The Almighty vs Verne Gagne & Booker T : Booker and IS start things off . Booker nails some left jabs and then inside out flying kick . He tags off to Verne . Tony hits a flying drop kick on IS . Jinder Mahal comes down and pulls Booker off the ring apron and hits a Full Nelson Slam on the floor . He gets in the ring and big boots Verne as he’s getting to his feet. Now Sheik , IS and Mahal are beating the hell out of Verne . IS puts him in the camel Clutch while Sheik and Mahal kick him in the head . Now DeBeers comes down . He’s got lighter . Big Time Wrestling Tag Team Titles Tall and Sexy vs The Hex : Gonzales starts things off with Belle . Raquel is just man handling her . She tags off to Kamille, Kamille hits a fall away slam and then a press slam . She tags back off to Raquel . Big boot sends Belle into the corner . Kaye tags herself in . Kaye and Raquel are throwing down . Kaye lights her up with some forearm shots and then a roaring elbow staggers Raquel . Kaye with a German Suplex.
She gets off a running Powerslam and then tags in Belle . Belle with a running boot and then a spinning neck breaker . She is setting up for her knee lift , when Gonzales takes her off her feet with a shoulder tackle!! Raquel tags in Kamille ! Spear !!! 1…..2…. Percy Pringle is out trying to get in the ring . Raquel chokeslams him on the ring apron . Kaye behind the ref’s back , blast Kamille with a leg drop and rolls to the outside . Belle hits the flying knee and covers for the 3 !!!

North American Women’s Title Gail Kim (C) vs Xia Li : They tie up . Li goes behind and gets a waist lock takedown . She goes for a Tornado Kick , but Gail has her well scouted and moves . Li turns around into a front dropkick by Gail . Li up to her feet and runs into a snap vertical by Gail . Gail set up for an Inverted Figure Four , Li gets to the ropes . Off the break , Li hits a shoot kick to Gail’s ribs .
From there Li uses a body scissors . Gail gets to the ropes and Li hits a baseball slide knocking Gail out of the ring . Li with a flying somersault drops Gail . She now picks her up and slams her rib first into the ring post . Li rolls Gail back in . Gail staggers to her feet , Exploder Suplex into the turnbuckles by Li . Li now with a back breaker . Gail is coughing up blood .
Li paces like a caged animal and goes for her cork screw kick , but Gail moves and gets off a swinging neck breaker . Gail with a Frankensteiner !! She pulls Li up … Sit out Powerbomb !!! Gail reaches for her ribs . Li now Corkscrew Kick !! She covers 1….2…3 !!
After match , Li continues . She puts Gail into a body scissors . The ref’s finally pull her off . Li is the new North American Women’s Champion .
North American Cruiserweight Title Gorgeous George Wagner (C) vs Cameron Grimes: Grimes doesn’t wait , he was screwed over by Wagner at Survivor Series and won’t be again . As Wagner is removing his robe , Grimes goes right into the corner and pummels Wagner . He bounces his head off the mat and now rubs his face in the mat . Grimes slams forearms into the back of Wagner’s head . Wagner crawls to the ropes , but Grimes refuses to break . The ref has no choice but to DQ Grimes . Grimes now is pissed . He’s shoving the ref . The ref puts his hands up and ask what are you doing . Grimes hits him with a Superman Forearm . Wagner bales out of the ring . He grabs the belt gets the hell out of the arena . Grimes stands in the middle of the ring soaking in the applause from the crowd .
North American Tag Team Titles The Pain Makers vs The Samoan Wrecking Crew Fatu and Warrior start things off . Fatu hits a side kick on Warriors and then a leg drop . He tags off to Umaga who just runs Warrior as he’s standing up ! He whips him in the corner for and nails a running hip attack . Umaga staggers up into a flying shoulder tackle by Awesome . Awesome now with a Full Nelson on Umaga . Rickishi comes in with hip attack to Awesome to break the hold . Warrior tries to get in , but the ref warns him . Now double teaming by Samoans . They hit the Spiked Banzi Drop ! Umaga covers , but the ref is still arguing with Warrior . Heritage Championship Harley Race vs Eli Drake : Drake plays up to the crowd in the early going . Race is not impressed . He boots Drake in the chest and then slams him shoulder first into the turnbuckles . Now Race begins to work the shoulder . He uses a step over top wrist lock . Drake gets to the ropes for the break . Race off the break guys for a punch , but Eli fires back with a right and then a clothesline sends Race down .
