AWA # 36 : Who Will Draw First Blood ?
Bobby Heenan : So the humanoids seriously thought Ted Dibiase would win a first blood match ? Look at this man ( points to Roman Reigns ) : 6 foot 7 inches tall . 285 pounds of solid muscle . He’s called the Tribal Chief , because he dominates . Tonight Ted Dibiase , the series gets tied up again .
Ted : A first blood match . I see Reigns and Heenan really enjoying themselves . You two forgot who I am . Besides being one of the greatest technical wrestlers walking this earth , I can get nasty with the best of them . Ask the list of men who I made bleed over the years …. Hulk Hogan , Kerry Von Eric , Dusty Rhodes just to name a few . Tonight , this ends Heenan and Reigns tonight I draw First Blood .

Gordon : Thank you Freddy Miller . Thank you to fans here and the fans who invite us into their homes each and every week . Tonight the best of five series for the AWA Heavyweight Title. The AWA Heavyweight Champion Ted Dibiase will take on challenger Roman Reigns in a First Blood Match . If Ted Dibiase wins tonight , he goes up 3 to 1 and the series over . If he looses the series is tied 2 to 2 and continues at an announced date and Bob Luce will pick the fifth and final match .
Also tonight we will hear from new AWA Women’s Champion Bianca Bel Air . Curt Hennig defends the WGN Television Title here tonight against Kerry Von Erich.
When we come back however the World Heavyweight Champion Dusty Rhodes is in action . We’ll be back .

Dusty Rhodes vs Buddy Rose : This is a nontitle match . Good back and forth match . Dusty takes a page out of Cody’s book and hits CrossRhodes for the win .
Jacob Fatu under the influence by Bobby Heenan attacks Dusty from behind with a Siato Suplex . Dusty hits his head . Fatu comes off the top rope with a Superfly Splash. He goes up again , Cody comes out and shoves him off the top rope . Cody rolls in the ring with his Dad , the Heenan Family has the ring surrounded . Dusty is holding his ribs but you could see he’s ready to fight . Bron Breaker and Gable Stevens break through the line and now have joined the Rhodes family .
Gordon : We have to get order restored. We’ll be back .

Out of the break Dusty is standing with Gordon at the podium . Cody and The Varsity Club .
Dusty : Jacob Fatu !!! Better men than you have tried , daddy . They tried to end the American Dream Dusty Rhodes. Ric Flair, Rick Rude , Adam Cole , Ted Dibiase himself , but every time , I pull myself up and I go on fighting daddy . At the Spooktacular, you will find out what everyone else knows , the American Dream will fight you all night . Oh and it will be over my dead body that you will ever see this World Heavyweight Title , baby !!!
Gordon : Thank You Dusty . When we come back AWA Women’s Champion , Bianca Bel Air will be in action and we’ll also here from her .

Bianca Bel Air vs Sexy Starr : Bianca looks like she’s supposed to in this nontitle affair , she end up pinning Starr after a KOD .
Bianca joins Gordon at the podium .
Gordon : Well young lady you had a quite interesting few days .
Bianca : You could say that Gordon . When I walked into that house show last week , I never dreamed I would become AWA Champion , but this belt says it all . Now onto that little witch Britt Baker . I don’t like bullies . I had enough of that crap in high school . So now , I see a bully , I’m putting a stop to it and Britt you keep being a bully , I might just take that title from around your skinny waist .
Gordon : Thank you Bianca . When we come back the WGN Television Champion Curt Hennig takes on Kerry Von Erich .

WGN Television Title Curt Hennig vs Kerry Von Erich: Hennig comes out alone once again . He and Kerry engage in an epic battle. It gets ruined however when Flair comes in and tosses both of them out of the ring .

Gordon : Welcome back . Next week right here on tv . Ric Flair will take on Kerry Von Erich . The winner gets a WGN Television Title match at Friday Night Fright . Right now it’s match four between Ted Dibiase the AWA Heavyweight Champion and Roman Reigns . This is a first blood match . The man who makes his opponent bleed first is the winner . Let us remind you now , that if Ted Dibiase wins he has indeed successfully won the series of the best of five and would retain his AWA Heavyweight Title. If Roman Reigns wins the series continues . Let’s go to the ring .
First Blood Match Ted Dibiase vs Roman Reigns : Bobby Heenan is out with Roman . King Haku has joined them . Ted doesn’t care . He’s looking to end this tonight . He hits a Thesz Press on Roman and starts nailing him in the head . Trying to bust him open . Haku slides in and pulls him off . Ted turns to his , when he spins around Superman Punch by Roman . Roman with snake eyes and now starts rubbing Ted’s face on the mat . Roman with some big elbows now . Ted starts fighting back . Dropkick and now has Roman in the corner . Just pounding away on the forehead . Ted landing an elbow strike that hits home and bust Roman open . Roman falls out of the ring though . Haku slides back in and Tongan Death Grip Slams Ted . Ted staggers up and Haku shoot kicks him on the ribs .
Meanwhile on the outside . Heenan is cleaning up Roman as Haku is beating the hell out of him . The ref pleading with him to stop , finally Cody comes in with a chair and gives chase . A cleaned up Roman comes in . Ted holding his ribs staggers up …. SPEAR BY ROMAN !!! Roman uses a Bearhug . Ted starts coughing up blood . The ref calls for the bell giving Reigns the cheap victory .
Gordon : The series continues . We are out of time . For Freddy Miller, I’m Gordon Solie saying so long from the Windy City of Chicago.
