Gordon : Thank you Freddy Miller , thank you to this very lively crowd here at the WGN Studio Museum of Broadcasting. Most of all thank you at home for joining us . On today’s show . Ray Stevens is in action . Nick Bockwinkle is here as well . Randy Orton and Dave Batista will make their tag team debut . The Rock N Roll Express are in action and our main event tonight the AWA Junior Heavyweight Champion El Santo put his title on the line against one half of the High Flyers Jim Brunzell . When we come back though it’s David Von Erich in action .

David Von Erich vs Mike Davis : Davis gets in some offense , but Von Erich though not needed uses short cuts to take over the match . He ends it in the Iron Claw .
Gordon : A win for David Von Erich this week . I see you have started using the Iron Claw to win your matches .
David : No from now on Solie , you will refer to it as the David Von Erich Claw . Not the Iron Claw not the Von Erich Claw, the David Von Erich claw because unlike my brothers and my dad , my claw actually ends matches . My claw is different . 85 percent of the pressure comes from my fingers and not my hand . I apply to 6 different pressure points on the head . I am the only man in the world to use this . It’s mine . Sure others use it . My dad , my stupid brothers , Blackjack Mulligan , Baron Von Rashke but let’s get it straight . There is only one true claw master and his name is David Von Erich .

Gordon : Welcome back . Joining me now the NWA World Heavyweight Champion Undertaker . Well sir you requested air time .
Undertaker : Gordon , I just wanted to talk a little bit about my opponent at Sacrifice. Lex Luger , you just showed the world you are one tough son of a bitch . There wasn’t one guy in that Ultimate Rumble that wasn’t a top 25 wrestler . You out lasted a rattle snake , a Russian Nightmare and probably the greatest technical and dirtiest wrestler walking on this earth . You’ve been in the combat zone with Curt Hennig , so I know you are no stranger to mixing it up and going to hell and back . You see Lex I’m no stranger to the combat and I’ve mixed it up with some of the best . I don’t need to name drop , they know and you know who they are . At Sacrifice, I’m going to drag you into hell with me . I’m going to torture your body and along the way I’m going to break your spirit , but don’t worry in the end nobody will ever forget the name Lex Luger , because I’m gonna make you famous .
HHH comes out . In tow Eddie Guerrero the WGN Television Champion . The two man team known as Evolution, Randy Orton and Dave Batista and of course Babydoll .
Taker : Oh look it’s Super Skank and the her whipped servants .
Babydoll : Shut your mouth Taker . We have unfinished business . HHH …..
Taker : Yes , I know didn’t take enough of an ass kicking the last time . Now there are four of you and I assume this means I’m going to be ganged up on after I tell you , that I’ll be happy to beat the living hell out of you again Hunter , just name the time and place .
Hunter : I will soon . Oh and the first half of what you said , yeah that’s true . Guys ….
Hunter goes right after Taker , but before the rest of the Dynasty can get to him , Tully Blanchard , Tommy Rich and Bret Hart come out and join in the fight.
Gordon : Oh brother , I’ll tell you what we have a piersixer going on . We have to get order restored. We’ll be back .

Gordon : Welcome back and joining me now is Mr . Karbo .
Karbo : Thank you Gordon , well it seems there is an issue here that needs resolved . Now next Saturday night we had a big house show planned at Four Winds Field in South Bend . Well , that show is sold out without us even announcing matches yet . So just 15 minutes before this WGN let me know they wanted to buy Programing to televise this show . So on Saturday Night May 13th , you will see live on WGN Fate at Four Winds . Your main event will be The NWA World Heavyweight Champion The Undertaker taking on HHH and I’m making this a Hell In A Cell . Before the end of the show Freddy Miller will have the rest of the card .
Gordon : Thank you Mr . Karbo let’s go to the ring .
Ray Stevens vs SD Jones : Stevens isn’t playing around . His brutal style puts a hurting on Jones . He ends it with a Bombs Away .
Nick Bockwinkle post match jumps in the ring . He and Stevens are mixing it up , when ……
Gordon : Someone else is in the ring . It’s Pat Patterson !!! Wait a minute he’s going after Bockwinkle . It’s two on one . Patterson with an airplane spin into a FU wow !!! Stevens now has a chair . Nick it getting to his feet and ooooo !!! Stevens just waffles him with that chair . Now …. Oh no !! A spiked Piledriver on the chair . Nick Bockwinkle is not moving . We’ll be back .

Stevens and Patterson are at the podium .
Stevens
kinda shoving Solie to the side ) Nick , this is what I’m taking about . You couldn’t get the job done . I want tag team gold and you failed to hold up your end of the rope . So I got myself a partner . A partner that will bring me that tag team gold . All you gotta do is if you don’t want your ass kicked is stay out of our way .
Patterson : That’s right we are going to run every tag team in this division out of town . We’re gonna break necks and cash checks and when it’s all said and done the AWA Tag Team Titles will come home to stay with the Bay Area Bad Guys .
Ole Anderson comes out to the podium with Mike Sharpe .
Ole : So one big mouth team request a trade to get away from us and now you two loud mouths show up . We already got a problem.
Patterson : And what exactly is that ??
Ole : You can do anything you want around here . Want to beat up Nick Bockwinkle that’s fine . Hell , I don’t like him myself .? Want to attack Shawn Michaels go right ahead . Want to tag team gold , go for it . Anything you want to do is fine by us . That being said today you crossed a line . Today you pushed my friend out of the way and me and Mike now have a problem .
Patterson : You mean if I do this , you’ll get mad ?
Shoves Gordon who falls this time .
Ole and Sharpe now jump on the Bay Area Bad Guys . They brawl yo to the back . Karbo and Verne Gagne come out and check on Gordon .

