1st Match: The FABULOUS ONES ( KEIRN/LANE) vs GENE LIGON?BARON MIKEL SICLUNA
The FABS outclass their opponents in every way and this is more of a workout for them than a match !
FABS win when LANE hits savate kick to LIGON followed by the pin!
2nd Match: The DEVIL'S DUO ( SAWYER/SULLIVAN) vs THE MULKEYS
Yes...this is just a brutal and vicious beatdown as expected !
It ends mercifully as SAWYER hits RANDY with a power slam and pin!
After the match,the DUO toss the MULKEYS from the ring !
3rd Match: KEVIN Von ERICH vs JERRY MONTI
KEVIN takes on California mainstay MONTI and actually gets a good match out of him before applying his famous claw to get a submission victory!
MAIN EVENT
Battke Royal to crown the first CCW TV champion!
The entrants are: RODDY PIPER/NIKITA KOLOFF/STING/GINO HERNANDEZ/DAVIS SHULTZ/CHRIS JERICHO/BOG VAN VADER/BAD NEWS BROWN/PAT PATTERSON /TONY ATLAS
Order of elimination:
VADER is first out as everyone else in the ring basically bum rush his big ass and eliminate him!
TONY ATLAS is the eliminated when DR. D catches him with a clothesline from behind!
BAD NEWS BROWN goes staright after SHULTZ,for some odd reason lol,and as they battle near thge ropes,they both tumble out together thus eliminating each other!
They continue fighting all the way to the back!
PAT PATTERSON is then eliminated by GINO who doesnt see JERICHO coming up from behind him and is himself then eliminated!
JERICHO starts to celebrate a little too early and as he turns,he is met by NIKITA who eliminated him with the russian sickle!
It's down to STING/NIKITA and PIPER!
Throughout this whole battle royal,PIPER has been laying low and only interjecting himself when it suited him!
STING gets his hands on PIPER and after a Stinger splash attempt is hit,PIPER is layed out and stunned as NIKITA and STING start to battle!
NIKITA has STING hurt and goes for the sickle but STING drops to the canvas and NIKITA'S momentum cause him to miss and fly over the top rop ,eliminating himself!
As a weary STING rises from the cancas, PIPER has recovered and hits a dropkick to the back of STING and eliminated him!!
The crowd boos loudly as the announcement i smade that the NEEEW CCW TV Champion is RODDY PIPER!
PIPER grabs the belt from the ref....taunts the booing fans with it and then flips the off as he heads to the back holding his belt high!!
The shws ends with a few promos from SID VICIOUS and KEVIN VON ERICH concerning tonight's NATIONAL HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE Tournament!
