Babydoll: Gordon , we know everyone is excited about the Crockett Cup and I can assure you that if any of these 3 were in it , any combo they would win hands down . So , we killed the myth of the Super Destroyer. Tommy Rich is probably headed back home to Tennessee crying to his mommy .
First let me introduce you to what personifies us . Great technical wrestling and excellence and with that it doesn’t get any better than this man , wrestling’s best kept secret. Ladies and gentlemen, I give to you , Latino Heat Eddie Guerrero the man who in March will become the NWA World Heavyweight Champion !!!
Finally , the last piece in this step . We searched all over and one name kept coming up that fits perfectly . It is with great pleasure, I introduce the Viper , The Apex Predator, Randy Orton .
Orton comes out to loud jeers and boos . The boos soon turn into cheers as Shawn Michaels appears .
HHH : Shawn ?? What are you doing here ?? It’s good to see you .
Shawn : Well old buddy , I wish I could say the same . Hunter you and I have always marched to the tune of our own drummers , we’ve been the lone wolves in this business for a long time , collecting strap after strap , selling out arenas . I came here to hang out with my best friend and see just what kind of hell we can raise and I see this ???

Crowd : Skank , skank , skank !!!
Tully : Hey ! You people shut up ! Show some respect !
Shawn : Hunter , forget these guys . You don’t need them . Let’s party like the old days . Raise some hell and sell out arenas .
HHH : I’m only doing this because your my friend Shawn , leave this alone . Walk away and forget about it . This ain’t personal, it’s business and only business . Crockett Cup Round 1 The Steiners vs The Fantastics : All four men shake hands . Then the match starts . Fulton and Rogers in the early going , have the speed advantage . Rogers , gets off a dropkick on Rick and tags in Fulton , who comes on and gets off a side Russian Leg Sweep and then into an STF . Rick struggles a bit and gets to the ropes for the break . Fulton backs off and the two men take it back to the center of the ring . Waist lock takedown , by Fulton . Rick escapes and gets off a side belly to belly . He gets the tag to Scott who comes in with a hip toss and then a dropkick . Scott now with an over head belly to belly and gets the tag to Rick .
Fulton staggers up , right onto a Steiner line and then a cover for two by Rick , Fulton gets his foot on the ropes . Rick pulls his man up , capture Suplex by Rick and gets the tag to Scott . Scott a flying head scissors take over and then a flying Steiner line . Scott goes for a chicken wing , Suplex , but Fulton gets out the back and dropkicks Scott into the ropes . Fulton with the hot tag to Rogers who comes up the top rope with a missile dropkick and then a Tornado DDT ! He covers and gets two . Rogers with a snap mare and then a chinlock . Scott works to his feet and gets off a belly to back Suplex . He tags on Rick as Scott puts Rogers on his shoulder , Rogers though when Rick is coming off the top for the Bulldog attempt rolls through and puts Scott in a victory roll , but he isn’t the legal man . Rick who on the meantime crashed and burned on the Bulldog attempt staggers up as Rogers makes the tag to Fulton who comes off the top rope as Rick staggers up , with a sunset flip !! Fulton had Rick’s shoulders down …… 1……..2……..3 !!!!
Freddy Miller : Fans , time of the fall 23 minutes and 37 seconds yours winners and moving onto the semi finals, The Fantastics !!!
Gordon : WOW !! A bit of a shock here , look at the Sportsmanship however . Both teams are shaking hands , rarely do we see such a back to the basics scientific match like this . What a treat . We’ll be back .

Gordon : Welcome back and right now we have lined up the WGN Title Match and Babydoll is on the ring with the WGN Television Champion Tully Blanchard .
Babydoll right now it’s time for the Tully Blanchard Experience. As you can see the briefcase is being brought into the ring by Randy Orton . Randy if you would please show off the cash to these nitwits and the idiots at home . There it is people $35,000 . And look around the waist of Tully , there it is , the WGN Television Championship . You want it it’s real simple , all you have to do is beat the WGN Television Champion .
So who is this exciting up and comer ?
The crowd pops big as Brian Pillman Jr comes to the ring .
Babydoll : Ladies and gentlemen, it’s the son of the high flying ultra talented Brian Pillman . Brian Pillman junior . Good luck .
As Babydoll shakes his hand , Orton nails him on the back of the head with the briefcase . The youngster staggers up , Tully hits him with a Gordbuster and could end it right there but decides to hit his Slingshot Suplex . He covers and gets the 3 .