Verne : Welcome back everybody . Gordon is fine , a bit shaken up , but he’ll be back next week . Freddy Miller and myself are going to take you the rest of the way .
Freddy : And you know Verne , think about Gordon Solie , it takes 2 of us to fill in for just him .
Verne : Well , why don’t we let the action speak for us . Let’s go to the ring .
Rock N Roll Express vs Chick Donovan & Jake Milliman : Good back and fourth match . RNR wins with a double dropkick .
They join Miller at the podium .
Miller : Ricky , Robert , recently you pulled a fast one in the AWA Tag Team Champions the Midnight Express and Jim Cornette .
Robert : Freddy , me and Ricky here made a mistake . We’ve been trying to correct that mistake ever since , but Cornette , Bobby & Dennis have been a step ahead of us .
Ricky : That’s right , so we out smarted them . We went under the mask and daddy let me tell you , we went out and found this man , come on out here big fella .
The crowd pops big time for El Giagatesco de Lucha .
Ricky : The biggest damn Lucha we could find . 6’8 300 pounds daddy and you all ain’t seen nothing yet . Next Saturday Night we just got told we got em in a six man tag team match . Big man , you ready to mash ?
Gigantesco: Si .
Ricky : You ready to get down and funky ?
Gigantesco: Si .
Ricky : You ready to boogie woogie woogie until you can’t boogie no more , baby !
Gigantesco: Si !
Ricky : Whoo !! That’s what I’m talking about baby . Cornette , Express , Bubba we are ready for a fight next week , but sooner or later , we are gonna get those belts back here where they belong .
Freddy : Thank you guys . Verne , they sound ready .
Verne : They are fired up for sure . And I do think at some point , they will get those belts back . More tag team action when we come back .

Evolution vs Bryan Adias & Scott Casey : At first the Adias & Casey do really well , but a nasty clothesline from Batista on Bryan changes all that . Now Randy Orton punts him in the head and then a hangmen’s DDT. He tags off to Batista who buckle bombs him . Casey has seen enough . He runs in the ring only to get shoulder tackled by Batista. Batista press slams him over the ropes down to the floor . Hart and Tully come out and throw in the towel and the men fight to the back .
Verne : Looks like Bret Hart and Tully Blanchard don’t like bullies as much as me .
Freddy . Fans when we come back it’s El Santo taking on someone you’re very familiar with Verne , Jimmy Brunzell. We’ll be back .

Freddy Miller : Welcome back . Verne , up next one of your trainees is getting a big opportunity now .
Verne : I’m super excited for Jimmy . El Santo is a great wrestler . This is Jimmy’s first crack at gold here in AWA . This should be good .
AWA Junior Heavyweight Title El Santo vs Jimmy Brunzell : Brunzell takes it right to Santo . He gets off his amazing dropkick and covers 1……..2………Santo has a foot on the ropes . Brunzell goes after the Luchadore’s leg off the break . Verne sounds displeased that Jimmy stomped on the leg like that . Brunzell now post the leg . He slides back on the ring and clamps down on a step over toe hold . Santo kicks him off and then rolls out of the ring . Brunzell with a Flying Tiger Space Drop into Santo on the outside . Then puts his foot in the railing and stomps on it . Verne is freaking out . Brunzell roles Santo back in and now puts on the Figure Four !!! Santo is thriving in pain . However he’s able to reverse it !! Jimmy gets to the ropes and stomps on the leg some more . Then goes right back into the Figure Four , but on the step over , Santo pulls him down into a small package for 3 !!!
Freddy : A rough fought come from behind win for our Junior Heavyweight Champion El Santo .
Verne post match goes up to the ring to talk to his student . Brunzell argues a bit . Verne says something else . Brunzell nods and the two hug it out .
Verne joins Freddy back at the desk .
Freddy : Verne , can I ask what that was all about ?
Verne : Jimmy while a good wrestler has always been a mid card wrestler . Great tag team wrestler with my son Greg , but both of them together are solid mid card signals wrestlers . Jimmy doesn’t want to tag anymore , he wants to be one of the top Super Junior Heavyweights and go after Chris Jerhico . I’m going to divide my time , tagging with Greg and managing Jimmy . I’ll make him great , which is something I should have done to begin with . This is my fault . I’m going to correct it . I taught these boys about being good tag team wrestlers and not singles wrestler . Sometimes my ego gets in my way . I have to do what’s good for Jimmy and Greg .
Freddy : Fair enough . Fans joining me now Mr . Karbo .
Karbo : Freddy , I promised these folks out here and on tv that we will have a line up for Fate at Four Winds . So here it is and as you can see at the top , I added a match after hearing Verne just now .

Then fans our televised portion of the show . On WGN. We kick it off with the debut of Mr . Fuji and Mr . Saito taking on Greg & Verne Gagne .
Oh boy !! This is a good one . Roman Reigns gets his WGN Television Title shot against Eddie Guerrero.
Shawn Michaels puts his Great Lakes Championship against Baron Von Rashke
NWA National Heavyweight Champion Randy Savage will be here and he will take on The Rock !
And your main event the NWA World Heavyweight Title is on the line . The Undertaker going up against HHH in a hell in a cell . The gates open at 4pm . The dark matches start at 5 and the TV matches at 6:30 pm .
