AWA # 15 : Uneasy Alliances
Freddy : AWA All Star Wrestling Saturday Morning . Bringing you the greatest stars from , Britain , Germany , Mexico , Canada and the United States . This is Freddy Miller and here is your host Gordon Solie .
Gordon : Thank you Freddy Miller , thank you fans at home and here at the WGN Museum of Broadcasting studios . As you can hear , a rather lively crowd and why not . A big six man tag team match headed our way today . The AWA Heavyweight Champion HHH , Eddie Guerrero and Randy Orton taking on The WGN Television Champion Bret Hart his partner Tommy Rich and a man that was kind of forced into this situation, Tully Blanchard .
We will have that match in just a little while , but first there is wrestling tonight at the UIC Pavilion for Stacked . The AWA Tag Team Champions the Midnight Express are in nontitle action against the Executioners of the Midnight Express win the AWA Tag Title can only be defended in the UWF and a neutral site .
The Rock taking on the National Heavyweight Champion Randy Macho Man Savage .
The Great Lakes Champion Shawn Michaels taking on Owen Hart .
Your main event the NWA World Heavyweight Champion The American Bad Ass The Undertaker making a title defense against the AWA Heavyweight Champion HHH .
And Jerry Blackwell will be in action against the man in the ring right now Ole Anderson . Let’s go to the ring .
Ole Anderson vs Mike George : Ole is really working over George’s arm . Blackwell comes out and distracts him . George takes advantage. A big boot almost gets the 3 . George with a Powerslam . Ole kicks out . Ole gets a Fujiwara on George staring down Blackwell the whole time . George taps . Ole gets to his feet and Blackwell retreats .
Ole goes to the podium .
Ole : Run away you coward . Tonight , you won’t run far though . I finally got one if you where I want you , in the ring . With every punch , every arm drag and every stomp , I’m gonna make you pay for putting Gene on the shelf and then I’m gonna break your fat stupid arm , then go beat down your partner .
Gordon : A fired up Ole Anderson as he should be . We’ll be back .

