The show opens up and the cameras catch The Freebirds,  Michael Hayes and Terry Gordy in a VIP Suite, celebrating their Crockett Cup and world tag title win. Hayes and Gordy are drinking whiskey and have their own personal stripper dancing for them.......




 Michael Hayes: "Here Bam Bam..... have another shot Brother! Tonight we celebrate.....Freebird style! My God..... have you ever seen the Confederate flag look so good! Keep dancing honey!:        


Hayes takes a shot and throws money at the stripper as the celebrate party is in full swing!












 Jim Ross: "Hello everybody..... and welcome to another exciting edition of the UWF! As you can see, the festivities are under way as The Freebirds are celebrating their recent world title victory! We have a great show lined up for you tonight with a Slobberknocker of a main event, as Doctor Death Steve Williams will defend his UWF TV title against King Kong Bundy! Doc coming off the heels of a big first round victory in March Madness over Bob Backlund. And now he will face Barry Windham in the second round, but what shape will he be in after facing Bundy here tonight? Fans, we have lots to get to..... including the UWF debut of this man........"    







The crowd pops huge as the phenomenal  one...... AJ Styles makes his way to the ring!







 Match One: AJ Styles vs David Young                  

Young attacks with clubs at the start. Styles ducks a clothesline and gets in a chop and dropkick. Styles misses with a jab and Young puts him in position for a full-nelson slam but Styles counters with a deep armdrag. Styles hits another armdrag but gets taken down by a shoulderblock. Styles springs to life with a rana off the mat that sends Young to the outside.  Back inside, Young blocks a vertical suplex but Styles is able to connect with some forearms. Young sends Styles onto the apron and knocks him to the outside after an attempt at a springboard. Young connects with a beautiful springboard moonsault to the outside. Back in, Young covers for two. Styles comes back with some rights and lands on his feet after a German suplex. Young ducks a clothesline and gets a go-behind. Styles with a standing switch. Young gets one of his own and hits a nice suplex into the turnbuckles. Cover gets two. Styles gets a crucifix pin coming off the ropes for two. A Styles roll up gets him two more. Young ends the pin sequence with an enzuigiri for two. A snapmare sets Young up for a figure-four head scissors. He transitions into a chinlock but Styles fights it off. Young puts a stop to it with a powerslam for two. Brainbuster gets Young two more. Back to the chinlock.

Styles elbows out and hits a superkick for two. Styles ducks a clotheslines and hits his inverted DDT springing off the ropes for two. Styles gets a back body drop and some kicks. A chop drops Young. Back up, Young attempts another full-nelson slam but turns it into a spinebuster as Styles tries to escape. Cover gets two. Young perches Styles on the top rope. He goes for a rana but Styles blocks it and hits a Styles Clash off the top for the win.






  Jim Ross: "Fans if you ask me, I think business is about to pick up in the Super Junior division with the arrival of that man.....  AJ Styles!"    




***COMMERCIAL BREAK ***




  Match Two: "Lex Luger vs Jesse Barr                  

Mat wrestling to start and Barr comes out on top, so Lugar asks for a test of strength. He drives Barr down to his knees, but Barr rolls through to reverse. Lugar runs to the ropes and starts heeling it up with the cocky attitude as Ross states that this version of Luger may be the best he's ever seen him. He tosses Barr to the outside and won’t let him back in. Finally, Lugar tosses him back in and drives shoulderblocks into Barr’s midsection. Lugar gets the suplex and hangs Barr in the tree-of-woe. The ref frees Barr and Lugar locks in a Boston Crab. Lugar delivers some forearms to the back and locks in a bearhug. Barr does the handclap escape of the bearhug and charges…right into another bearhug.  Lugar actually goes for a Canadian Backbreaker instead of the Torture Rack. Barr backdrops him over and delivers a Neckbreaker Drop. Barr is fired up and drops a few fists. Barr delivers the shoulder breaker, but Lex gets his foot on the ropes. Barr tries to roll Lugar up again, but Lugar holds the ropes and snaps Barr onto the back of his head. Lex explodes with a clothesline. Luger puts Barr in the Torture Rack and gets the submission victory.  



Jim Ross: "Another win here for the Total Package. And outside of coming up short in the NWA World title tournament,  this guy has been red-hot! Whats next for Lex Luger?"                  




 Lex Luger: "You hit the nail right on the head Jim Ross! While I may have came up short in that tournament,  I feel the year of 2023 belongs to The Total Package Lex Luger! And before......"              



