CAPITOL OFFENSE 2020
1. Robbie Eagles vs AJ Styles
AJ continues his trek of taking on every member of Bullet Club. This is not a true test as Eagles is kind of a junior member. Styles dominates and ends it with a Styles Clash.
Winner: AJ Styles
(After the win out walks Chase Owens. He says beating Eagles isn't impressive at all. AJ invites Chase to get in the ring and get some himself. Chase agrees.)
2. Chase Owens vs AJ Styles
Even though it was a fairly easy win AJ still wrestled and is a little more worn than the fresh Chase. This is a much more even match with Owens hitting the CO2 for a near fall. He goes for Jewel Heist but Stlyes does a Matrix type escape then lands a Pele Kick. He has him... Styles Clash! 1.. 2.. 3!

3. Hana Kimura vs Eve Torres
Hana is in a bad mood as usual. She is all over Eve and hits her with some big moves before putting on a Kimura Lock for a submission.

4. The Ascension vs The Young Bucks
This was supposed to be for the Tag Team Titles but on the season premiere the Ascension were upset by the debuting Usos who took the titles. So we just have a tag match. It goes back and forth. Viktor hits Matt with a Running Shoulder Breaker. He covers but Nick breaks it up. The former champs double team Matt for a spell. Then Matt is able to make the hot tag. Nick is a house of fire raining haymakers on both men then hitting a DDT and Flatliner simultaneously. He covers for a near fall. Now all four men are in the ring. Konnor goes for Downward Spiral but eats a Superkick from Matt. They double clothesline him over the ropes. Then hit More Bang For Your Buck on Viktor and get the win.

5. Sami Zayn w/Paul Heyman vs Bad Luck Fale (X1 CLIMAX - A Block)
This is the first match of this years X1. Two men not loved by the fans. Fale obviously has the size and strength advantage. But Sami has Heyman and he has Zayn working a game plan to take out the leg of Fale. Sami targets it the whole match. but Fale is one tough SOB he fights thru t and hits Sami with a corner Splash. He goes for the Grenade but Sami escapes into a Stunner. Fale is dazed in the corner.... Helluva Kick! He backs away and nails another one. He rolls Fale up and gets the 3 count.
Winner: Sami Zayn (+2 Pts)
6. Gallows & Anderson vs Roppongi 3K w/Gedo
This is a wild one. Surprisingly fans are siding with Bullet Club in this one. But the upstart CHAOS team are eager to show their worth here in the USA. Gallows sends YOH so hard into the buckle he flips over and falls on the back of his neck. Now BC take turns pounding on him. Soon after Karl is distracted by Gedo and is hit with a single knee Facebreaker. Now its Roppongi 3K who go to work on him. Eventually everyone is brawling, Anderson catches SHO with a TKO but the ref doesn't allow the cover saying Doc is the legal man. Then the Japanese team catch Gallows with 3K and get the 3 count.
Winners: Roppongi 3K
7. Kenny Omega vs The Fallen Angel
This was a match a lot of fans circled on their program and with good reason. They go tooth and nail. Father Daniels hits Kenny with the BME for a near fall. Omega catches THe Fallen Angel with V-Trigger. He tries for the One-Winged Angel but Daniels slips out and has Omega in a Sleeperhold. Kenny is able to make the ropes.
The match wages on with a bunch of near falls. Father Daniels tries for Angel Wings but Kenny counters into a Belly to Back Piledriver. He sets up for the One-Winged Angel when Viktor runs in and attacks Omega. Causing the referee to call for the bell.

8. The iiConics vs The Canadian Ninjas
Byron Saxton points out that sitting in the crowd are the World Womens Tag Team Champions, The Fabulous Killer Baes. He also tells us that the winner of this grudge match will get a Title Match on the next XWA TV. THese two teams are more interested in tearing each others heads off though. This is a violent nasty affair. The iiConics who are now the darlings of XWA are really taking the fight to the Former World Champions. Kay hits a Northern Lights Suplex on Matthews for a 2 count. But then is caught with School Girl Crush from Portia. She covers, 1.. 2.. NO! Broken up by Peyton! The iiConics fire Perez into the ropes and give her a double Back drop.
Royce is in now with Nicole. She looks for a Tornado DDT but Matthews throws her off and Peyton lands face first on the mat. She goes for Vancouver Maneuver but Royce has it scouted and gets out and hits a release German Suplex. In comes Billie who dropkicks Nicole out the ring. She goes to dive out on her but misses. Now the Ninjas are stomping Billie out on the outside. The ref makes them give way. Kay is able to just get back in under the referee's count.
The Ninjas set up for Northern Lights-Out but Kay ducks it and forward rolls into a hot tag for Royce who is all over the Ninjas. She takes heir heads and knocks them together. She grabs Perez and calls in Kay for the Sick Knee From Sydney, but runs into a lariat from Matthews. Backstabber by Kay on Matthews! 1.. 2.. No! Superkick by Perez to Billie! She covers 1.. 2.. NOOOO!!! Both teams are beaten up and just start trading roundhouses when we hear the bell ring.

