- Cameron Grimes shocked the world as he was introduced as the Joker in the Openweight title ladder match …. The down-on-his-luck Grimes, having been given a new lease on life, pulled the big upset and won the ladder match to become the new Openweight Champion
- Fed up with the constant chaos caused by The Foundation and the Undisputed Era, Donald Trump declared their feud was hurting his business and therefore MLW wasn’t big enough for both factions …. He declared they will settle it in War Games at the Bash, with the losing faction forced to LEAVE MLW … We go ringside to the FIGHTLAND commentary team of JOE ROGAN, DANIEL CORMIER and JON ANIK ….Rogan welcomes everyone to tonight’s show and says the Great American Bash is underway, and the next stop is historic Fenway Park for MLW’s Great American Bash show … <center><p style="border:3px;border-style:solid;border-color:#FFFF00;padding:1em;"> IN THE BACK -
We see new Openweight Champion Cameron Grimes walking in the back …. Grimes is now clean shaven, his hair is cut and he is wearing a suit …. Grimes is all smiles when he suddenly comes face to face with Samoa Joe! Joe and Grimes staredown, but then Joe congratulates him and offers a handshake …. Joe says the Openweight title is important to him, and Grimes better live up to the legacy he set as the first champion …. Joe walks off ….</p></center> 2/3 FALLS MATCH: (Winner gets a shot at the UWF Womens tag team titles)

Mandy Rose’s presence at ringside pays off, helping Toxic Attraction take the first fall after she grabs Tegans leg as she tries to suplex Dolin back in the ring, causing Dolin to fall on top …. Mandy holds the leg for extra leverage and Dolin gets the pin ….

Mandy tries to get involved again, but this time she gets caught and the ref ejects her from ringside! …. With the odds now even, Team Kick is able to tie it up when Dakota pins Jayne following the Kai-ropractor

It comes down to the last fall, and both teams battle to a stalemate …. Tegan hits the shiniest wizard on Dolin, but Jayne distracts the ref …. All 4 women brawl on the floor, but Mandy Rose shows back up and nails Tegan from behind sending her shoulder-first into the ring steps …. She tosses her back in, and Dolin locks on Trapped in Sin (grounded octopus hold) …. The pressure on the shoulder is too much and Tegan has to tap out ….

The USOs come in and interrupt! Jey says they meant what they said, Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus may have the belts but they are overshadowed with what the USOs and Redragon have been doing …. They ain’t forgot about what Luchasaurus did to them last week, they just got bigger fish to fry right now ….
Jungle Boy holds up the MLW tag title belt and says ‘this is the biggest fish in MLW’ …. Jimmy says once they take care of business at War Games they are coming for them IF they get past the 3 way …. Jungle Boy says WHEN they win the 3 way they can have their shot anyplace, any time ….</p></center> At the announce desk, they discuss what happened at MLW #55 with Trump booking War Games for the Bash …. Adam Cole and Britt Baker come out for a promo …. BRITT: “Who’s ready for story time with Adam Cole Bay Bay???”COLE: “You know Britt, the eyes of the wrestling world are on tonight’s main event, because we find out who is gonna get the man advantage in the biggest match in MLW history …. Of course, it’s gonna be us. But there is a bigger issue at hand here. Because frankly, I don’t get it. I don’t get this hard on that Donald Trump has for Roman Reigns and the Samoan Bloodline …. I’m the biggest star in this company! I’m the first man to ever win a world title in 2 different weight classes. But yet I’m the guy that is constantly jerked around by Donald Trump. I don’t give a shit about Roman Reigns or the USOs, but I know as long as they are around I’m gonna keep getting screwed over so we just have to get rid of them …. It’s that simple. So after War Games, after we force them to leave MLW, Trump will have no choice but to ACKNOWLEDGE ME! To acknowledge the Undisputed Era as the most dominant group in this company! We get another segment with QUINN MCKAY interviewing Cameron Grimes …. Grimes talks about how his dad told him that he makes his own luck …. He’s been as low as a man can get, he got beat up by a woman for gimmick infringement, he was a world champion but lost everything, but the reaction he got last week made all the difference in the world to him …. And this is just the beginning because Cameron Grimes is going too … tha … moon!
Rex Steiner interrupts and confronts Grimes …. He makes no excuses, and also offers Grimes respect as the new champion …. Steiner wants to be the first man to challenge Grimes for the title at the Bash …. Grimes accepts ….</p></center> 2/3 NIGEL MCGUINESS

