| XWA PRESENTS From Memorial Hall in Dover, DE The announcers before the show begins tell the fans that due to the Vision signing elsewhere and Kamagawa Krush missing their flight from Japan, That Womens
Tag match has been cancelled but in their stead will be another X1 Climax match featuring Sheamus vs "Magnum" Adam Cole.
Also with Shawn & Ariya Daivari moving on. Charm City Squad will be facing The Bullet Club team of Robbie Eagles & Cody Hall.
1. Will Ospreay w/Priscilla vs La Sombra - XWA Cruiserweight Championship
La Sombra is a former Champion but has not had much success in a number of attempts to recapture that title. But here he and Ospreay put on a show but due to Will's recent attitude change it's Sombra who has the backing of the crowd. He Catches Will with a Flying Body Press for two. But Will comes back and ends it with Stormbreaker.
Winner & Still Champion: Will Ospreay
(After the match Priscilla is yelling in the ring and Will waits for a beaten Sombra to start to rise then hits him with the Hidden Blade which knocks Sombra out cold. The crowd is loudly booing the actions of the Cruiserweight Champion. Then Priscilla tell Will to go up top. Ospreay does just that, looking for Aerial Assassin when out runs Hangman Page. Ospreay & Priscilla take off.)
2. Charm Ciy Squad vs Bullet Club (Robbie Eagles & Cody Hall)
On paper this looks like a even match. But CCS have a much bigger experience advantage. Hall does catch Swann with a Discus Lariat. But then is met with a Pop-Up Lariat from Moose. Robbie tries to give Moose the Turbo Backpack. But Moose is to big & Strong and instead he gives Eagles the Gamebreaker for the win.
Winners: Charm City Squad
 
3. Hangman Page vs Kazuchika Okada - X1 Climax Match (BLOCK A)
Okada is in the ring. Page is announced but doesn't come out. Cameras go to the back where we see Will Ospreay has attacked Page with a Chair. Now officials finally get him away as Priscilla cackles. Page Does not want to forfeit. He shoves everyone away and makes his way to the ring. Page gives a valiant effort but with the attack he's just not in any shape to take on someone like Okada who puts him away with the Rainmaker.
Winner: Kazuchika Okada (+2 Pts)
4. AJ Styles vs Tama Tonga
AJ continues his trek to run through all of the Bullet Club to prove that it is he and not Adam Cole that is the best the industry has to offer. Tama has a unique style that has been talked about extensively over his time here in XWA. That proves to throw Styles off his game at first. Tama hits a Gutbuster then looks for the Headshrinker DDT. But Styles is able to counter into a modified Muscle Buster. He goes to the apron... Phenomenal Forearm! He covers for two. AJ goes for the Elevated DDT but Tama slips out and nails a step-up enzuguiri. He grabs him... Headshrinker DDT! 1.. 2.. NO! He looks for Dreamcatcher but AJ hits a back elbow to jaw then follows with a Pele Kick. AJ nails a Rack Bomb then follows it with The Superman Splash and gets the 3 count.
Winner: AJ Styles
5. The ELITE vs The Ascension
This has been brewing for weeks and tonight these two squads square off in a 6-Man affair. The ELITE are of course former World Champions so this is a tall test for Father Daniels and his acolytes. With so much bad blood you knew this would break down into a fight eventually and it has. Omega hits The Fallen Angel with a Kotaro Krusher. But then is caught with a Downcast from Konnor. The Bucks hit a Double Superkick on Konnor knocking him from the ring. Viktor hits them with a Double Lariat. But Kenny gives him a V-Tirigger. Kenny tells the Bucks to finish it then hits the Rise of the Terminator out on Konnor. Matt & Nick set up for More Bang for your Buck but Viktor pops up and shoves Matt into Nick knocking him to the mat. Then Viktor hits a flying tackle that ends he & Matt to the floor. Father Daniels grabs Nick... Last Rites! 1.. 2.. 3!

