The show opens up with the closing moments of last week's Bunkhouse match......
Dr. Death says this one's for MJF......and Doc eliminates himself. Gordy looks out to Doc, then he too goes over the top! Wardlow walks around the ring in disbelief, knowing that once again, MJF is all about himself here. Dr. Death climbs up on the ringapron telling Wardlow to eliminate himself! Wardlow looks at Dic and says "Are you telling me......or asking me?" Doc says to make this right to MJF..... it was MJF who paid Wardlows fine last week! Wardlow nods his head, knowing Docs right. MJF puts his hands in the air celebrating and MJF tells Wardlow to remember that he owes MJF! Wardlow high fives MJF.......Then climbs over the top rope to the ring apron. MJF is full of himself in the ring, but what he doesn't know is...... Wardlow didn't drop to the floor! Instead, Wardlow re-entets the ring behind MJF and throws MJF over the top to the floor! The crowd goes apeshit as Wardlow is announced the winner.
Jim Ross: "Hello wrestling fans and welcome to this week's edition of WCW Nitro! If you missed last week's show, you missed a big one, as you seen at the top of the hour as Tensions have exploded within The Pinnacle as Wardlow has left that group in a big way and says he's his own man now!" Jesse Ventura: "What's going on around here Jim Ross? I go on vacation for one week and all Hell breaks loose! But if you ask me..... Wardlow made a huge mistake by biting the hand that fed him!" Jim Ross: "Well you picked a great week to return as we have a Slobberknocker of a show headlined by an I QUIT match between Paige and Toni Storm for the WCW Womens title. But right now, it's time to start things off with match two in the Best of Seven series between Sammy Guevara and Dean Malenko!" Match One: Sammy Guevara vs Dean Malenko (Match 2 in Best if 7 Series) Lots of great mat stuff to start. Guevara connects with a back suplex and a Hilo for two. Malenko tries to stop a figure-four, but legs are stronger than arms. Malenko finds the ropes anyway and bails to the floor. Back inside, Malenko hammers Sammy down, but then Guevara counters a powerbomb with a lucha armdrag. Malenko delivers a tilt-a-whirl headscissors and tries a monkey flip, but Guevara lands on his feet and drills Malenko with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker for two. Malenko shoves off a Tornado DDT and delivers a running knee to the gut before grabbing an ab stretch. He cheats a little grabbing the ropes, but Sammy escapes anyways. Guevara wins a slugfest and applies a Gory Special. He powers Malenko to the mat for a rollup sequence to trigger a bunch of nearfalls. Sammy walks the ropes and hits Malenko with a hurracanrana for 1.....2.....NO! Brainbuster by Malenko gets two. Guevara counters a second brainbuster and then gives Malenko one of his own. Guevara climbs to the middle rope...... that allows Malenko to powerbomb him down for the 1-2-3! Malenko goes up 2-0!

Match Two: Jushin Liger vs Keith Lee for the WCW TV Title Electric staredown, the atmosphere here is incredible. Lee invites Liger in his fashion, to bask in his glory but eats a front kick from Liger instead.
Throwing hands, off the ropes for a lariat and Keith is a brick wall! Catching him on a headscissors, Liger flips out, ducking and dodging, of the ropes, Lee runs THROUGH a lariat and snaps a Frankensteiner off!
Liger gives him a thumbs up for it! Soaking in the atmosphere a second, more basking and again Liger is having none of it, firing off an overhand chop. Boot up on the charge, missile dropkick and Keith is actually staggered, heading outside! Suicide dive... LEE CATCHES HIM EFFORTLESSLY INTO A SPIRIT BOMB ON THE APRON!
Parting the crowd, Keith Lee biels Liger almost into the dividing wall! Back in the ring, Jushin throwing desperate forearms but Lee drops him with an overhand club, a stomp follows, Liger slips out of a slam, superkick connects, a lariat takes Keith to a knee, thinking fisherman, the Limitless One reverses, off the ropes... Liger caught with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex!
Another biel sends Liger clean across the ring, Stinger splash, those wicked overhand hamhocks and Ligers absolutely melting down the turnbuckles! One more biel, another Stinger splash, another double overhand chop and Liger is in absolute agony at the hands of Keith Lee. Worked so far, why not go for it again, the biel connects but an elbow blocks the splash, firing kicks off, taking Lee down, Busaiku knee connects!