HOOKBefore the next match, the crowd starts buzzing as JON MOXLEY makes his way down through the crowd! Moxley has popcorn and a drink and takes a seat in the front row to watch the next match!  Nigel taunts HOOK, but Hook gets a double leg takedown and locks in a choke …. Nigel escapes in the ropes and powders outside, where he gets in Moxley’s face …. Hook plays to the crowd and follows him out but Nigel gets a headbutt and then hammers Hook with European uppercuts …. Hook dodges a lariat and hits the El Camino suplex, then lays in some cross-faces …. Hook goes for Redrum but Nigel blocks it …. Nigel fires back, but HOOK plants him with a Northern Lights Suplex but Nigel kicks out …. Head and arm taz-plex follows but Nigel goes to the eyes …. He sits Hook on the top rope and goes for the Tower of London but Hook blocks it into the Redrum!!!! He takes Nigel down the body scissors and forces him to tap out!!!! POST MATCH: Moxley jumps the railing and comes in the ring to face off with Hook …. After a couple of moments, Moxley reaches out and grabs Hooks hand …. Neither man break eye contact, but Moxley just raises Hook’s hand and then leaves …. <center><p style="border:3px;border-style:solid;border-color:#FFFF00;padding:1em;"> IN THE BACK -
Johnny Gargano & Tomasso Ciampa cut a promo and Johnny wants their rematch for the titles …. It will be a ladder match! Ciampa says this match represents their legacy because they took the road less traveled and climbed the ladder to success one ring at a time to win the belts …. They lost straight up to Meltdown, no excuses …. But they got their rematch for the titles and now Meltdown is in their element …. They will walk away 2x world tag team champions ….</p></center> Up next, MLW champion Will Ospreay’s music hits! However, the music continues to play but he doesn’t come out …. After a minute or so, Miro emerges from the tunnel and he’s dragging the body of Ospreay in one hand and holding the MLW title in the other!!!! He tosses Ospreay down on the ramp and he is motionless as Miro has the mic ….  WINNER RECEIVES MAN ADVANTAGE IN WAR GAMES
THE USOS (Jimmy & Jey) & SOLO SIKOA
vs.
UNDISPUTED ERA (Kyle O’Reilly, Bobby Fish & Roderick Strong)
The USOs and Sikoa hit the ring and the fight is on from the bell …. The Samoans run wild and control the early going, but Strong cuts Sikoa off on the floor with the sick kick and from there the UE take over …. Sikoa takes the heat but fights back with strikes and then a Samoan drop to Fish and both guys are down …. Hot tag to Jey, who runs wild on everyone …. Double superkick from the USOs to O’Reilly but Strong breaks it up and now all 6 men are back in …. Sikoa gets hit with No Mans Land from Redragon, then they set up Jey for Chasing the Dragon but Jimmy breaks it up with a superkick! Jey rolls O’Reilly into a small package and has the pin but the ref is trying to get everyone out of the ring! Adam Cole comes out of the crowd and rolls Kyle over to where he has the pin on Jey! Kyle grabs the tights for extra leverage as the ref turns around and counts 1 … 2 … 3! The Undisputed Era celebrate as now they have the man advantage in the War Games match! Cole and co. head up the ramp, BUT ROMAN REIGNS BLOCKS THEIR PATH! Instead of fighting Reigns, The Undisputed Era go through the crowd and escape, with Cole pointing to his head indicating that he just outsmarted the Foundation ….  The show closes with a rundown of the Great American Bash card ….
