Roster limits are
32 Men
14 Women
6 Managers
7 Staff Members (This includes Announcers. Ring Announcers, Owner, GM, Interviewers, etc)
Now you can use more than the allotted numbers but they aren't protected. Others can sign them or use them on their shows as they seem fit. Also you can use anyone you want in any role you like. Your only hindrance is your own creativity.
No illicit photos. Lets keep this PG-13.
Cursing in a show setting is allowed but lets not get overboard. I rather you bleep out some of the more explicit words.
We will be crowning World Champions at some point. When we do. Your Champion must defend his title against a ranked competitor at least once every 30 days.
All World title changes will be voted upon by the Board of Governors.
The Board consists of anyone running a promotion in the IWA. If you run more than one promotion you still get only 1 Board vote.
I am not enforcing a 30 day rule but I ask for you to try to have at least one show every 30 days. If you go on too long I will contact you and then I will decide if you will remain.
Talent hoarding. We are brand new with TONS of names out here. But if you sign someone who is not used in 90 days that talent will be released into the Available list. It makes no sense to hold on to someone that long without them being heard from in some fashion.
Concerning Rankings: Every promotion is allowed to nominate 3 pieces of talent per World Title.
Title Voting: It will move to a different Promoter each month. Every promoter gets to Vote Yes or No as to a title change. Then must put their top two choices for that title. Whether they voted Yes or No. The 1st voted promotion gets 2 points the 2nd gets 1 point. If the majority votes to switch a title. The promotion with the most total points wins the title. Every Promoter gets only 1 vote no matter how many Promotions they may be running.
Self Voting: Self Voting for a title is allowed as long as you have someone in the the top 5. Should someone self vote without having someone in the top 5 the votes from that promoter in said division will become Null & Void.
