and security come out to separate them.

Main Event: "Magnum" Adam Cole w/Lauren vs Kazuchika Okada w/Gedo - World Heavyweight Championship

(We get a classic tonight as the former World Television Champion tries to add a Heavyweight Crown to his resume. He catches Cole in Red Ink but doesn't get the Submission. Then Adam gives Okada Cole-lateral. He looks for the Florida Key but Okada gets free and goes for the Rainmaker but Cole ducks it and nails a Corona Crash. He covers for a 2 count.

The match continues with Cole getting Okada in a Figure Four but Okada gets to the ropes. Then Cole is about to give Okada the Last Shot when we see Gedo accosting Lauren. This makes Magnum let go of the hold and chase away Gedo. But when he gets back to the match he is hit with an Okada Dropkick.  He makes the Rainmaker pose. He pulls him up but Magnum spins around with wrist control and hits the Florida Key! 1.. 2.. NO! Okada comes back hitting a Reverse Over the Knee Neckbreaker. Then Heavy Rain. He goes up top for the Flying elbow... He misses! Cole  pulls down the knee pad, hits the ropes and nails the knee to the back of the head of Okada. He pulls him up... The Last Shot! 1.. 2.. 3!)

Winner: "Magnum" Adam Cole

(After the match we see out in the back of the arena the OVE are there watching the match. Callihan makes a cut throat motion at Cole as Magnum invites him to come down to the ring. You can see Sami saying "Soon".)