Keith to the outside, the suicide dive knocks him back this time, a second, Liger firing on all cylinders, a third dive finds its mark! Back in the ring, charging uppercut, a forearm follows to set up the cannonball but Lee deadlifts him up, thinking Spirit Bomb... LIGER REVERSES TO A SUNSET FLIP POWERBOMB! 1.....2..... NO GOOD!
Forearms, Lee hosses him up, fireman's carry into a backfist, charging in but Liger trips him up... Kick combo connects but Keith gets him up for a swinging powerslam for a nearfall! Lee shrugging off kicks, he hits the pop-up thrust spinebuster and follows with the Spirit Bomb but he's slow to capitalize... 1.....2......NO!!! LIGERLIVES!
Keith climbing, thinking Doomsault but Liger gets a low superkick into a lungblower, jumping lariat connects, Kiwi Krusher... NO GOOD! Both men spent on the mat, trying to get to their feet, Liger up first, Crash Thunder Buster (belly-to-back lifting facebuster) .. LEE COUNTERS WITH A HEADBUTT! Climbing, the Doomsault connects... LIGER OUT AT ONE?!
Alternating slaps and chops, Keith fires back with the double overhand chop, Liger makes the poor decision of throwing a shoulder block, tossed in the corner, the dropkick followup is rather more successful and Liger hits a double stomp to Lee's back! Ligee keeps his focus, goes for the Brainbuster... KEITH LEE CATCHES HIM INTO THE SPIRIT BOMB BUT LIGER RANAS THROUGH AND HOOKS THE LEG, 1.......2.........3!!! JUSHIN LIGER IS YOUR NEW WCW TV CHAMPION!!!!!
Keith Lee walks over to Liger and extends his hand in respect as Liger accepts as Lee leaves the ring so Liger can have his moment!

Gene Okerlund: "Alright wrestling fans..... joining me now is a man who has stirred up quite the controversy as of late..... he's known as "The Handsome Halfbreed" Gino Hernandez! Gino, if you would, please shine some light on the situation between....." Before Okerlund can finish out comes Chris Adams to the interview area.
Chris Adams: "You will have to excuse the interruption Gene, but I wanted to come out here so I too could hear what Gino has to say about the past few weeks! I haven't seen you Gino in quite a while and now you just show up outta nowhere? Maybe you can......" This brings out Terry Taylor!
Terry Taylor: "Finally!! Something g you and I can get on the same page about Chris! Why don't you tell us all Gino...... just what it is your doing here in WCW?" Gino Hernandez: "Have you two listened to yourselves lately? You sound like a couple of teenage girls! You want answers? Fine! I will give them to you. I've came out here the past couple of weeks and watch you two bicker at one another! You guys are the former WCW Tag Team Champions! Why don't you start acting like it? You guys have The Open tournament coming up in 2 weeks. And your facing FTR in the first round. You keep acting like this and their gonna eat you alive! You should be ashamed! Hell..... I'm ashamed for you!" Gino walks away, leaving Adams and Taylor dumbfounded by his words then the cameras pan backstage where we see Eric Bischoff talking on the phone in his office......
Eric Bischoff: "Listen.... I told you last week..... I already know he's a free agent! I want him here in WCW! All he has to do is name his price!" As Bischoff hangs up, Triple H barges into his office.....
Triple H: "I thought I made myself clear last week..... I want Samoa Joe! Now are you gonna make the match happen? Or do I need to just go hunt him down on the streets somewhere?" Eric Bischoff: "I'm trying here! I am! Joe isn't responding to calls or messages! Just don't do anything stupid! I will get the contract signed as soon as I can!" Match Three: Sting vs Chase Owens Sting charges the ring with full electricity as the bell rings. Owens charges Sting and The Stinger backdrops him over then lights him up with chops in the corner. Sting whips Owens across to the other corner and flies in with a Stinger Splash! Sting locks in the Scorpion and gets the win! As the replay is being shown, Sting takes the housemic.....
Sting: "Here lately I've had my mind on that IWA World TV title held by Manny Fernandez! I've had a couple of shots, and I'm not afraid to say I've came up short! My hats off to ya Manny....your a great champion! And who knows.....maybe down the line we will meet up again. But right now..... I wanna talk about the big elephant in the room! And that elephants name is..... Yokozuna! We all seen what he did to Pentagon! And I couldn't stand for it! So I had to introduce myself so to speak! And im hearing Yoko isn't taking too well to ot! Well big man, lemme tell ya.....the Stinger is just getting wound up! And I'm coming for that WCW Heavyweight title! I hope your ready! OWWWWWWWW!!!!!" ***COMMERCIAL BREAK ***
Match Four: The Midnight Rockers vs Dennis Stamp & Mike Tolas Jannetty leapfrogged Stamp before monkey-flipping him. When Michaels tagged in, he mounted the second turnbuckle and lowered the boom on Stamp. Tolas tagged in, gave Michaels a cross corner whip, but came up empty on his follow-through. As Jannetty tagged in, he fed Tolas a flying back elbow.