Drake with a second rope elbow drop . He covers , Race kicks out at two . Drake pulls Race up and goes for a bodyslam , but the shoulder gives way . Race now back on the shoulder with a shoulder breaker . He keeps Drake grounded with a hammerlock . Drake gets to his feet , runs in a circle and forces Race into the turnbuckles . Drake unloads with a series of elbows , knocking Race silly . Drake with a stunner !! He covers 1….2……Adrain Adonis is up on the ring apron . The ref is trying to get him down . Drake comes over and hits a running big boot knocking Adonis off the ring apron . He turns around and scoops him up with a second shoulder breaker . From there Race hits the Pile-driver for 3 . North American Heavyweight Title Fred Blassie vs Bob Backlund : They lock up collar and elbow Blassie tries to bull Backlund into the ropes , but Backlund showing tremendous strength does budge . Instead he takes Blassie over into a Fireman’s Carry and then clamps down on an arm bar . Blassie works to his feet , Backlund yanks him right back down , Blassie complains to the ref that Backlund pulled his hair , which we all know is bullshit . The ref shakes his head . Blassie gets back to a vertical base and gets to the ropes for the break . He sticks a thumb in Backlund’s eye and then chokes him on the top rope before snapping him down to the canvas .
Blassie now stomps away Backlund and then whips him into the corner . Blassie slams Backlund’s head into the turnbuckle , then tosses him over the top rope to the floor . Blassie now whips Backlund into the hard camera . Blassie goes out to the time keepers table and puts Backlund on it . He grabs the ring bell and is choking him . Reminder dear reader , this match was one fall to a finish , no count outs referee’s digression there must be a winner . Blassie rolls Backlund back in the ring . He now signals for the Mandible Claw. When he tries to sink it in , Bob holds him off . Backlund bridges off the mat and picks up Blassie and hits a spinbuster .
Backlund lay on the mat holding his throat , trying to recover from the sheer brutality he suffered earlier . Blassie is up first . Backlund gets to his knees and Blassie boots him in the back of the head . Blassie works a double claw hold on both sides of Bob’s head . Bob grows weaker by the moment . The ref checks the arm . It falls once . He checks again , it falls twice. He check again and Backlund makes a fist . The huge crowd is behind . He fights up …. Side belly to belly !!! But can’t capitalize. Blassie now bites the forehead !! Backlund is now bleeding !!! Something happens , Backlund goes nuts seeing his own blood . He gets off another spinbuster !
Backlund now transitions to cross arm breaker . Blassie is fighting trying not to tap . He finds the sanctuary of the ropes , but Bob refuses to let off the hold . Blassie slithers to the outside . Backlund goes out after him . Blassie hits a hard forearm to the side of the head , Backlund returns the favor and then clotheslines Blassie over the railing . Backund now picks up Blassie and drops him head first across the railing . Blassie is bleeding . Backlund now grabs Blassie and falls back slingshotting him over the railing onto the time keepers table . Backlund Bodyslams Blassie on the table and bust to hell . Backlund’s rolls Blassie in the ring , but Blassie catches him coming in . Hangmen’s DDT !!! Blassie covers 1….2…..Noooooo ! Backlund kicks out . Blassie now chokes Bob on the mat. Backlund reaches up and rakes the eyes . Now he and Blassie are exchanging fist in the middle of the ring . Blassie kicks him in the balls . The ref warns Blassie , but Blassie knows the ref isn’t DQing anyone because of the contract .
Blassie now with a back breaker on Backlund and then just bends him over his knee . Backlund seems helpless , but he finds that something extra . He grabs Blassie’s wrist and forces it off his chest . He now picks Blassie up and sets him on the top rope . From there he gets off a Superplex!!! Backlund covers 1…….2…….Noooooo ! Blassie kicks out . Backlund pulls Blassie up into a Piledriver position, but Blassie backdrops out . Backlund staggers up ….. MANDIBLE CLAW BY BLASSIE !!!! Backlund goes down to one knee then two . The fans get behind him again. He fights up to his feet … OVER THE HEAD BELLY TO BELLY BY BACKLUND !!! Blassie staggers up , CROSSFACE CHICKEN WING!!! Blassie passes out from the pain and maybe blood loss . The ref waves him off .
