He comes back with a handspring back elbow and a Koppou Kick in the corner. Malenko blocks a superplex, but takes a dropkick out to the floor as Liger dives out on top of him. Back inside, Malenko catches a handspring into a rollup sequence. Malenko stops Liger up top and gives him a Flying Gutbuster! 1..... 2...... NO! Malenko cant believe it and argues with the ref about being a slow count. Liger counters a powerbomb into a pinning situation for two. Liger flips out of a suplex, but gets nailed with a Tiger Driver for the 1....2..... Malenko pulls Liger up! Malenko just slaps at Liger as Ventura thinks that was a mistake by Malenko. Take the title when you get a chance says Ventura. Malenko nonchalantly grabs Liger setting up for the Texas Cloverleaf but then we hear......
Malenko let's go of Liger and looks to the entrance ramp where we see...... CHRIS JERICHO!
As Malenko is confused as to why Jericho is out here, Liger rolls through and rolls Malenko up, 1...... 2.......3!!! And STILL.... WCW TV CHAMPION....... JUSHIN LIGER!!!
Jim Ross: "Well you called it Jesse! You won't see Dean Malenko make too many mistakes like that one. And what a costly mistake it was!"
Jesse Ventura: "Absolutely Jim Ross! Your not going to get many over on the likes of Jushin Liger, and when you have a chance to win championship gold...... you take it! But what business does Chris Jericho have out here?"
Match Two: The Rockers vs The Dynamic Duo w/Maryse

Hernsndez with a snap suplex and knee drop across the forehead for two. Jannetty slugs it out with Adams, unsuccessfully thanks to a rake of the eyes. Jannetty blocks a suplex from Hernandez, taking him over with his own. Michaels with the hot tag, unloading on Adams with rights, followed by a Super-Kick. Whip to the ropes and Michaels with his signature diving elbow Jannetty with a sunset flip, 1.....2..... but Gino saves. All four men brawl in the ring until the Rockers are sent into each other. Michaels shoves Adams off the top rope and Marty connects with a flying body press for three! The Rockers are victorious!
Match Three: Samoa Joe vs Bryan Danielson w/ Paul Heyman
The initial Greco-Roman knuckle lock ended with both men trying to get in the other’s head by either shoving or outmaneuvering the other.
Danielson grounded and tried to abdominal stretch Joe until he rolled himself right into a modified stretch muffler. “American Dragon” survived the submission, initiating a strike exchange that ended with Joe headbutting Danielson off of his feet. Stump puller by Joe almost forced a submission. Danielson turned the tables, using a straightjacket bow & arrow that had Joe yelping in pain. Big slam by Joe freed himself from Danielson’s grip. Joe started raking Danielson’s face with his forearm while reminding the referee he has a five count to break before being disqualified. When Danielson started giving Joe a taste of his own medicine, Danielson exclaimed, “Fuck five!”
Dropkicking Joe to the floor, Danielson executed a huge springboard somersault plancha to take down the Samoan. Just as it seemed everything was going well for Danielson, Joe suplexed him to the floor and hurt his left leg! Danielson couldn’t get up on his own power, causing Joe to playfully kick his head before chopping the life out of “Dragon”. Ole kick by Joe got the crowd on their feet while asking for the attack one more. Joe, being a man of the people, gave them what they wanted and left Danielson out in his new front row seat … or so Joe thought.
Danielson threw two hard chops, only to be dropped by one of Joe’s chops in response. The action finally returned inside, with Joe in complete control. Not only did Joe kick the life out of Danielson’s back, he also washed “Dragon’s” face, called him names, and kept hitting him until it looked like Danielson couldn’t move. One of those strikes included a sick leg sweep that re-aggravated Bryan Danielson’s hurt leg from that suplex to the floor. Joe uncharacteristically scaled the ropes, getting caught and superplexed in the process. Danielson took advantage of the situation he had created, trying to choke Joe out with a head scissors. Danielson started firing off chops, but eventually ran into that Samoa Joe power slam that left Bryan clutching his back. Joe’s follow up spine buster didn’t help matters for Danielson.
Out of nowhere, Danielson exploded with a flying European uppercut. Snap underhook suplex by “Dragon” allowed him to hit the flying headbutt seconds later. Both men rose using palm strikes aplenty until they fell out of the ring. Joe and Danielson got up, throwing kicks and chops respectively. Around ringside they fought until Danielson hit an ole dropkick. Danielson made a huge mistake going for another suplex that ended with him taking another suplex on the floor. Joe lost the momentum thanks to a running elbow off the apron to the floor. The impact left Joe clutching his left knee.
Danielson was like a shark that smelled blood, going after the leg until he ran into STJoe. As Joe mouthed off, he threw a clothesline that Danielson used to set up a rolling elbow when Cattle Mutilation just didn’t cut it. When Joe got up, he unleashed the clothesline he was looking for, turning Danielson inside out. “Dragon” was prone for a Boston crab, but scurried to the ropes to save him. Joe went for submission after submission. Danielson held on long enough for the time to run out.
The fans chant "5 MORE MINUTES!" and it appears both men agree, then Heyman whispers to Danielson, who exits the ring, leaving Joe, and the fans wanting more!