Luger is interrupted by Jim Cornette who has Mr. Perfect and The Midnight Express with him!




 Jim Cornette: "Did you say something about coming up short Jim Ross? That doesn't surprise me when your talking about Lex Luger, because that's all this man does, is come up short! His entire career has been a major disappointment. And he will always be known as the guy who can't win the big one!  

Face it Luger..... your yesterday's news! Camp Cornette runs things here in the UWF! Take a look.... the championships speak for themselves! The Midnight Express.....not only the UWF tag champions, but the team that killed Rock and Roll and won the AWA Tag titles too. Then you have this man..... Mr. Perfect! The UWF Heavyweight champion! A man that's beat you like a rented mule! My Mother......"      



Luger rips the microphone away from Cornette!


 Lex Luger: "Ya know I've had enough of your mouth!"                



Luger grabs Cornette by the throat and lifts him in the air. Cornette drops his tennis racket and Perfect picks it up and nails Luger in the back with it. Luger drops Cornette and falls to the floor where Perfect and the Midnight Express put a beating on him until Beer Momey charge out to help Luger! Then it's a pier six brawl as they all go at it as security runs out to break the brawl up!

  Jim Ross: "Welcome back fans,  and after what just took place before the break, Bill Watts has joined me and has an announcement to make!"          





Bill Watts: "I certainly do Jim! Anyone who knows me knows I'm all about a man who will fight for himself. And when I look at Lex Luger, that's exactly what I see! And on March 18th the NWA will be coming into UWF country with the Final Four of March Madness. And they have asked us to have some matches on that event. So I'm making it official right now....... Jim Cornette will lead his team of Mr. Perfect and The Midnight Express to face Lex Luger and Beer Money in a 6 man tag match!

I will have some more match announcements coming for that event coming soon as I have guys beating down my door wanting a spot on that......."  



Watts is interrupted by Ted DiBiase and Stan Hansen.  




 Ted DiBiase: "Pardon the interruption Bill. And I'm sure you do have a lot of decisions to make when it comes to that card on March 18th. But when I look up there in that VIP Box and see The Freebirds partying it up, it doesn't set well with me! So me and Stan would like to challenge them for a world tag team title match on that show!"            



The cameras show Hayes up on the VIP box with a nervous look on his face as Bill Watts agrees to make the match happen as the fan pop big time, Hayes begins throwing a fit.

  Match Three: Darby Allin vs Jimmy Jacob's                  

Jacobs snaps off a satellite headscissors. Allin catches him on a plancha attempt and flings him into the barricade. Allin connects with a leg lariat. Jacobs hurricanranas him into the middle turnbuckle and connects with a slingshot double stomp. He takes over until Darby gets his knees up on a senton attempt. Allin hits an exploder and counters the Contra Code with snake eyes. He hits a german suplex and transitions into a dragon suplex. Jacobs tries a few rollups to no avail. Darby suplexes Jacobs and himself to the floor. Allin hits a powerbomb into the barricade and connects with a running knee strike in the ring. They battle up top. Darby attempts a powerbomb but falls to the floor and Jacobs head smashes off the apron. Allin gets to his feet and is limping. Somehow, they reenter the ring. Jacobs hits the Contra Code. He puts Darby onto a table at ringside. Jacobs becomes too distracted when Cactus Jack makes his way to ringside and Darby  overhead suplexes Jacobs off the top rope through the table! Allin rolls Jacobs in. Darby connects with the Coffin Drop for the win.

  Jim Ross: Fans, joining me at this time is a man that many people said would not make it through the first round of March Madness....... Buddy Rose! But yet, here we are just days away from his quarter-finals matchup against Taz. Can you tell us how you are preparing to face the Submission Machine?"            





Buddy Rose: "First of all Jim Ross, when you announce me, you need to do so properly! I am "Playboy" Buddy Rose! You don't think a normal body would drive all these women wild do you?  

Now...... we all know that Taz is the biggest man in this tournament!"                  

 Jim Ross: "Say what?"            

 Buddy Rose: "The guy is every bit of 6ft 9 and close to 300lbs! So with the help of my "weight ciach" Crash Holly, we been hitting it hard. We went and rented the Rocky DVD. That guy was way ahead of his time! We get up every morning just like Rocky did...... and we hit a dozen eggs! Then we hits the mean streets for a 5K run! Then it's off to the gym for 4 hours! Take a look at me JR.....I'm in the best shape of my life........ 217lbs of twisted steel and sex appeal. And there's no way Taz can hang with me cardio wise...... he's just too big of a guy. So I'm gonna go on there and wear him down to the point of exhaustion.  And just when he thinks his lungs are about to explode...... I'm gonna put him away! Mark my words Jim Ross...... your looking at the NWA World Champion!"          