He slammed Tolas and tagged in Michaels.
After he climbed atop Jannetty’s shoulders, Michaels launched a big elbow to get the victory in their WCW debut!

Gene Okerlund: "Wrestling fans.....joining me at this time is a man who set The Pinnacle upside down last week...... WARDLOW!!! You Sir, took yourself out if what many people considered to be MJF's muscle.....and in an instant became your own man! " Wardlow: "Let me stop ya right there Gene! I've always been my own man! Did I do some things for Max that I'm not proud of? Yes! But there comes a time...... Before Wardlow can go any further, out comes The Pinnacle..... MJF, Steve Williams and Terry Gordy!
The fans feel the tension as MJF instructs Doc and Girdy to surround Wardlow around the ring! It's three on one! The Pinnacle slowly move in on Wardlow as the big man stands in the ring, knowing his fate, but still ready to fight! The Oinnacle climb up on the apron ready to strike when out comes......
THE HORSEMEN!!! RIC FLAIR, ARN ANDERSON AND TULLY BLANCHARD!!!
The Horsemen storm the ring before the Pinnacle can attack Wardlow and MJF leads his guys to fight another day. Then the Horsemen turn and see Wardlow!! There's even more tension now as this is the first time these guys have been in the same ring since War Games! Arn and Tully slowly move in on Wardlow..... only for Flair to hold them back! Flair stares Wardlow down.....then offers his hand in respect! The crowd pops as Wardlow shakes Flairs hand and MJF has a fit around ringside.

Main Event: Toni Storm vs Paige in an I QUIT match for the WCW Womens title The action starts quickly with both women going at each other with Storm tossing Paige over the top rope. She follows her out but Paige cuts her off with a kick to the midsection. Storm throws her into the guardrail and then throws her into the post. Storm throws Paige into the stairs and continues to dominate early on. She rolls her in the ring and hits a boot to the face. PIge fights out and hits a superkick of her own. Storm ducks under a strike and hits a German Suplex. Storm puts her in an STF but Paige gets to the bottom rope but it doesn’t matter in this match and she keeps it locked in. Storm finally lets up but Paige recovers and hits her with a DDT. Paige tries to make Storm quit but Storm refuses. Paige throws Storm into the top rope throat first and puts her in the Gory Special submission. They work over to the ropes and Storm is able to reverse it into an octopus and it makes Paige break the hold. Both women go to the outside, and Paige grabs a table from under the ring. Storm hits her with a right hand and sets up the table on the outside. Paige comes back and slams her head into the apron. Both women climb to the top rope and Paige goes to Superplex her through the table, but Storm slips out. Storm goes to suplex Paige through the table but she fights out. She puts Paige on the table and Climbs to the top and hits a splash on Paige through the table. She puts Paige up on the apron and goes for the Storm Zero but Paige reverses into a back body drop. Paige hits Storm with a draping DDT to the outside. Paige goes under the ring and pulls out some athletic tape and rolls Storm back in the ring.
Paige wraps the hands of Storm behind her back with the tape. Paige proceeds to hit Storm with some shots and Storm is defenseless. Paige goes back to the outside and grabs a chair to bring into the fold. Before she swings it, Paige asks Storm if she wants to quit...... Storm yells NO!!! She goes to hit Storm with the chair, but Storm hits a headbutt. Paige comes back with a kick to the leg and smashes Storm’s head on the chair. Paige continues driving the chair into the neck of Storm who is in some serious pain. Paige sets the chair up in mid ring. She lifts Storm up......she charges Storm, who leaps up and hurricarans Paige into the chair and breaking the tape off her wrists at the same time!!! Now Storm has the chair! She nails Paige in the back several times with it. Storm folds the chair around Paiges head and hits a stomp from the second rope. Storm climbs to the top rope this time and leaps off with a legdrop to the chair wrapped around Paiges neck! Storm shoves the microphone into Paiges face and asks Paige if she wants to quit....... AND PAIGE SCREAMS YES!!!
TONI STORM IS STILL YOUR WCW WOMENS CHAMPION!!!! Storm takes her title as the show fades to black!
