JERICHO is his usual arrogant self as he starts things off by running down HAKUSHI again and actually runs down the upcoming MARCH MADNESS saying how can they have a tournament without him in it!
He starts to badmouth his future challenges when out comes JERRY "THE KING" LAWLER!
LAWLER responds by challenging JERICHO who trie to tell LAWLER he's not worthy of a title match when LAWLER ties of his mouyh and slaps the hell outta JERICHO and walks off!
An angry JERICHO calls for LAWLER to come back but to no avail!
1st Match: STING vs TONY ZANE
STING makes a great first impression here in CCW as he just dismantles the game ZANE!
A stinger splash and a scorpion deathlock submission ends it for the game ZANE!
STING cuts a quick promo stating how happy he is to be here and how he looks forward to testing himself against some of the best in the world!
2nd Match: THE STEINERS vs GEORGE SOUTH/JOSE LUIS RIVERA
The STEINERS looking damn good here as they put the brakes on their opponents every move and stifle anything hey try!
A steiner line by RICK followed by a frankensteiner fron SCOTT ends it for SOUTH!
A pretaped intv airs of JIMMY HART talking about how big of a nightmare NIKITA will be for DAVID VON ERICH tonight in Boston as NIKITA just flexes and looks menacing as HART does all the talking!
3rd Match:GINO HERNANDEZ w/GRAND WIZARD vs SA; BELLOMO
GINO has some trouble with the feisty BELLOMO who puts up a good fight !
But GINO ,with some guidance from the GW,eventually catches SAL in a sleeper and gets the win!
4th Match: SID VICIOUS vs BARRY HARDY/DUANE GILL
SID really has little trouble with these two and ends up powerbombing both men and laying HARDY on top of GILL and pins both men at once!
Afterv the match,VADER tries to hit the ring but is held back by security as SID dares him to enter the ring!
5th Match: CCW TV TITLE MATCH
RODDY PIPER (C) w/DR. D DAVID SHULTS vs TONY GAREA
GAREA really looks good here against the champ but with some timely distraction frm SHULTZ, PIPER takes advantage and as he works over GAREA, he calls out SNUKA'S name throughout!
PIPER ends things with a short arm clothesline and pin, thus retaining his tv title!
VINCE intvs STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN about tonight's MATCH MADNESS!
SCSA says he has a can of whoop ass for BARRY WINDHAM and starts to tell what he is gonna do when PIPER and SHULTZ run out and jump SCSA!
A swinging neckbreaker on the floor leaves SCSA laying and thankfully the STEINERS make the save!