Gordon : Right now , in the ring , the man who will face Shawn Michaels tonight for the Great Lakes Championship Owen Hart . Let’s go to the ring .
Owen Hart vs Mike Jackson : The two shake hands and circle , but it’s an attack they don’t see coming . Babydoll leads out the Dynasty , Bret runs to the rescue of his brother . Tully comes out joins Bret . Shawn comes out . The whole thing is a complete mess .
Gordon : We have to get ordered restored . We’ll be back .
Break
Out of the break , Owen is hurt . Bret is beside himself .
Gordon : Welcome back . It appears that Owen Hart is going to the hospital . Bret is right now is talking to Wildfire Tommy Rich out here and now yes , yes it appears he is going with his brother .
Tommy if I can get a word here .What exactly were you and Bret taking about ?
Tommy : Well Gordon , Bret was wantin to stay and fight , but I told him that he should go with his brother . Now I need Tully Blanchard to come out here .
Blanchard comes to the podium .
Rich : Look , I don’t much like you and I know I ain’t your favorite person . Right now though , it’s just the two of us against those 3 . Look here , you want a piece of me , that’s fine , but let’s do it later . We gotta fight on our hands .
Tully : I know what we got ahead of us . Some time , some where , I’m going to get even with you . You cost me my WGN title , but those people failed me . All you did was even a score . And as much as I hate your guts , I respect guys like you . You have my word , I’ll fight along side of you today and I’ll fight with you another day .
Rich : Alright , let’s do this . Gordon , looks like it’s gonna be 3 on 2 . Somebody say sumpin about a fight . Well let’s fight .
Rich and Tully Storm the ring . Rich dropkicks Eddie over the top rope . Now he and Tully are mixing it up with Hunter and Orton . Eddie gets back in and elbows Tully on the back of the head and now he and Orton are beating him down in the corner .
Gordon : Wait a minute ! Shawn Michaels is out here ! He’s now in the ring . He’s joined Tommy and Tully . It’s now 3 on 3 and Wally Karbo is out here .
Karbo : Gordon , Shawn is officially in this match as a substitute for Bret Hart . This match starts now and Gordon we have stand by matches should it end early .
Gordon : Very well and we’ll be back . Cameras are rolling in case of a pinfall .
Break
Out of the break Shawn has Orton in a headlock . Both men are on the mat . Babydoll distracts the ref , which allows Eddie to come in and drop an elbow on Shawn . Rich tries to get in the ring and Tully holds him back . He knows this tactic allows for triple teaming . Orton with a Powerslam . He tags off to Eddie who hits a snap suplex into a set of turnbuckles . He’s putting the boots to Shawn . Hunter gets the tag and knees Shawn in the gut several times then a Kneelift . He gets off a Pedigree. He covers 1……2…… Tully breaks it up !!!
Gordon : Wait a minute the Undertaker is out here now looking on .
Babydoll comes out and starts yelling at Taker to leave ringside . He laughs . She smacks him and he grabs her up over his shoulder and carries her off .
Gordon : The NWA World Heavyweight Champion has just kidnapped Babydoll .
Hunter still distracted doesn’t see Shawn get the hot to Tully . Tully with a back cracker and then the Slingshot Suplex . He covers , Rich gets in the way of Eddie … 1….2…..3 !!!
Gordon : The AWA Heavyweight Champion was just pinned by Tully Blanchard !! Wow !!
It’s now 3 vs 2 in this tag team elimination match . Eddie quickly grabs Tully and tosses him from the ring , while Orton slams his head into the ring apron on the outside . Shawn and Tommy give chase . Tully staggers back into the ring and Eddie clotheslines him . He goes up for the Frog Splash but Shawn shakes the ropes. Eddie falls into the ring . Orton makes the tag however . Tully tags Rich .
Orton and Rich are mixing it up and then Orton with a rake to the eyes then a neck breaker . He hits a Hangmen’s DDT and then waits as Tommy staggers up , he goes for the RKO , but Tully leaps on front of him and he takes it instead !!!! Tommy tags off to Shawn who hits a Superkick! He covers 1……2…….3 !!! It’s now 3 on one . Eddie is pointing to Shawn , Hunter is back out and drags Eddie off the ring apron . He whispers something in Eddie’s ear and the two of them run off . Eddie takes the 10 count .
Gordon : Not sure what just happened , but look at this Shawn Michaels and Tully Blanchard are shaking hands and now Tommy Rich is shaking the hand of Tully . Strange days indeed here . We’ll be back .
Gordon : Welcome back and it appears that Babydoll was in a situation in the building . Wally Karbo is here . Mr . Karbo ?
Karbo : Gordon , I wouldn’t call it a situation. All the Undertaker did was lock her on the Bozo Show set of the museum here . She was perfectly fine , apparently she has a fear of clowns . We got her out and she’s fine , but I’m ordering her not to be at tonight’s show , due to being in a mental of state of distress. Therefore The Undertaker takes on HHH with no Babydoll . Also I saw Eddie pointing on Shawn Michaels , well I don’t reward bad behavior, but I do punish . Eddie Guerrero, you want Shawn Michaels tonight , you got him but not for the Great Lakes Championship . You have him in a tag match with Tully Blanchard. I hope you and Randy have something left .
Gordon : WOW !! Some big news here , right now let’s go to the ring , where the Rock is in action .
The Rock vs George South : South looks good for a bit , but the Rock takes over and wins with the People’s Elbow .
He joins Gordon at the podium .
Gordon : Rocky , tonight you get your chance at the National Heavyweight Title , when you take on Randy Savage .
Rock : Gordon , you got it all wrong . It’s nit the Rock getting a chance at the National Heavyweight Title. No sir . It’s the Macho Man Randy Savage getting a Chandra to go one on one with the Great One . Haha .
You see the Rock for the first time in months is focused and ready to take what the people want him to take . It’s the Rock’s National Heavyweight Title by Devine right . The Rock isn’t worried about Eddie Gilbert and his two midgets. Or his overgrown ugly ass bald hippy wannabe . No sir the People’s Champ is gonna bring home the Peoples National Heavyweight Title . If ya smeelllllll low low low what the Rock is cookin .

The Executioners vs Mikey Whipwreck and Sandman : Mikey and Sandman do ok , but this team of Executioners 1 & 2 are definitely no joke . 1 puts Mikey in a Bearhug , while 2 hits a Big Boot . Think Heart Attack only with a running big boot . 2 covers and gets the 3 .
After the match they join Gordon take of their mask .
Gordon : Well Dangerous Dan Spivey and Killer Kowalski .
Killer : That’s right , this way Jimmy Boy doesn’t complain about being swerved by masked opponents.
Spivey : MXE , you two better be ready because tonight we are gonna kick your butts all over Chicago .
Gordon : Very well and we should mention that there are a limited number of seats left , so join us at the UIC Pavilion tonight for Saturday Night Stack . When we come back Freddy Miller will join us to wrap things up and talk about Saturday Night Stacked.

Bryan Danielson defends his AWA Junior Heavyweight Title against Greg Gagne .
Tag Team Action Randy Orton and Eddie Guerrero of The Dynamic Dynasty takes on Tully Blanchard and Shawn Michaels .
