Austin Idol vs Billy Gunn : Idol is worse for the ware here . Gunn did a number on him the night before and got into his head . Idol fights with blind rage , but Gunn stays calm and hits the Famouser to win and advance .
Tommy Rich vs Iron Sheik : Sheik is really working Rich . He hits Suplexes at every angle . Tommy mounts a come back and dropkicks Sheik out of the ring . Kamala comes in and attacks Rich causing the Sheik to be DQ’d . It’s a two on one , until Sarge comes out and helps Rich . Sheik and Kamala high tail it out of there .
Terry Gordy vs Kevin Von Erich : Kevin did exactly what he said . He went right after Gordy . Kevin breaks every rule on the book , to avenge his brother . He gets the Claw in Gordy on the outside . Gordy bleeding , but has time to think . He knees Kevin in the nuts and rolls in just before 3 . Gordy advances , but he is beat up bad .
Michael Hayes vs Kamala : Kamala is totally lost without anyone to help him stay focused . Hayes capitalizes and hits the Bulldog for 3 .

During intermission it is announced that the following matches will take place on tv next week .

Second half of the show
Mr . Wrestling 2 vs Kabuki : Two has to uses those dirty tactics he talked about . He goes for his knnekift , but Hart trips him up . Kabuki hits a hook kick to finish off Two .
Badstreet vs Mike Von Erich : Badstreet heels it up . He gets a Russian leg sweep for two . He misses the Superkick , Mike makes him pay with a standing sidekick . Mike then uses a sunset flip to get the 3 !!!
Sgt Slaughter vs Greg Valentine : Valentine roughs up Sarge and gets a Figure Four . Sarge reverses it . Valentine late in the match eats the Slaughter Cannon for the 3 .
Nick Bockwinkle vs Tiger Mask : Tiger uses his speed and gets off a Tiger Feint Kick and then goes for a Tombstone. Art Barr gets up in the ring apron . Tiger takes his eyes off the prize . Bockwinkle with clubbing forearm to the back of the head and then a German for the 3 !
