PRESENTS:

Progress Wrestling Presents: Battle of Los Angeles Night 2 9r249hF

Joey Styles: "Hello everybody and welcome to night two of The Battle of Los Angeles! If you joined us last night, you know alot went down! We seen the debut of AJ Styles, who will be in action here tonight in The second round of the tournament.  How about Omega vs Ibushi part 2? What an incredible match. But the one that has everybody talking...... was the arrival of this man...... "The Rated R Superstar" EDGE!!!!!!"

The crowd erupts as Edge makes his way to the ring!

Joey Styles: "I have to admit, if someone told me three months ago then we would see Edge here in Progress Wrestling...... I would not have believed it! But welcome aboard!"

Progress Wrestling Presents: Battle of Los Angeles Night 2 U8rFxr4

Edge: "Thanks Joey! It's great being here and to tell you the truth, if someone would have said the same thing to me three months ago about being here, I'm not sure I would of believed them either! But it's been a long time since I've stepped inside a wrestling ring. And when Pat McAfee called me up, I jumped on the opportunity.

And I know everyone is asking why I speared Kevin Owens last night. It's real simple......when McAfee called me up about coming here, I got real excited about the possibilities. Just look at the roster! Guys like Malakai Black...... Cody Rhodes....... Seth Rollins! And I could go on and on. So knowing all the talent that is here, I knew I couldn't just walk in the front door. I had to wait for the right moment! Make my arrival huge! And who better than to do it to a guy like Kevin Owens? The guys a bully! A jerk! And I knew he would never see it coming!

And now I'm here Joey! And with all these Edge-heads behind me we are going......"

Kevin Owens makes his way towards the ring in a real slow and somber mood.

Progress Wrestling Presents: Battle of Los Angeles Night 2 KGcj7zk

Kevin Owens: "The past 24 hours has been a real roller coaster of a ride for me. I can still hear those people last night screaming for me to stop beating on Generico. I can still taste his blood. I could feel the anticipation of ripping his mask off. And then...... you came along! And you ruined it all. Who the hell do you think you are? You think you can just sign the big contract from McAfee and just waltz in here and stick your nose in my business?

Wait a minute! Where are my manners? I didn't even introduce myself properly to you. My name is Kevin Fucking Owens!!!"

KO drops the microphone and attacks Edge and the fight is on between them as Joey Styles hightails in to safer ground. KO nails Edge with several punches then he goes for a Stunner, but Edge slides out and Edge hits a flatliner. Edge sets up in the corner for the spear but KO sees it coming and rolls out of the ring before Edge can hit it. Security comes out to escort KO back to the dressing room area as highlights are shown from round one of the tournament.

Progress Wrestling Presents: Battle of Los Angeles Night 2 FHSOnAR

Joey Styles: "If you ever doubted that El Hijo Del Vikingo belonged here or could hang with the big dogs..... now you know! That kid is for real and even in a losing effort, should gain the respect of the entire wrestling world. And what can you say about Kenny Omega? They guy continues to put on incredible matches and now has to be considered the odds on favorite to win this tournament!"

Riddle got the ROLLUP OF DEATH on Lashley for the pinfall win after 10 minutes.

Progress Wrestling Presents: Battle of Los Angeles Night 2 AkZI0Po

Joey Styles: "We may have some controversy here...... it was clear that Riddle was tapping. But because he had to duck the feet of Riddle bouncing off the ropes, the ref missed it and Lashley made a huge mistake in releasing the hold! Nonetheless,  Matt Riddle finds himself in the Semi-Finals!"