INTERMISSION: Out walk the new World Womens Tag Team Champions, The Canadian Ninjas.
Perez: So.... we hate to tell we told you so...
Matthews: Actually, No we don't. We LOVE telling you that! (Crowd Boos)
Perez: *Laughing* You idiots really thought the iiConics were winning these belts? Be for real!
Matthews: We are the once, the current & The Future Champions of the World! We learned from our past mistakes. We don't care about entertaining you slobs. We only care about us! And because of that we will never let these titles go again. Not to the iiConics, Not to the Hell-O-Ween Queens and damn sure we are NOT giving these titles back to the Killer Baes at Wrestlemania.
Perez: That's a fact. We are finally getting our time on the biggest stage of this business. A place where we have been kept from for a long time. But now we are here. It's signed and sealed. The Baes get their return shot. But they should maybe concern themselves with each other rather than us.
Matthews. You see what happens there. When you have three girls trying for two spots there's jealousy. There's shade being thrown. Not me and Portia. We have been together for over 10 years.
Perez: And never had a fight!
Matthews: So whatever combination you guys want to use wont matter. WE are only one combination. And that's the BEST combination the business has ever seen. We've said it before, We say it again. We are... The Greatest Team in Womens Wrestling history.
Perez: And these belts prove it.
(Out walk the iiConics.)
Royce: And yet you've never beaten us one on one.
Ray: In fact you won't even face us. Because your chicken.
Royce: Which makes sense for a couple of Chicken Heads. You call yourselves the best yet you're planning to just sit around until Wrestlemania? Sounds all your best at is hiding.
Matthews: Maybe you two forget what we did to you before...
Perez: How's that back Peyton?
Matthews: We don't fear a couple of Kangaroo f***ers. You want a shot? Next XWA TV we give you that shot. Then go back to the land Down Under.
Perez: More like under the rock they crawled out from.
(The iiConics smile at the challenge as that was their goal all along.)
6. Hiroshi Tanahashi vs Sami Zayn - X1 Climax Match (BLOCK A)
Tanahashi and Zayn both come in with 2 points but the big difference is that Tanahashi still has 2 matches left after this. Sami has only one and so he is much more desperate. Thus he comes out attacking Hiroshi from the bell. He takes the fight to the floor. Suplexing Tana on the floor. He then rams him kidney first into the ring apron. He sends him in and hits the Z Bomb(Double Pumphandle Vertical Suplex Powerbomb), Tanahashi kicks out at 2. Tana is in the corner as Sami charges with the Helluva kick but Hiro dropkicks the knee. He hits a Dragon Screw Leg Whip. Now he drags him to the ropes and steps through. He delivers another Dragon Screw as Zayn winces in pain.
Tana continues to focus on the knee. He locks in a Texas Cloverleaf. Sami gets to the ropes. Tanahashi goes for a Snapdragon Suplex but Sami does a back up kick that the ref misses and e catches Tana low. Spin out Powerbomb by Zayn. He goes to the 2nd rope, Flying Legdrop connects. He covers 1.. 2.. no. Tana is sent to the corner as Zayn charges again but Hiroshi catches the leg... Inverted Dragon Screw! Tanahashi hits the ropes... Sling Blade! Hiroshi goes up top. High Fly Flow....
Sami gets his knees up! But Hiro saw it and lands on his feet, he has the leg... another inverted Dragon Screw. He locks in the Cloverleaf center ring. Sami fights but finally taps out!

7. The Usos vs Gallows & Anderson - XWA Tag Team Championship
Gallows & Anderson finally get their shot. It's against the new Champs though. Still they are Bullet Club which means they are full of confidence. But the quicker team of the Usos are controlling the tempo early on. Jimmy catches Karl with a Flying Clothesline. Jey gives Doc an Atomic Knee Drop that causes him to crash into Anderson. Jey though gets caught with a Gallows uppercut them eats a big boot to the face. Now the challengers go to work on Jey for a bit. Double Spinebuster by the Bullet Cub duo. Karl covers but Jimmy breaks that up.
