WWF # 7 : Savage vs Hogan .
Bill Apter : Hello fans , don’t worry , this is WWF . Tonight however we begin with the Apter Report . I’m Bill Apter joining you by ringside . Bob Costas is on vacation.
Heenan : Is this going to take long Apter , the humanoids miss me when I’m not on air .
Apter : Well Bobby Heenan, the faster you let me get to the report , the faster you get the spotlight.
Heenan : Ok , but watch your tone with me Apter , I can have bounced . Do you really think Costas is vacation?
Apter : Well fans this is the Apter Report and let’s not ignore the elephant in the room . There is a new World Heavyweight Champion . The Undertaker won a very tough match against a dangerous Nikita Koloff . Look for the World Heavyweight Champion to be here in WWF real soon .
In Florida the hostility between Dusty Rhodes and Ric Flair continues to grow .
Out in California , Steve Austin will be teaming up with a partner of his choosing to take on David Schultz and Roddy Piper .
In the UWF , Chris Adams will be squaring off against Jake The Snake Roberts soon and Arn Anderson Will continue to instruct him .
AWA , besides the Undertaker being World Heavyweight Champion , Tully Blanchard has left the Dynamic Dynasty.
Finally here tonight in the WWF , we have a special treat . Our main event this week , The National Heavyweight Champion Randy Macho Man Savage is defending against Hulk Hogan .
That’s your Apter Report . When we come back the WWF Television Champion Taz will take on Kevin Nash .
Heenan : Ha !! That midget is going to be a grease stain .
Apter : We’ll be right back .

WWF Television Title Taz vs Kevin Nash : In the early going , Nash’s power and size comes into play . However , he misses a big boot , that Taz turns into a Dragon Screw . Taz now puts on an STF . Nash is fighting for all he’s worth . Taz switches to the Tazmission !!! Heyman is ushering Shane Douglas out , who is up on the ring apron . Paul Orndorff now gets in the ring as the ref is trying to get Douglas down . Orndorff pulls Taz off and goes for a Piledriver , but Taz backdrops him over the top rope . Nash is up as Shane jumps down , clothesline by Nash . He goes for a Jackknife , but Taz uses his legs , grabs the arm and slips onto a Triangle Choke . Time runs out .
Heenan : What the hell ? Out of time ? Nash was cheated .
Apter : I thought Taz was cheated . How many guys did he have to fight ?
Heenan : Were you watching the same match Apter ? Taz was using 32 illegal moves . Heyman and company just tried to even the score .
Apter : Fans when we come back , Bob Backlund is on action.
Heenan : There go the ratings .
Break
Bob Backlund vs Buddy Lee Parker : Backlund wins with a Crossface Chicken Wing . Backlund gets the mic after the match .
Backlund : I’ve got something to say .
Heenan : Can he even form a sentence?
Apter : Mr . Heenan , please …
Backlund : I had a lot of bad luck in AWA , seemed like I could never win a match there .
Heenan : Could or be because he’s not good ?
Backlund : I feel pretty good about where my direction is going here however . So I need to step up on competition . Next week , Larry Zbysko I would like to wrestle you . You are one of the best wrestlers in this company . I want to see if I can go up to that next level.
Larry comes out and takes the mic .
Larry : While I appreciate the compliment, I don’t think you’re ready for me . So my answer for the time being is no .
Kabuki comes out and gets in the ring . He looks at Backlund and points .
Backlund : Ok , next week .
Kabuki bows and takes his leave .
Apter : Well that was interesting .
Heenan : Well , next week , we will see Bob Backlund cry . I can’t wait .
Apter : Fans , when we come back it’s the WWF Tag Team Champions , The Road Warriors .

The Road Warriors vs The Mulkeys : Not much to tell . Randy gets destroyed in the Doomsday Device .
Hawk gets on the mic .
Hawk : Let me make this short and sweet . Anyone who wants to fight , we’ll put up the belts . Usos , Nash and Hogan , the Fat Farm . When it’s all said and done , Hayes , Gordy , we’re not done until we say we are .
Heenan : All I heard was incoherent rambling , you know , kinda like your head Apter .
Apter : Fans when we come back the National Heavyweight Title is on the line .

National Heavyweight Title Randy Savage vs Hulk Hogan : Heyman and company are all out with Hogan . They try everything they can to distract Savage . It works too . Hogan has him in a Bearhug and Savage is really favoring his back . He bites Hogan’s forehead to get out of it . Then hits a two armed clothesline to put Hogan on the mat . Savage goes up , Nash starts shaking the ropes . The Road Warriors are out and come out with chains . Heyman’s entire family wisely retreats . Hogan misses the Leg Drop ! Savage goes up …… Flying Elbow for the 3 .
The show fades to black as Savage takes his title and walks up the ramp way .
