We get a big video package for the Battle of Britain tournament that is being held tonight .... it spotlights each of the 8 men in the tournament .... *RPW has a 'Code of Honor' similar to RING OF HONOR where opponents show respect with a handshake to begin the match .... sportsmanship is encouraged in all matches .... outside the ring has 20 count to get back in the ring instead of the standard 10 seconds*Renee Young is at the announce desk to kick off Chapter 6 .... we begin with a recap of Chapter 5, which saw Finlay and Jimmy Havoc go to war and the debut of Decay, who came out to help Jimmy Havoc win .... Because of that, Finlay is not here tonight for what is possibly the most important night in RPW history as we will crown the very 1st 'Fighting Spirit' champion .... Renee quickly goes over the rules for the Fighting Spirit title ....
- Three 3 minute rounds, with title matches going to 5 minute rounds
- 10 point must system
- Judging categories: Physicality, aggressiveness, controlling the action
- Wins can happen anytime via pin or submission

'The Villain' Marty Scurll (UK)

'Perfect 10' Tye Dillinger (USA)The European fans have really taken a liking to Dillinger and his 'Perfect 10' gimmick .... he is really over with the crowd .... he rides a wave of emotion and actually dominates Scurll, unofficially winning BOTH actually wins the first 2 rounds .... it goes to the 3rd round where Scurll has to win by pinfall or submission or possibly be eliminated .... Scurll manages to lock on the chickenwing, but Dillinger uses the Bret Hart reversal and nearly pins Scurll .... they battle on the top rope, where Scurll manages to hit a gotch neutralizer from the 2nd rope and score the pinfall!
Scurll survives, and the fans give Dillinger a standing ovation afterwards ....
Battle of Britain Round 1:
Jay Lethal (USA)

Drew McIntyre (SCOTLAND)These guys battle it out for 3 full rounds .... each man has the other at his mercy at one point in the match, but can't finish them off .... Lethal is the leader of round 1 on the unofficial scorecard, but McIntyre takes the 2nd round .... Both guys finish the 3rd round at a furious pace, with each one trying to hit their finisher but unable to .... Lethal manages to catch McIntyre with the lethal combination and then locks on the coji clutch .... McIntyre refuses to tap out, and the bell rings to end the 3rd round .... we have to go to the judges decision, and Lethal wins via split decision to advance ....

Eli Drake (USA)

Dalton Castle (USA)Castle and his unorthodox style is over with the crowd, and he is coming off of being the runner up in the battle royal that sent Drew McIntyre to UWF GLORY .... Drake is one of the guys that the people love to hate .... The first round is pretty even, but the unofficial score goes to Dalton Castle .... Drake gets into it with Castles 'boys' at ringside, which causes a distraction for the ref .... Drake lands a low blow on Castle, then hits Blunt Force Trauma to score the 3 count with 1:52 left in round 2 .... Drake moves on ....
Battle of Britain Round 1:
Adrian Neville (UK)

Zack Sabre Jr (UK)The final match of the first round is probably the best .... Sabre Jr and Neville, both fan favorites, tear the house down .... Neville takes to the air, which Sabre Jr uses his methodical strong style to try to ground his quicker opponent .... Neville rocks Sabre Jr with a kicking combo as we go under a minute left in round 3 .... Neville goes up top and sets him up for the Red Arrow, but Sabre Jr gets his knees up!!!! Roll up by Sabre Jr and he gets the 1 ... 2 ... 3! Sabre Jr pulls the upset and advances to the 2nd round ....
Womens match:
Becky Lynch (IRELAND)
- vs -
Alexa Bliss (USA)Lynch is probably the most over woman in the promotion .... Bliss has been on a losing streak since dropping the Knockout title to Sasha Banks .... the match is back and forth the whole way .... Bliss hits the 'insult to injury' but only gets 2 .... Bliss goes up top for the Twisted Bliss, but Lynch is up and pulls her down hard by her arm .... Lynch locks on the 'Disarm-her' and Bliss taps out!
After the match, Renee Young is down at ringside to get a word with Becky Lynch .... Becky talks about the rumors of Disney bringing back Shimmer and creating maybe the deepest women's roster in wrestling .... Becky wants to be a champion so she's putting everyone on notice .... Sasha Banks' music hits! Banks comes out on top of the ramp and holds up the women's title .... She says that she and Becky may be friends, but she is the best .... but she is a fighting champion and will face Becky any place any time .... Becky says right now! Sasha starts taking off her rings like she's going to come to the ring and fight, when out of the back comes Allysin Kay and she nails her from behind! Kay grabs Banks and is going to toss her off the stage into the crowd! Lynch comes out and makes the save, and she and Kay brawl! Hikaru Shida comes out and attacks Kay! Shida goes for a big roundhouse kick but Kay dodges and Shida kicks Becky instead .... Kay nails the 'Silencer' (Pounce) on Shida, knocking her off the stage and sending her crashing into the guardrail below!!!! Kay stands tall over the other 3 ladies to end the segment ....