Gordon : Welcome back and joining me now is The Rock .
Rock : Gordon Solie , normally I come out here , tell some jokes , talk about being the people’s champ and we have a few laughs . Eddie Gilbert though has me so pissed off right now , I’m not out here trying to be funny . Eddie Gilbert next week , The Rock wants you here on television . We are gonna settle this for once and damn all !
Gordon : Fair enough and we are about to see The Rock in action , going up against Mike Jackson .
Rock gets in the ring and he ain’t playing . He attacks Jackson before the bell . Introduces his head to the turnbuckles and then an over the head belly to belly Suplex . Jackson staggers up into the Rock Bottom and gets the 3 .
Gordon : Certainly a very angry Rock right now the Undertaker is in action.
Undertaker vs Ricky Reyes : Not much to tell here . Reyes tries hard , but gets his head taken off with a big boot . From there Taker , hits the Last Ride for 3 .
He joins Gordon at the podium .
Gordon : Well an impressive win this week , sir I understand congratulations are in order as you have been entered into the Match Madness World Heavyweight Title Tournament.
Taker : That’s right . I drew Superstar Billy Graham . It’s funny he loves to run his mouth about how great he is , but has never really gotten over being second best . I mean he’s a man who hides behind the skirt of Eddie Gilbert . Now I’m not saying I’m the best guy in this thing , but Gordon , I’m one of the toughest . Superstar Billy Graham , we are gonna have one hell of a match come March and I can promise you , I’ll Make you famous .
Gordon : Very well , when we come back Iron Mike Sharpe will be in action and then our final opening Crockett Cup Match . The Minnesota Wrecking Crew taking on The Fabulous Freebirds .

Iron Mike Sharpe vs Snake Brown : Sharpe who had become a fan favorite , seems to be in a nasty mood . He puts Brown against the ropes and knees him several times in the gut . He hits him square in the back with a big clubbing forearm . He about takes the poor bastard’s head off with a clothesline and covers for 3 .
Post match Kassie sends in Blackwell and Patera to attack . Santo comes out with a chair and gives chase .
Gordon : We have to get order restored here , we’ll be back .

Crockett Cup Round 1 Last Match The Minnesota Wrecking Crew vs The Fabulous Freebirds : In the early going Michael gets his arm tangled in the ropes and Ole and Gene are like a shark to blood . Ole has Michael on the mat in a hammer lock and head butting the arm . Ole tags off to Gene who puts the arm on the bottom rope and then stomps it . Gordon tells us typical Wrecking Crew style , punish a body part . Ole gets the tag back in , Anderson Slam . Gene comes back in and works a standing wrist lock . Hayes works his way off the mat , back’s Gene into the corner and then knees him in the gut . Hayes rakes the eyes and then dropkicks Gene over the top rope and gets the hot tag to Gordy .
The 290 pounds of romping stomping dynamite, known as Terry Gordy brings Gene back in the hard way . He knees him in the gut several times himself and then hits a leg drop . Gordy pulls Gene up and goes for a Piledriver and gets it !! He covers 1…….2……Noooooo !!! Elbow to the back of the head by Ole . Gene with a curb stomp on Gordy and gets the tag to Ole . Ole comes on and goes for a Sleeper . Gordy is fighting for all he’s worth swinging his arms around just trying to stay active , he hits the ref on accident . Gene comes rushing in , but he’s knocked silly by Hayes who has took a cowboy boot off a guy in the front row . Hayes now clocks Ole in the back of the head with the boot , he pulls Terry to the corner and the ref recovers . Hayes tosses the boot back to the fan and tags himself in . A dazed Ole staggers up …. Bulldog by Hayes !! He covers 1……2……3 !!!
Gordon : And that’s all she wrote . The semi finals are set for next week . The Road Warriors vs The Devil’s Duo and The Fantastics taking the Fabulous Freebirds . For Freddy Miller, Im Gordon Solie saying so long from the Windy City of Chicago!
