RSW STORM 2020
1. Kyle Fletcher vs Mansoor
Mansoor wows the crowd early with some high risk offense but doesn't put Kyle away. Fletcher comes back hitting a spectacular suicida Tope. He sends Mansoor ointo the ring a goes for a Springboard Corkscrew Senton but Mansoor gets his knees up. He then hits the Saudi Sunrise for the win.
Winner: Mansoor (2-0)
2. HZK, AZM, Konami & Tam Nakano vs Kagetsu, Yumi Ohka, Kris Wolf & Natsu Sumire
Tam is looking for revenge on her former Onna-Musha teammates who turned on her after leaving Japan to wrestle in MWA. HZK & AZM were all too happy to join up against their long time rivals. This goes a these usually do. A hotly contested match that breaks down eventually. We wind up with Nakano in the ring vs Kris Wolf. Wolf hits a Moonsault for a two count. Then looks for Call of the Wolf but Nakana counters into a Gourdbuster. Then nails Violet Shoot (Running Knee) and followed with Dodon.tam (Double Chickenwing Facebuster). 1.. 2.. 3!
Winner: Tam Nakano (4-3)
3. Pimps Club (Takahashi & Mahal) w/Pieter vs Noam Dar & David Finlay
Mahal & Takahashi look better with each match together. This one they dominate most of the way. We do see a slight run with Finlay hitting Trash Panda (Suplex Shoulderbreaker) for a two count. But in the end the Bullet Club Japan Chapter win this with Pimps Up, Hoes Down (Assisted Elevated Hanging Cutter).
Winners: Pimps Club
4. desire vs Meiko Satomura, Khloe Hurtz & Hiroyo Matsumoto
A lot of heat with this one. Referee is able to maintain control though. Sandy hits Hiroyo with a Bulldog but then is speared by Hurtz. Meiko catches Candi with a Spinning Backfist and a release German. Mandy Leon executes a Flying Hurracanrana on Khloe for a two count. Sandy Chardonnay hits Tower of London on Khloe for the three count.
Winner: Sandy Chardonnay (2-1)
5. Gallows & Anderson(c) vs Roppongi 3K - RSW Tag Team Championship
This is a spirited match as Roppongi now free of CHAOS once again have the crowd on their side. SHO & YOH are all over the Bullet Club members. They look for Shock Arrow on Anderson but Doc catches YOH with an uppercut mid air. Then he gives the Gallows Pole to SHO. Kaarl hits YOH with a Gun Stun and gets three count to retain.
Winners: Gallows & Anderson
(After the match Sanada & EVIL walk out to a shocked crowd. They tell Gallows & Anderson they want their titles back at the Bash.)
6. "Chessmaster" Dean Malenko vs Flip Gordon
Before the start of the match Kevin Kelly informs us that Dean Malenko is the number one contender for the Junior Heavyweight Title and gets his shot at the Great Japan Bash. Gordon has become a bit of a favorite here in Japan with his innovative offense. He catches Dean early with the Samoan Pop for a near fall. Dean executes some rolling German Suplexes. He applies a Cloverleaf but Flip gets the ropes break. Gutbuster by Dean into a modified Camel Clutch but Gordon is able to power up into an Electric Chair Drop. Flip goes for the Star-Spangled Stunner (Springboard Corkscrew Stunner) but the Chessmaster had it scouted and gets him in a Rear Naked Choke. Gordon is flailing but is caught center ring and has to finally tap.
Winner: Dean Malenko (8-0)
7. Ayako Hamada vs Hana Kimura vs Momo Watanabe - #1 Contender's Match
Back and forth Triple Threat. Hana almost gets a quick win early with a roll up. Hamada then Suplexes her over the ropes and to the floor. Now Hamada and Momo go at it a while. Momo goes for Peach Sunrise but Hamada gets out of it and hits a Rock Bottom. She goes for the Moonsault but Hana is up there and gives her a Super Bulldog.. Momo hits Hana with a bunch of kicks then goes for a Brainbuster but Hana counters into a Small Package and steals the win.
Winner: Hana Kimura (13-2)
8. Blood Generation(c) vs Suzuki-Gun (Tozawa, El Desperado & Iizuka) - RSW 6-Man Championship
Champs looking strong tonight, dominate this one early then the unpredictable Iizuka goes crazy and its a melee. But They are doing their damage on the outside where you can't get the win. Finally the match gets back to the ring. Desperado goes for El Ka-Bong on CIMA but eats a Superkick instead. CIMA hits the Schwein then the Mad Splash. 1.. 2.. 3!
Winners: Blood Generation (6-2)
(After the match the Champions are attacked by Giant Bernard , Tomko & Tomohiro Ishii! Jado is there urging them on. They completely decimate the Champs. Then Jado raises their arms as CHAOS has made an obvious challenge.)
9. Asuka(c) vs Hikaru Shida
Only Shida made it out to Japan as Gedo & Syuri stood in the states. This is a helacious fight with Asuka bleeding from welts in her back caused by Kendo Stick shots from Shida. Asuka gets in the Asuka Lock but Shida gets to the ropes. Later Shida has Asuka in a Lion Tamer but Asuka also finds the rope break. Shida hits a Backstabber for two. Asuka gets in a Bridging Fisherman Suplex for two. Shida goes for her running Knee but runs into a Roundhouse Kick from Asuka. Asuka hits a second one and covers for the three count.
Winner: Asuka (4-1)
MAIN EVENT: KENTA & Daisuke Marufuji vs Minoru Suzuki & YAMATO
Wild one here as there is still bad blood between YAMATO & Daisuke and of course Suzuki has targeted KENTA and his RSW Heavyweight Championship. They fight both in and outside the ring. But Suzuki for the most part is looking to stretch KENTA whenever he can. KENTA though has been a dominant Champion and unleashes a horde of strikes on Minoru. Then Sekimoto comes in and Powerbombs him for two.
YAMATO later gets the CBV on KENTA but Daisuke makes the save. Minoru Lays in a dozen chops to KENTA in the corner before he comes back firing a multitude of his own. He hits the Busaiku Knee. He covers 1.. 2.. No! Sekimoto throws YAMATO to the floor as KENTA signals for the GTS. He hoists him up but Suzuki slides out and puts him in the rear Naked Choke. Then he switches to the Gotch Piledriver 1.. 2.. 3!!! Minoru Suzuki has pinned the Champion!