9. Will Ospreay w/Priscilla vs Hangman Page - XWA Cruiserweight Championship
Last time these two met Page was upset about Priscilla getting involved slightly. Will vowed to give Page a rematch with no outside interference. They wrestle a clean match. Will of course relying on some aerial offense while Hangman is more of a ground a pounder. But Page does hit a Running Shooting Star Press from the apron to the floor. Page is playing to the crowd as Priscilla is running to her man's side. Page is about to grab Will when he sees her. He has his hands on his hips in frustration. He gently lifts her up by the shoulders and moves he away.
Priscilla is furious that he put his hands on her. Then when Page turns back he is blasted by Ospreay who is also now seeing red. He sends him shoulder first into the ring post. Then fires him in to the ring steps. Will sends Page back into the ring. He follows behind and is stomping at him before getting to a knee and hitting straight rights to the head of the challenger. He stands now as some fans are booing his aggressiveness.
The next few minutes are all Ospreay. But he can't keep Page down for a 3 count. He goes for the Air Assassin (Imploding 450° Splash) but Hangman moves. He nails the Adam's Apple Lariat. He covers! 1.. 2.. NOOOO!!! Page is calling for the Rite of Passage. Priscilla is on the apron. Page is yelling at her and Will hits a Reverse Neckbreaker. Page is woozy as he stands and is met with the Hidden Blade. Hangman is out as Ospreay climbs the ropes... Air Assassin!!!! 1.. 2.. 3!

(After the match while Page is still down we see Priscilla bad mouthing him. Then she yells at Ospreay. He pulls Page up... Stormbreaker! The crowd is booing as Will and Priscilla give an "Up Yours" gesture to the crowd.)
10. Io Shirai vs Asuka - RSW Women's Title & XWA Femme Fatale Title
The two women enter the ring together. They both get a nice ovation with Asuka maybe a bit louder. They shake each other's hand. The match is a chess match early on. Obviously they know each other very well and both Champions are playing it close to the vest. After a while they start to open it up. Asuka nails Io with a Meteora. The then nails a Quebrada Splash(Lionsault) She gets a 2 count. Io comes back and hits a pair of running knees in the corner. She looks to go up for the Double Foot Stomp Moonsault but Asuka has it scouted and rolls out the ring. But Io not to be undone hits a Moonsault to the floor on Asuka.
Match continues and Asuka nails a Saito Suplex then goes into the Asuka Lock. Io looks like she's done but then gets a burst of energy and fights to the ropes. Asuka looks for the Spin Kick but Io ducks it and school girls her. 1.. 2.. NO! Asuka nips up quickly and this time catches her with the Spin Kick. 1.. 2.. NOOOOO!!!! They begin trading elbow shots. Both women rocked. Then out of nowhere Shirai hits a Hurracanrana. She quickly follows with the Trifecta! But on the 3rd Moonsault Asuka gets her knees up! She has her... Inverted DDT. Asuka goes for a Flying Cross Armbar but its countered! Io De Janeiro! 1.. 2.. 3!!!!
MAIN EVENT: Kevin Steen vs Sheamus vs Shawn Michaels - XWA Championship (Three Way Dance)
The difference between a Three Way Dance and a Triple Threat is the winner is the last man Standing. Both your opponents must be defeated for you to win. All three men throw caution to the wind and are going for Homeruns early. Discus Lariat by Steen on Michaels but he is grabbed and given White Noise by Sheamus. He covers for a quick 2. Shawn gives Sheamus a Teardrop Suplex then goes up top. Steen grabs Sheamus legs so he can't move as Michaels nails the Flying Elbow. They both cover but Sheamus kicks out.
Later Kevin and Sheamus hit a Double Suplex on HBK. Then they start trading haymakers. They are going back and forth. They are both getting tired when Shawn hits a Flying Double Clothesline on both men. Fistdrop to Kevin. He covers for two. Shawn looks for the Sharpshooter on Sheamus but Mr XWA is able to slug his way free. Sheamus sends Michaels hard into the corner. Then He tries to send Kevin in but he reverses and Sheamus is sent crashing into Shawn. Both fall to a seated position and Steen nails a Cannonball to both.
Sheamus hits some clubbing forearms to the chest of HBK. He gives Sheamus a goozle for the FRH but Steen breaks it. Sheamus goes for a running knee strike but Kevin moves and hits his knee in the buckle he backs off holding his knee and looks as Stee gives him a double middle finger. Sheamus turns around.... SWEET CHIN MUSIC!!! 1.. 2.. 3! Sheamus has been eliminated.
Now Steen & Michaels square off as the crowd comes to their feet. They then just charge each other and are raining punches on each other. Steen tries to send Michaels to the ropes but he comes off with a Flying Forearms. HBK nips up! He climbs the ropes. Flying Elbow connects. Now he is tuning up the band as the crowd stomps along. SWEET CHIN MUSIC.... Blocked! He spins Michaels and goes for a Back Suplex but Shawn lands on his feet and nails Sweet Chin Music! but the impact sent Steen through the ropes. Michaels goes out and gets Kevin back in. He goes up again... Flying Elbow... MISSES! Superkick by Steen! Pop-Up Powerbomb! 1.. 2.. 3!