Everyone is battling now and Karl looks for Gun Stun on Jimmy but he's shoved off right into a Jey Superkick. They hit Doc with a Double back elbow followed by double elbow drop. They cover for a near fall. Jey gets thrown out the ring and Gallows & Anderson go for Magic Killer on Jimmy but Jey hits a Springboard leg lariat that takes out Gallows. Then they hit Alley-Us on Anderson, Jey covers for the 3 count to retain.
Winners & Still Champions: The Usos
(Out walks the Guerrillas of Destiny. They step in the ring but don't attack the Champs. They seem to just be talking to them in what seems to be Samoan or a similar dialect. They exchange a few words then the G.O.D. help their Bullet Club teammates out the ring.)
8. "Magnum" Adam Cole vs Sheamus - X1 Climax Match (BLOCK B)
Before the match begins Cole can be heard telling Sheamus that he in fact is the true "Mr XWA". Sheamus laughs and says he built this company on his back years ago. No one deserves that title but he especially not a "has-been" like Cole. That lights a fire under the former two time World Champion who immediately hits a Corona Kick. He whips him to the buckle then charges but is met with a back elbow. Sheamus grabs him and gives him the Celtic Cross. Now he goes for the FRH but Adam gets free and hits a Superkick. He grabs the stunned Sheamus and delivers a Cole-Lateral. He hits the ropes for a Shining Wizard to the back of the Irishman's head but he has it scouted and evades it. Big clothesline by Sheamus takes Cole to the apron where Sheamus delivers the Beats of Bodhran. He goozles him and gives him the FRH on the apron.
Cole is writhing in pain out on the floor. But he slowly rises and gets back in the ring around 14. Sheamus continues to pound away on him. He sends him into the buckle and hits a corner lariat. Cole is looking bad now. He goes for a Front Powerslam but Cole slips out the back. Cole Day in Hell (Wheelbarrow Suplex)! Adam grabs him... Florida Key but Sheamus breaks the hold and hits a Short-Arm Clothesline. He readies himself.... Brogue Kick... misses! Magnum Force (Fireman's carry Neckbreaker). Cole hits the ropes... Shining Wizard to the back of Sheamus' head. He gives him the finger gun. He lifts him up... The Last Shot! 1.. 2.. 3!

9. Io Shirai vs Asuka - RSW Women's Title & XWA Femme Fatale Title
Io walks to the ring with both titles amongst a huge ovation. She made herself a star in Japan and is doing the same here in XWA. Asuka awaits her patiently. Introductions are made. There is no handshake this time but a nod of respect. Also unlike last match this one does not take time to get heated. Asuka is opening up with hard strikes early. She is blistering the chest of Shirai with Knife Hand Smashes. She sends her into the ropes and delivers a Leg Lariat. She stays on her, Bodyslamming her down she hits the ropes for a running Senton but Io sits up then executes a Crucifix Cradle 1.. 2.. No!
Asuka is wide-eyed as she almost got caught there. They lock up and Io does a waistlock Takedown. The Dual Champion is trying to slow down the pace and make this a wrestling match. But Asuka has other ideas. She is able to roll under the ropes, then grabs the ankles of Io and drags her out as well. Asuka slams the head of Shirai onto the ring apron. She lands a few kicks to the ribs. Paul Turner is putting on the count. Asuka knows she can't win by countout so she rolls Io back in. ASuka goes for a Roundhouse kick on a kneeling Shirai but she catches the leg. She spins her around and executes a Bridging German Suplex for a quick 2 count.