Jay Lethal (USA)Lethal hurts his shoulder in this one and Drake goes to work like a shark smelling blood in the water .... Drake is ahead on the unofficial scorecard at the end of round 1 .... Lethal fights back and scores with 'hail to the king' (macho man elbow drop) but hurts himself further on the move .... Drake goes for Blunt Force Trauma but Lethal avoids it and manages to hit the Lethal Injection out of nowhere for the pin to advance to the finals ....

Zack Sabre Jr (UK)

'The Villain' Marty Scurll (UK)This match goes deep into the 3rd round and is dead even all the way through .... Scurll unofficially wins the first round, but then Sabre Jr comes back and takes the 2nd .... furious exchange of moves going down the stretch, and in the fray Scurll takes the turnbuckle pad off exposing the steel .... Sabre Jr locks in the triangle choke, but Scurll powers him up and buckle bombs him into the exposed steel!!!! Scurll hits a knee strike to the head of Sabre Jr and locks on the chicken wing and Sabre Jr fades out .... the ref checks his arms and calls for the bell, and Scurll advances to the finals to face Jay Lethal ....
Reports from the back say that Jay Lethal has suffered a shoulder injury and may not be able to compete in the main event .... Renee speculates what that will mean for crowning the first Fighting Spirit champion ....Handicap Match:
Anarchy in the U.K. (Bram & Paul Burchill) w/ Winter (UK)

Hideo Itami (JAPAN)Anarchy in the U.K. come out for their match against Itami .... Itami's music hits and he comes out at the top of the ramp .... Itami says he asked for this match, but he never said anything about coming alone .... music hits and out comes ....
HIROOKI GOTO!
The match becomes a tag match, and Itami and Goto hit the ring and attack .... they are in control but the heels manage to isolate Itami .... Goto gets the hot tag and comes in a house of fire and eventually it is all 4 men going at it .... with the odds even, Itami gets his revenge when he and Goto score double pins after Itami hits a GTS on Bram and a Goto hits the Shouten Kai on Burchill ....

It is announced that the tournament finals will consist of 5 rounds instead of 3 like the other tournament matches .... Marty Scurll makes his way out and says that everyone in the back has heard the rumors that Jay Lethals shoulder is hurt .... Scurll tells Lethal to do the smart thing and stay in the back because he doesn't want to be in the ring with the Villain .... the only reason Lethal should come out is to raise his hand and hand him the Fighting Spirit title ....
Lethal's music hits and he comes out with his shoulder HEAVILY taped .... Scurll acts like Lethal is out there to raise his hand .... Lethal says he is out there to fight and the only way he isn't going to be in this match is if his arm is ripped clean off! LETHAL SLAPS SCURLL!!!! Scurll superkicks Lethal in the shoulder and he immediately goes down .... Scurll looks at the ref and tells him to ring the bell ....
Battle of Britain Finals:
'The Villain' Marty Scurll (UK)
- vs -
Jay Lethal (USA)Scurll attacks and starts ripping the wrap off of Lethals shoulder .... Scurll dominates the first round and constantly attacks the shoulder .... Lethal is in bad shape .... the ref comes close to stopping the match but Lethal tells him not to .... Lethal survives the first one and then begins to get stronger the longer the match goes! Lethal is working with one arm, but he takes the fight to Scurll in round 2 .... Lethal gets Scurll in the coji clutch but he won't tap .... we go to round three with the unofficial scorecard having it tied 1-1 .... both men are taking their shots but neither one able to put the other away .... Lethal goes for the lethal injection but his arm gives out and he falls on his head .... Scurll gets the chickenwing but Lethal gets saved by the bell in round 3! We go to the 4th round with Scurll in control, but Lethal battles back .... he hits the lethal combination, then goes up top .... Lethal connects with the 'hail to the king' with his good elbow! 1 ... 2 ... noooo! Lethal goes for the lethal injection 2.0 (back suplex dropped into a hangman neck breaker) but Scurll slips out and lands behind him .... Scurll with the knee strike, then does his spot where he pulls Lethals fingers apart making a sickening snapping sound .... Scurll goes for the chickenwing again, but Lethal ducks and sends Scurll tumbling outside .... 3 consecutive suicide dives by Lethal!!!! Back in the ring, Lethal goes for the lethal injection but Scurll sidesteps .... chickenwing locked in!!!! Lethal struggles and tried to get to the ropes, but Scurll takes him down with body scissors! Lethal is trapped, and the injured shoulder can't take any more and Lethal has to tap out!