Outside the ring, Cora Jade grabs a chair......and nails Storm in the head with it! Storm falls backwards into a rollup from Paige, 1......2.......3!!! AND NEWWWWW WCW WOMENS CHAMPION..... PAIGE!!!!!
As Paige celebrates her win, Cora looks on with a smirk knowing she just cost Toni Storm the title.
Jesse Ventura: "Call me crazy Jim Ross..... but I think Paige and Cora Jade just pulled a fast one on Toni Storm! Your not telling me that Paige didn't see that chairshot from Cora Jade? Their in cahoots I'm telling ya!"

Priest hits a back suplex and a tilt-a-whirl sideslam for two. Guevara comes back with an enziguri and nails Priest with a swinging neckbreaker to regain control. Bossman straddle connects. Guevara delivers a slingshot suplex and follows up with the flying fist drop. Priest fires back, but telegraphs a backdrop and takes a faceslam. Priest fights out of a sleeper and drills Guevara with the discus clothesline. Flying lariat gets 1..... 2....... NO! Priest misses a charge and falls to the floor. Meanwhile, FTR head out to distract the ref and Guevara. As Sammy argues with Wheeler, Dax Hardwood comes in behind him and as Hardwood gives him the OUTSIDERS EDGE off the middle rope. Once FTR clear out, Priest slides back into the ring and lays on top of Guevara for the pinfall!
Jim Ross: "Now wait just a minute..... why us FTR out here and did they just give the assist to Damoan Priest in getting that win?"
Jesse Ventura: "Maybe William Regal has been telling it right all alone and Priest could very well be associated with the Heyman Hustle group!"
Match Six: "Macho Man" Randy Savage vs Wardlow
Savage is making his WCW in-ring debit here and makes one hell of an entrance as the crowd pop nearly blows the roof off. Savage runs out to attack Wardlow in the aisle then fires away. He rams Wardlow’s head into the post then into the steps before bringing the action into the ring. Savage barely gets a two count with an elbow smash then heads up top but Savage returns and gets decked by Wardlow. Savage fights back but is driven into the mat. Savage accidentally takes a swing at the ref then Wardlow fires away in the corner before landing several kicks. Wardlow taunts the crowd then uses a head vice but Savage escapes with an eye rake. Savage takes Wardlow over with a hip toss then hits a flying double axe handle that sends Wardlow through the ropes. Savage heads out but is shoved into the post then Wardlow fires away. Wardlow rolls Savage back inside after ramming him into the post and gets a two count before applying a bearhug. Savage uses another eye rake to escape a hold but Wardlow knocks him back down then uses a surfboard. Wardlow stays in control then both men are out on the mat after a collision. very good show here.
Jericho is here in WCW. I was at a lost with him in the NWA so i am looking foward to seeing what you do with him.
wonder who took out Rollins?
Gordy/Williams are new champs. They are the perfect team to beat Vader/Bigelow.
Sting retains over Hansen.
Rockers with a win.
Kong saves Britt.
MJF retains. Hopefully Punk gets another shot at the title because he deserves 1.