Asuka scrambles to the corner but is hit with running double knees. Io goes for the Double Foot Stomp Moonsault but Asuka moves and Io jams her knee. She hobbles around for a moment. When she turns she is hit with a Roundhouse kick from Asuka! She covers.. 1.. 2.. NOOO!!! Asuka is trying to get her submission hold on but Io is fighting her from locking it in. Asuka finally gives up and stomps Io. Shirai is in the corner as Asuka nails a hip attack. She looks for a Double Chickenwing sitdown Drop. But Io blocks it... She gets her arm free... One Woman Spanish Fly! She then hits the Trifecta! 1.. 2.. NO!!! She sits Asuka on the top rope. She's set up as the crowd is buzzing. Top Rope Frankensteiner... Is countered into a Super Bomb! Asuka goes right into an Asuka Lock! Io is flailing about... She is reaching for the ropes... but she can't get there!!! She taps!!!!

Main Event: Kevin Steen vs John Cena w/Sunshine - UWF World Heavyweight Championship
The former Champion, Steen looks to regain the title from the man he won it from the first time. But this is a different John Cena. Alongside Sunshine, they are possibly the most hated duo in all the sport. Before they ring the bell Cena gets the mic and runs down the crowd. Saying if he knew being World Champion meant he'd have to come to Dover F*ckin Delaware, he may have changed his mind about winning. The crowd obviously hates him now and begins to chant "Steen is gonna kill you!". Sunshine gives the crowd the finger.
While this has been going on Kevin has just stood in the corner stoically. Now the bell rings and he begins stalking his prey. Cena tries to play head games by slipping through the ropes when Steen gets close and yelling at the referee to get him back. Kevin is getting impatient with the games and grabs John by the nostrils and drags him into the ring. He then drops him with a roundhouse right. Steen is stomping at John. He sends him into the ropes and drops down for a Back Body Drop but Cena reads it and hits a Throwback. Kevin is dazed as Cena crouches down and starts landing rights to the head of the XWA Champion. He pulls him up and Irish Whips him chest first into the turnbuckle. Then sits him on the top rope facing the audience. He goes up and gives him a Super Reverse Neckbreaker. Sunshine is jumping up and down with excitement.
Cena lands the Five Knuckle Shuffle then signals for the Boston Massacre. But Kevin hits a Jawbreaker. Then nails an Exploder Suplex into the Buckle. He backs away then nails a Cannonball. Steen goes up looking for a Senton or possibly a Splash but Cena is up and has him on his shoulders..... BOSTON MASSACRE from the top rope! Cena pumps his fist as he is about to cover when we see and hear....

 VELVETEEN DREAM IS HERE!!!
Cena is screaming at him. Saying this is none of his business. Dream just continues to preen in his purple smoke. Cena turns back to the ring... Pop-Up Powerbomb! Steen covers!!! 1.. 2.. NOOOOO!!!! Kevin goes to the 2nd rope... Senton Splash! He covers but again Cena kicks out. Steen locks in the Sharpshooter.
Cena is crying out in pain and is nowhere near the ropes as Steen is facing the ropes himself. The referee is asking John but he's shaking his head yet yelling out in agony. Sunshine then throws a fans beer in the face of Kevin while the referee was busy with Cena. Steen releases the hold and has a look that could kill. Sunshine is now scared and takes off running. Steen chases her. He catches up to her and has her by the wrist when Cena nail a Baseball Slide knocking Steen into the steel railing. Cena goes out and grabs him... Boston Massacre across the Steel railing!
Cena drags up Kevin and rolls him back in. He enters and covers... 1.. 2.. NOOOO!!!! He lifts him up for another Boston Massacre but Kevin elbows free and hits the Steenbreaker (Pumphandle Neckbreaker). He covers 1.. 2.. NO! Kevin signals for the Package Piledriver. He grabs John but he can't get him locked in then Cena uses his strength to power up. He has Steen on his shoulders... a Third Boston Massacre! 1.. 2.. 3!
Winner & Still Champion: John Cena
(Cena & Sunshine are in the ring celebrating when in walks his Wrestlemania Challenger. Cena looks like he wants to fight but Sunshine is keeping him back. No punches are thrown but the two men just stare a hole into each other as the show ends.)  | |