Jim Ross: "Fans, I believe that man has had one too many pizza subs. He's dillusional. But joining me now is a man who I know cant wait to return to action.....   "The Enforcer" Arn Anderson!"            






  Arn Anderson: "Truer words have never been spoken! Ya know it's hard to sit in the sidelines and watch a tournament go on to crown a world champion. Or to watch si.e if these guys go twenty minutes plus. It's a feeling that can't be described. But I have some good news...... the doctors tell me I'm about 4 to 6 weeks away from a return to that ring. And when I do return, I'm putting every one on notice! It's time for me to....."              


This brings out Chris Adams!





Chris Adams: "I heard you talking in the back...... that's great news Arn!"              

 Arn Anderson: "Ya know Chris...... this is about the third time you have came out here on my time. So let me break this down to you..... maybe if you worried a little more about Taking that title from Jimmy Snuka and a little less time worrying about what I'm doing, you might be the world tv champion! For the last time..... you gotta let it go!"            

 Chris Adams: "I've been thinking about that very thing...... and well...... with your help I think I can get over that hump and defeat Snuka!"                  

 Arn Anderson: "MY help? What do you possibly think that I can do for you? "        

 Chris Adams: "Hear me out! You just said yourself that you have at least 4 to 6 weeks left before your back in the ring. That's a long time for someone like you! Let me get you closer to that ring....... by being my advisor!"                

Arn Anderson: "I can't believe what I'm hearing right now! You want me...... to advise you? Whatever the hell that means."                  

 Chris Adams: "It means exactly what I said.......advise me through this. Your one of, if not the most knowledgeable wrestlers in the business. I owe you one! I put you in this position to where you can't compete. Let me make it up to you by accompanying me to the ring for my matches the next few weeks. And when it's time......we will challenge Snuka for the title again! What do you say?"          

  Arn Anderson: "I can't believe I'm even considering this! I tell you what Chris..... if this is what it's going to take to finally get your head on straight..... let's do ot! BUT....... We do things my way! No questions asked! And when the time comes..... and you can defeat Snuka for that world tv title...... THEN...... your gonna owe me one!"

 Main Event: "Dr. Death" Steve Williams vs King Kong Bundy wSkandar Akbar for the UWF TV Title                  

This one is an all-action slugfest, with Dr. Death starting hot but then missing a dropkick, which allows Bundy to take over. Bundy clobbers away methodically taking his team with Doc eventually getting the sunset flip for two, but Bundy quickly cuts him off and continues to work him over. Williams sells that well and eventually dodges an elbow drop so that he can make the comeback. Williams looks to have it won, which leads to Akbar leaving ringside in order to get Kamala to come down and help out Bundy.

This kills Doc’s momentum somewhat, with Bundy using the window as an opportunity to regain control for a bit. Williams makes another comeback though and the crowd is HOT for him, but he misses an elbow drop and that allows Bundy back in.

Doc makes his third or fourth comeback with punches, which leads to Kamala finally getting involved as he pulls Williams into the corner and that allows Bundy to hit the Avalanche Splash in the corner. Doc falls to the mat. And as that happens, out comes Hacksaw Jim Duggan! Bundy covers Doc, but Duggan puts Williams foot on the bottom rope. Then dmDuggan fires into Kamala and they fight to the backstage area. Bundy is pissed that Duggan broke the count. Bundy grabs Doc and pushes him back into the corner. Bundy goes cross corner and sizes Willuams up....... the charges in for a splash......but Doc moves and Bundys momentum sends him over the turnbuckle and his head hots the steel post! Bundy staggers out if the corner where Dr. Death scoops the big man up....... OKLAHOMA STAMPEDE! 1........2.........3!!!!  






 Jim Ross: "MY GAWD..... THE GOOD DOCTOR HAS DONE IT! DR DEATH BEATS BUNDY! AND SOMEWHERE IN THIS ARENA DUGGAN AND KAMALA ARE TEARING EACH OTHER APART! WE ARE ABOUT OUT OF TIME. BUT IF YOU ASK ME...... DR DEATH STEVE WILLIAMS COULD VERY WELL BE YOUR NEXT NWA WORLD CHAMPION! SO LONG EVERYBODY!"
